conformemente alla legislazione UE, che ne garantiscono qualità e precisione. Non utilizzare questo apparecchio in situazioni di
grave rischio o applicazioni relative alla sicurezza. In caso di dubbi o di aumento della temperatura corporea, consultare un medico.
INTRODUZIONE
Attraverso la tecnologia a infrarossi, questo termometro rileva la temperatura in pochi secondi mediante la misurazione del calore
generato dalla superficie della fronte o di altri oggetti. Questo prodotto è conforme alle disposizioni della Direttiva CE MDD
(93/42/CEE). I suoi vantaggi includono:

11. Design economico e pratico. Questo è un termometro medico a distanza che consente la lettura della temperatura,
progettato in base a requisiti igienico-sanitari e pratico. Basta posizionare il termometro vicino alla fronte del paziente o
all'oggetto, alla distanza indicata dall'apparecchio.
12. Misurazione istantanea. Grazie alla nostra tecnologia unica, gli utenti possono ottenere una lettura della temperatura
corporea in maniera istantanea e accurata.
IMPORTANTI INFORMAZIONI PRIMA DELL'USO
Quando si utilizza questo prodotto, assicurarsi di seguire tutte le note elencate di seguito. La loro inosservanza può causare lesioni
o influenzare la precisione della rilevazione.
1. Non smontare, riparare o riassemblare il termometro.
2. Assicurarsi di pulire la lente del termometro dopo ogni utilizzo.
3. Evitare il contatto diretto delle dita con il sensore di misurazione.
4. Non è consentito apportare modifiche al dispositivo.
5. Si raccomanda di effettuare 3 letture della temperatura. In caso non coincidano, utilizzare la lettura più elevata.
6. Non esporre il termometro a temperature estreme, umidità molto elevata o luce solare diretta.
7. Evitare forti urti o caduta dell'apparecchio.
8. Prima di ciascuna misurazione, sia il paziente che il termometro devono permanere in condizioni ambientali stabili, nella stessa
stanza, per almeno 30 minuti.
9. Evitare misurazioni di temperatura nei 30 minuti successivi ad attività fisica, bagni o balneazione o al rientro dall'aperto.
10. A tutela dell'ambiente, si raccomanda di smaltire le pile esauste presso idonei siti di raccolta in conformità alle normative
nazionali o locali.
11. È sconsigliato smontare il termometro.
12. Utilizzare il termometro esclusivamente per lo scopo previsto.
13. Tenere con attenzione l'apparecchio quando è in uso per evitarne la caduta.
14. Attendere almeno un minuto tra una misurazione e la successiva. Misurazioni ripetute potrebbero causare una rilevazione
errata della temperatura. Utilizzare altrimenti la media delle misurazioni.
15. Non esiste un valore di temperatura corporea assoluto. Mantenere registrazioni affidabili della propria temperatura corporea
come riferimento al fine di giudicare e stabilire lo stato di febbre.
16. In qualsiasi circostanza, il risultato fornito da questo termometro deve essere considerato SOLO come riferimento. Prima di
intraprendere qualsiasi terapia o azione medica, consultare il proprio medico.
17. Si consiglia di calibrare l'apparecchio ogni 1 anno.

INSTALLAZIONE DELLE BATTERIE
Avviso di batteria scarica
Quando la batteria inizia a scaricarsi, sul display appare il simbolo di batteria scarica. Durante questo periodo il
termometro può ancora essere utilizzato, ma le batterie devono essere sostituite al più presto. Se le batterie si
esauriscono completamente, oltre al simbolo della batteria scarica si visualizzerà "Lo". In questo caso, prima di
utilizzare nuovamente il termometro si dovrà sostituire le batterie.
Sostituzione delle batterie
1. Sfilare delicatamente il coperchio del vano batterie.
2. Rimuovere con attenzione le vecchie batterie e smaltirle in maniera idonea.
3. Inserire le nuove batterie (due AAA alcaline da 1,5V) secondo la giusta polarità.
4. Reinserire il coperchio della batteria.
NOTA: alimentato a batteria
1. Smaltire correttamente le batterie lontano dalla portata dei bambini e da fonti di calore.
2. Si raccomanda di rimuovere sempre le batterie in caso di non utilizzo prolungato del prodotto.
3. Per periodi di non utilizzo prolungato del prodotto, rimuovere sempre le batterie dall'apparecchio.
4. Le batterie devono essere smaltite conformemente alle politiche ambientali locali e nazionali.
5. Smaltire le pile esauste conformemente alle normative vigenti. Non smaltire mai le batterie come rifiuti domestici.

