One remote control solution
The card will be supplied with a special guest remote
control that allows you to offer digital TV without the need
for an additional remote control.
Intuitive use of the TV
With this solution you can offer your guest digital TV
without adding an additional set-top box in the room. The
solution also provides the ability either to offer analogue
and digital channels or to offer digital channels only.
TV clock synchronisation
If your hospitality TV has a clock, the DVB-T card allows
you to synchronise the time with the digital source.
Extending lifetime
You can extend the lifetime of your Philips system Hotel
TV by upgrading it to a stand alone digital Hotel TV
instead of investing in a new digital TV.
Cloning of TV settings
Provides the ability to copy TV settings. The feature
ensures uniformity between TV sets and significantly
reduces installation time and costs.
Easy upgrade of system TVs
With the DVB-T card you can simply upgrade your
analogue system TV to a digital stand alone TV. You will
keep the hotel feature functionality as it is already
available in the Hotel TV.
Tamper-proof
If there is a slot in your hotel TV, inserting the DVB-T
Smartcard will create a tamper-proof solution. There is
therefore no need for an additional power socket, cables
etc.
