REGULAR FLUE MAINTENANCE
MANUTENZIONE REGOLARE CANNA FUMARIA

The Phoneix oven is designed to reduce the risk of
fires in the flue. Following the suggested inspection
and cleaning routine, it is possible to be significantly
protected form the risk of fluefire.
IMPORTANT
It is critical that the flue gets cleaned every three
months to reduce the danger of flue fire caused by
the build-up of soot and grease in the flue. With
experience you will be able to customise a schedule
to suit your particular needs. Initially, inspections
every three months are recommended.
CLEANING THE PARTICLE FILTER
•There is a particle filter located just above
the oven’s door.
•This filter is very easy to remove and clean.
•Removal and washing of the filter panel
can be done daily with a cool oven before
starting service
Il forno Phoenix è progettato per ridurre il rischio
di incendio nella canna fumaria. Seguendo un
programma di puliza e manutenzione regolare, è
possibile proteggersi notevolmente dal rischio di
incendio della canna fumaria.
IMPORTANTE
E' fondamentale che la canna fumaria venga pulita
ogni 3 mesi per ridurre il pericolo di incendio della
canna fumaria causato dall'accumulo di fuliggine
e grasso nella canna stessa. Nel lungo periodo
l'operatore valuterà i cicli di puliza da eseguire.
Phoenix consiglia inzialmente 1 pulizia ogni 3 mesi.
PULIZIA FILTRO REMOVIBILE
-Troverete un filtro antiparticolato appena
sopra la bocca del forno.
-Questo filtro è molto facile da rimuovere e
quindi pulire
-La rimozione e la pulizia mediante
lavaggio può essere eseguita
giornalmente a forno freddo
prima di inizare il servizio.