COMMUTAZIONE DAI GRADI FAHRENHEIT AI CELSIUS
Questo termometro può mostrare i risultati rilevati in gradi Celsius (°C) o Fahrenheit (°F).
Per la commutazione tra i gradi Celsius e Fahrenheit, mentre l’apparecchio è acceso tenere premuto il tasto Fronte/Oggetti
e il tasto Memoria simultaneamente. L’unità di misura selezionata verrà salvata per tutte le successive misurazioni. La stessa
procedura può essere utilizzata per modificare l’unità di misura da °F a °C.
COMMUTAZIONE TRA 4 TIPI DI MODALITÀ DI SCANSIONE
1. Quando il termometro è acceso, premendo il tasto Fronte/Oggetti è possibile passare a varie modalità di scansione. Sono
disponibili 4 modalità di scansione: Fronte (temperatura corporea), Oggetti (temperatura oggetti), Fronte/Notte (corporea
notturna) e Oggetti/Notte (oggetti notturna) - nell'ordine.
2. Scegliendo le modalità notturne Fronte/Notte e Oggetti/Notte viene disattivato il segnale acustico e sul display appare il
simbolo della luna.

CONSIGLI PER LA MISURAZIONE DELLA TEMPERATURA CORPOREA
Si tenga presente che il termometro deve permanere nella stanza in cui si effettua la misurazione per almeno 30 minuti prima dell'uso.
NOTA:
• La rilevazione della temperatura da parti corporee diverse dalla fronte può produrre risultati imprecisi.
• Mentre si eettua la lettura il paziente deve restare immobile.
• Le letture della temperatura frontale a infrarossi sono equivalenti alle letture della temperatura orale. In tutti questi casi,
consultare il proprio medico.
• Le letture rilevate durante il sonno non vanno confrontate direttamente con le letture eettuate durante la veglia, poiché nel
primo caso la temperatura corporea è solitamente inferiore.
• Evitare misurazioni di temperatura nei 30 minuti successivi ad attività sica, bagni o balneazione o al rientro dall'aperto.
MISURAZIONE DELLA TEMPERATURA CORPOREA
Effettuare una misurazione
1. Premere il tasto "Misurazione" per accendere il termometro. L'unità eseguirà un autotest e il display LCD visualizzerà brevemente
tutti i suoi simboli. Quando l'apparecchio è pronto, sullo schermo apparirà '00' e il termometro emetterà due segnali acustici.
2. Selezionare la modalità desiderata premendo e rilasciando il tasto "Fronte/Oggetti".
NOTA:
• Quando si misura la temperatura di un paziente, accertarsi che il termometro sia in modalità "Fronte"; sul display apparirà il
simbolo di un omino .
• Rimuovere dalla fronte eventuali tracce di sudore, capelli o polvere, pulire la zona e attendere 10 minuti prima di eseguire la misurazione.
• Assicurarsi che il termometro sia tenuto in maniera ferma durante la misurazione e che il paziente non si muova no a
misurazione completata. Il movimento può influenzare la lettura.
MISURAZIONE DELLA TEMPERATURA CORPOREA
3. Posizionare il termometro 3 centimetri (circa 1 pollice) sotto il centro della fronte del paziente con il sensore orientato tra le sopracciglia.

