2.1 Setting up for use without a TV
What you'll need:
1.
An audio amplier or powered speakers.
You can connect the home player to standard home
audio equipment just like a CD player. You can also use powered computer speakers as a small
bedroom alternative to a large home stereo.
The home player features both analog and digital audio outputs. If your stereo equipment has a
standard S/PDIF coaxial input jack, connect this to the S/PDIF output of the home player for the
best audio delity.
2.
A wall outlet.
The home player's power adapter plugs into any standard wall power outlet.
Step by step:
1.
Position the home player.
Place the home player unit wherever may be convenient for you,
avoiding direct sunlight or high moisture locations.

Tip: You may want to avoid placing the home player on a slippery surface the unit
may move when you insert or remove the DMS cartridge.
