Slim On-Wall Speaker Offers New Placement Options
Slim-line styling and dynamic performance is what sets the PC 6.1 apart. Its sleek
profile is perfect for on-wall mounted applications where maximum performance is

speakers. The PC 6.1 is an unobtrusive five inches deep, features an innovative
bracket that allows the speaker to be aimed toward the listeningposition by pivoting

Thismodel featuresautomatic-oncircuitrytoactivatethe subwoofer’samplifierwhen
a music source is detected and deactivates the sub when finished listening. Variable
crossover points and a phase switch enable this subwoofer to blend precisely and

Phase Technology is one of the few fully vertically
integrated American speaker manufacturers. We
produce virtually all of our own sub-assemblies
(including constructingwoofers,tweeters and crossovers,
and even winding voice coils) and also build all of our
wood speaker cabinets.All Phase Technology speakers
are constructed at our company’s 60,000-square-foot
Jacksonville, Florida headquarters facility.
Absolute Phase™ Crossovers
All Phase Technology Speakers are distinguished
by our company’sexclusive Absolute Phase crossover
technology.
These crossovers ensure that the speaker drivers are
acoustically and electronically “in phase” and thus
moving in unison. This is especially apparent when a
sound effect moves from left-to-center-to-right or vice
versa. The transition is heard as a smooth flow from
one speaker to the next, creating a large, well-defined
soundstagewith precise imaging and increased depth
of field.
This enables every listener to hear every musical note
and soundtrack passage clearly regardless of seating
position. It allows any Phase Technology speaker to
bepositionedvertically or horizontally andall modelscan
be mixed for center, main and rear applications. The
resultis a seamless, wide sound stage throughout your
home theater.
Vertical-axis dispersion is also maintained no matter
where the speakers are positioned. This is especially
noteworthy for center-channel speakers placed hori-
zontally, enabling listeners to be off-axis, on either side
of center, and hear clear, intelligible dialogue.

which inhibit the “break up modes” that
degradeclarity andsmoothness.OurUnicell™
anti-diffraction treatment, a proprietary uni-
form density foam, surrounds every tweeter
(and midrange on the PC9.1 and PC3.1) to
absorbstraysoundwavesbeforethey canreflect
off the cabinet and grille surfaces to create
diffraction distortions.Alsofeaturedareuser-
adjustable variable-axis soft-dome tweeters, a
patented (patent #3328537) Phase Technology invention, that can be aimed by
the user to create a wide soundstage.