4. Premere e rilasciare il tasto "Misurazione".
5. Spostare lentamente l'apparecchio verso la fronte o allontanarlo fino a raggiungere la distanza corretta. (Se la distanza è
superiore a quella corretta, l'icona trattino sul display lampeggia con un segnale acustico in questa sequenza nché non si
raggiunge la distanza corretta)
NOTA:
Quando l'utente preme il tasto "Misurazione", il processo inizia e si hanno 20 secondi per rilevare la temperatura. Dopo 20 secondi,
il display torna in modalità stand-by.
6. Si udirà un breve segnale acustico indicante che la temperatura è stata misurata, insieme alla retroilluminazione.
7. Se la misurazione della temperatura risulta inferiore a 38°C, affianco alla lettura apparirà una faccina sorridente. Se la
temperatura è di 38°C o superiore, sul display apparirà una faccina accigliata e si illuminerà il LED ROSSO.
8. Dopo circa 30 secondi dall'uso, il termometro emetterà automaticamente un segnale acustico e si spegnerà.
Allarme febbre:
Solo in modalità "Fronte" e "Fronte/Notte".
COLLEGARE ILTERMOMETRO CON IL PROPRIO SMARTPHONE
1. Scaricare l'app gratuita PIC HEALTH STATION da Google Play e AppStore.
2. Avviare l'app PIC HEALTH STATION sul proprio smartphone. Bluetooth® si avvierà automaticamente.
3. Accertarsi che il termometro sia acceso.
4. Cercare il termometro con PIC HEALTH STATION e collegarlo al proprio dispositivo.
5. Durante l'accoppiamento, solo lo smartphone da collegare con l'apparecchio potrà attivare PIC HEALTH STATION. In caso di problemi
con l'accoppiamento, verificare che PIC HEALTH STATION non sia in esecuzione con un altro smartphone, o riavviare il proprio.
Si noti che il termometro invia i dati della temperatura solo quando è connesso con lo smartphone.
Ogni lettura della temperatura verrà trasferita automaticamente al dispositivo mobile.
Misurazione della temperatura di oggetti/liquidi
1. Premere il tasto "Accensione" per accendere il termometro. Sul display appariranno momentaneamente tutti i simboli.
2. Accertarsi che il termometro sia in modalità "Oggetti"; sul display apparirà il simbolo dell'oggetto. Per alternare le modalità
premere e rilasciare il tasto "Fronte/Oggetti" fino a visualizzare il simbolo di misurazione desiderato sul display.
3. Posizionare il termometro a 3 centimetri (circa 1 pollice) dall'oggetto.

4. Premere e rilasciare il tasto "Accensione e Misurazione" e verrà visualizzata la lettura della temperatura.
5. Dopo circa 30 secondi dall'uso, il termometro emetterà automaticamente un segnale acustico e si spegnerà.
FUNZIONE MEMORIA
Richiamo Memoria:
È possibile richiamare fino a 30 misurazioni attualmente memorizzate in memoria da condividere con il
medico o un operatore sanitario qualificato.
1. A termometro acceso, premere brevemente una volta il tasto “MEM”, poi premerlo di nuovo per mostrare
l'ultima misurazione accompagnata dal simbolo .
2. Con ogni misurazione memorizzata nella memoria apparirà il simbolo o il simbolo a indicare se la
temperatura si riferisce ad una persona o ad un oggetto.
3. Ad ogni pressione dello stesso tasto si richiama una misurazione precedente, quindi fino a .
Cancellazione della memoria
1. Quando il termometro è acceso, è possibile tenere premuto il tasto MEM per più di 3 secondi per eliminare tutte le letture.
2. Sul display si visualizzerà e si udirà un segnale acustico, a significare che tutte le memorie sono state cancellate.
3. Alla 31° misurazione automaticamente: quando si saranno utilizzate tutte le 30 memorie, ogni misurazione successiva sarà
memorizzata con e la più vecchia verrà cancellata senza bisogno di alcun intervento da parte dell'utente.
NOTA:
tutte le letture verranno cancellate, sia che riguardino la modalità per la temperatura corporea sia quella per gli oggetti.

PULIZIA E DISINFEZIONE
Per la disinfezione domestica dell'apparecchio, utilizzare alcol (etanolo o alcool isopropilico) concentrato al 70%, disponibile in farmacia.
• Pulire il sensore per la misurazione dopo ogni uso. Utilizzare un panno pulito o un bastoncino ovattato imbevuto di alcol
concentrato al 70%.
• Per la pulizia dell'intero apparecchio, utilizzare un panno morbido leggermente inumidito con una soluzione delicata saponata.
Evitare l'inltrazione di liquidi all'interno dell'apparecchio. Non riutilizzarlo nché non è completamente asciutto.

Gli apparecchi elettromedicali richiedono precauzioni speciali in materia di compatibilità elettromagnetica e devono essere

1. Interferenza di frequenze radio/elettromagnetiche (CEM/RFI): Le letture possono subire delle interferenze se l'apparecchio
viene fatto funzionare in un campo di forza elettromagnetico con radiofrequenza di circa 3 Volt per metro, ma le prestazioni
dello strumento non saranno compromesse in modo permanente. Occorre mantenere il termometro ad almeno 6 pollici di
distanza dai trasmettitori R/C per evitare l'interferenza di radiofrequenze.
2. Evitare di tenere il termometro in prossimità di oggetti che producono elevato calore continuo (come una piastra calda) per
lunghi periodi di tempo, che ne possono causare il surriscaldamento.

INTRODUCTION
Utilizing infrared technology, this thermometer takes temperatures in seconds by measuring heat generated by measuring heat
generated by the surface skin of the forehead or other objects. This product conforms to the provisions of the EC directive
MDD(93/42/EEC).Its advantages include:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE USE
When using this product, please be sure to follow all the notes listed below. Any action against these notices may cause injury
or affect the accuracy.
1. Do not disassemble, repair, or remodel the thermometer.
2. Be sure to clean the thermometer lens each time after usage.
3. Avoid direct finger contact with the measurement sensor.
4. No modification of this equipment is allowed.
5. It is recommended that user may take 3 temperatures. If they are different, use the highest reading.
6. Do not expose the thermometer to extreme temperature, very high humidity, or direct sunlight.
7. Avoid extreme shock or dropping the device.
8. Before the measurement, patients and thermometer should stay in steady state room condition for at least 30 minutes.
9. Avoid measuring temperature in 30 minutes after exercise, bathing, or returning from outdoor.
10. To protect the environment, dispose of empty batteries at appropriate collection sites according to national or local
regulations.
11. It is ill-advised to disassemble the thermometer.
12. Please use the thermometer solely for its intended purpose.
13. Carefully hold the device when in use to avoid dropping the device.
14. Allow one minute between successive measurements as slight variations may occur if measurements are taken over a short
period of time. Use average temperatures instead.
15. There are no absolute body temperature standards. Keep reliable records of your personal temperature to serve as a reference
for judging a fever.
16. Under any circumstances, the temperature taking result is ONLY for reference. Before taking any medical action, please consult
your physician.
17. It is recommended calibrate the device every 1 year.

BATTERY INSTALLATION
Low battery warning:
When the battery power becomes low, the low battery symbol will appear on the display. The thermometer
can still be used during this time, but the batteries should be replaced as soon as possible. If the batteries run
out completely,“Lo”will be displayed along with the low battery symbol. In this case, the batteries will need to
be replaced before using the thermometer again.
Replacing the Battery:
1. Gently slide the battery cover back.
2. Carefully remove the old batteries and properly discard.
3. Insert new batteries (Two 1.5V alkaline AAA Size) according to the proper polarity.
4. Slide the battery cover back on.
NOTE: Battery-operated
1. Please properly dispose of the batteries away from small children and heat.
2. It is recommended to remove the batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period of time.
3. For long durations of non-operation, please remove all batteries from the device.
4. Batteries must be disposed of in accordance with local environmental and institutional policies.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Infrared No Contact Forehead Thermometer
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE AND
KEEP THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, while the unit is on press and hold both the Human/Object button and the Memory
button simultaneously. The selected unit of measure will be saved for any subsequent measurements. The same procedure can
be used to change the unit of measure from °F back to °C.
SWITCHING BETWEEN 4 KINDS OF SCAN MODE
1. Under power on status, you can press the Human/Object button to switch different scan mode. There are 4 kinds of mode
which including Human, Object, Human/Night, and Object/Night mode (in order).
2. The beep sounds will be closed when your choice in Human/Night mode, and Object/Night mode, and the Moon symbol will
appears on the LCD in both Night mode.

TIPS FOR MEASURING HUMAN TEMPERATURE
Bear in mind that the thermometer needs to have been in the room in which the measurement is taken for at least 30 minutes
before use.
NOTE:
• Attempting to take temperature readings from sites on the body other than the forehead may produce inaccurate results.
• The patient should remain still while the reading is being taken.
• Infrared forehead temperature readings are equivalent to oral temperature readings. In all of these cases, please consult your
doctor.
• Readings taken while asleep should not be compared directly to readings taken while awake, as body temperature while asleep
is typically lower.
• Do not take body temperature readings within 30 minutes of being outdoors, exercising or bathing.
MEASURING HUMAN TEMPERATURE
Taking a Measurement
1. Press the Measure button to power on the thermometer. The unit will run a self-test and the LCD will briefly display all of
its symbols during this time. When the device is ready, ‘00’ will appear on the screen, and the thermometer will beep twice.
2. Select the desired mode by pressing and releasing the Human/Object button.
NOTE:
• When taking a patient’s temperature, ensure that the thermometer is in Human mode; the Human symbol will appear on
the display.
• If the patient’s skin is covered with hair, sweat, or dirt, clean the area and wait 10 minutes before taking a measurement.
• Ensure that the thermometer is held rmly during measurement and that the patient does not move until the measurement is
complete. Movement can impact the measurement.
MEASURING HUMAN TEMPERATURE
3. Position the thermometer under 3cm (around 1 inch) from the center of the patient’s forehead with the sensor aimed between
the eyebrows.

4. Press and release the Measure button.
5. Slowly move the device toward or farther from the forehead until you have reached the correct distance. (If the distance is
beyond the correct distance, the dash-icon on the display flashes with beep sound in this sequence until the correct distance
is achieved.)
NOTE:
When the user presses the measure button, this workflow begins and they have 20 seconds to capture the temperature. After 20
seconds, the display turn to stand-by mode.
6. As you hear a short beep means this temperature reading has been completed and accompany with a back-light.
7. If the temperature measurement is below 38°C, a “Smiling Face ” will be appear next to the reading. If the reading is 38°C or
above, a“Frowning Face ”will be displayed and the RED LED light up.
8. After about 30 seconds after use, the thermometer will automatically beep and shut off.
Fever Alarm:
Only in Human Mode and Human/Night Mode.
PAIRING UP THE THERMOMETER WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE
1. Download the free app PIC HEALTH STATION from the Google Play and AppStore.
2. Turn on PIC HEALTH STATION app on your smartphone. Bluetooth® will be automatically turned on.
3. Make sure the thermometer is powered on.
4. Search the thermometer with PIC HEALTH STATION and pair the thermometer with your device.
5. During the pairing, only the smartphone to be connected with the device shall run PIC HEALTH STATION. If you meet problem
in pairing please check that no other smartphone are running PIC HEALTH STATION, or reboot your smartphone.
Please take note that the thermometer sends temperature data only when it is connected with your smartphone.
Every temperature reading will be transfer to your mobile device automatically
Measuring Object/Liquid Temperature
1. Press the Power button to turn the thermometer on. All symbols on the display will momentarily appear.
2. Ensure that the thermometer is in Object mode; the Object symbol will be on the display. To alternate between modes press
and release the Human/Object Mode button until you see the desired measurement symbol on the display.
3. Position the thermometer under 3cm (around 1 inches) from the object.

MEMORY FUNCTION
Memory Recall:
You can recall up to 30 measurements currently stored in memory to share with your physician or trained
healthcare professional.
1. When the device is on, press once briefly on the “MEM button”, then pass it again to show the last
measurement accompanied by symbol.
2. The symbol or symbol will appear with each measurement stored in memory to indicate whether a
person or object temperature was taken.
3. Each press of the same button recalls a previous measurement, so then all the way to .
Memory Deletion:
1. Under power on status, you may keep press MEM Button for more than 3 seconds to delete all the readings.
2. You will see on display and“sound a beep”, that mean all the memories are cleared.
3. Automatically on the 31th measurement: when the 30 memories have been used up, any new measurement will be recorded
with and the oldest memory deleted without you having to do anything.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
For home use device disinfection, 70% Ethanol or Isopropyl alcohol(available in the pharmacy) can be used.
• Clean the measuring sensor after each use. Use a clean cloth or cotton bud that can be moistened with 70 % alcohol.

WICHTIGE INFORMATIONEN VOR GEBRAUCH
Bitte befolgen Sie bei der Benutzung dieses Produkts unbedingt alle nachstehend aufgelisteten Hinweise. Jede Zuwiderhandlung
gegen diese Hinweise kann zu Verletzungen führen oder sich auf die Genauigkeit auswirken.
1. Zerlegen, reparieren, oder bauen Sie das Thermometer nicht um.
2. Reinigen Sie die Linse des Thermometers unbedingt jedes Mal nach Gebrauch.
3. Vermeiden Sie, Messungssensor direkt mit den Fingern zu berühren.
4. Am Gerät dürfen keinerlei Änderungen vorgenommen werden.
5. Es wird empfohlen, dass der Benutzer 3 Temperaturmessungen vornimmt. Weichen diese voneinander ab, verwenden Sie
den höchsten Messwert.
6. Setzen Sie das Thermometer keinen extremen Temperaturen, sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, oder direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aus.
7. Vermeiden Sie extreme Stöße oder Fallenlassen des Geräts.
8. Vor der Messung sollten sich Patienten und Thermometer mindestens 30 Minuten lang in stabilen Raumbedingungen befinden.
9. Vermeiden Sie Temperaturmessungen bis 30 Minuten nach körperlicher Anstrengung, Baden, oder nach der Rückkehr von draußen.
10. Entsorgen Sie zum Schutz der Umwelt leere Batterien an dafür vorgesehenen Sammelstellen gemäß nationalen oder lokalen Regelungen.
11. Es ist nicht ratsam, das Thermometer zu zerlegen.
12. Bitte benutzen Sie das Thermometer nur zu seinem beabsichtigten Zweck.
13. Halten Sie das Gerät beim Gebrauch sorgsam, damit es nicht zu Boden fällt.
14. Warten Sie zwischen aufeinander folgenden Messungen eine Minute, da leichte Schwankungen auftreten können, wenn

15. Es gibt keine absoluten Normen für die Körpertemperatur. Führen Sie zuverlässige Aufzeichnungen Ihrer persönlichen

EINLEGEN DER BATTERIE
Warnung Batterie leer:
Wenn der Batteriestand niedrig wird, erscheint das Symbol niedrige Batterie auf dem Display. DasThermometer
kann während dieser Zeit noch benutzt werden, aber die Batterien sollten so bald wie möglich ausgetauscht
werden. Wenn die Batterien vollkommen leer sind, wird neben dem Symbol niedrige Batterie“Lo”angezeigt. In
diesem Fall müssen die Batterien ausgetauscht werden, bevor das Thermometer wieder benutzt wird.
Austauschen der Batterie:
1. Schieben Sie den Deckel des Batteriefachs vorsichtig zurück.
2. Entfernen Sie die alten Batterien sorgfältig und entsorgen Sie sie ordnungsgemäß.
3. Legen Sie neue Batterien (zwei 1,5 V Alkalin-Batterien Größe AAA) unter Beachtung der Polarität ein.
4. Schieben Sie den Deckel des Batteriefachs vorsichtig zurück.
HINWEIS: Batteriebetrieben
1. Bitte halten Sie die Batterien außer Reichweite von Kleinkindern und fern von Hitzequellen.
2. Es wird empfohlen, die Batterien stets herauszunehmen, wenn das Gerät über längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird.

UMSCHALTEN ZWISCHEN FAHRENHEIT UND CELSIUS
Ihr Thermometer kann Ergebnisse entweder in Grad Celsius (°C) oder in Grad Fahrenheit (°F) anzeigen.
Zum Umschalten zwischen Celsius und Fahrenheit halten Sie bei eingeschaltetem Gerät den Knopf Mensch/Gegenstand
und den Knopf Speicher lang gedrückt. Die gewählte Maßeinheit wird für nachfolgende Messungen gespeichert. Das gleiche
Verfahren kann verwendet werden, um die Maßeinheit von ° F zurück zu ° C zu ändern.
UMSCHALTEN ZWISCHEN 4 ARTEN VON SCANMODUS
1. Bei eingeschaltetem Gerät können Sie den Knopf Mensch/Gegenstand drücken, um auf einen anderen Scanmodus umzuschalten.
Es gibt 4 Modusarten, nämlich Mensch, Gegenstand, Mensch/Nacht und Gegenstand/Nacht (in dieser Reihenfolge).
2. Wenn Sie den Modus Mensch/Nacht wählen, werden die Pieptöne stumm geschaltet, ebenso beim Modus Gegenstand/
Nacht, und das Mondsymbol erscheint bei beiden Nachtmodi auf dem LCD-Display.

TIPPS FÜR DIE MESSUNG DER MENSCHLICHEN KÖRPERTEMPERATUR
Denken Sie daran, dass das Thermometer mindestens 30 Minuten vor Gebrauch in dem Raum gewesen sein muss, in dem die
Messung vorgenommen wird.
HINWEIS:
• Der Versuch, Temperaturmessungen an anderen Körperstellen als der Stirn vorzunehmen, kann zu ungenauen Ergebnissen führen.
• Der Patient sollte während der Temperaturmessung bewegungslos bleiben.
• Infrarot-Stirntemperaturwerte sind äquivalent zu oralen Temperaturwerten. Bitte wenden Sie sich in all diesen Fällen an Ihren Arzt.
• Am schlafenden Patienten vorgenommene Messungen sollten nicht direkt mit im Wachzustand vorgenommenen Messungen
verglichen werden, da die Temperatur im Schlaf normalerweise niedriger ist.
• Nehmen Sie keine Temperaturmessungen innerhalb von 30 Minuten vor, wenn Sie gerade draußen waren, sich körperlich
angestrengt, oder gebadet haben.
MESSUNG DER MENSCHLICHEN KÖRPERTEMPERATUR
Messvorgang
1. Drücken Sie den Knopf Messen, um das Thermometer einzuschalten. Das Gerät führt einen Selbsttest durch und das LCD zeigt
während dessen kurz alle seine Symbole an. Wenn das Gerät bereit ist, erscheint auf dem Bildschirm ‘00’ und das Thermometer
gibt zwei Pieptöne aus.
2. Wählen Sie den gewünschten Modus aus, indem Sie den Knopf Human/Object drücken und wieder loslassen.
HINWEIS:
• Vergewissern Sie sich, wenn Sie die Temperatur eines Patienten messen, dass das Thermometer im Modus Human ist; Das
Symbol Mensch erscheint auf dem Display.
• Wenn die Haut des Patienten mit Haar, Schweiß, oder Schmutz bedeckt ist, reinigen Sie den Bereich und warten Sie 10 Minuten,
bevor Sie eine Messung vornehmen.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Thermometer beim Messen fest gehalten wird und dass sich der Patient nicht bewegt bis die
Messung abgeschlossen ist. Bewegung kann sich auf das Messergebnis auswirken.
MESSUNG DER MENSCHLICHEN KÖRPERTEMPERATUR
3. Positionieren Sie das Thermometer weniger als 3 cm (etwa 1 Zoll) von der Stirnmitte des Patienten entfernt, wobei der Sensor
zwischen die Augenbrauen zielt. 3 cm
4. Drücken Sie den Knopf Messen und lassen Sie ihn wieder los.
5. Bewegen Sie das Gerät langsam zur Stirn hin oder von ihr weg bis Sie den richtigen Abstand erreicht haben. (Wenn der richtige
Abstand noch nicht erreicht ist, blinkt das Strich-Symbol auf dem Display und es ertönt ein Piepton in dieser Abfolge bis der
richtige Abstand erreicht ist.)
ACHTUNG:
Wenn der Benutzer den Knopf Messen drückt, beginnt dieser Arbeitsuss und man hat 20 Sekunden, die Temperatur zu erfassen.
Nach 20 Sekunden schaltet das Display auf Standby-Modus.
6. Sobald Sie einen kurzen Piepton hören, ist diese Temperaturmessung abgeschlossen und die Hintergrundbeleuchtung
schaltet sich ein.
7. Wenn der Temperaturmesswert unter 38°C ist, erscheint neben dem Temperaturwert ein "lächelndes Gesicht". Liegt der
Messwert bei 38°C oder darüber, wird ein “nsteres Gesicht” angezeigt und das ROTE LED-Licht leuchtet auf.
8. Etwa 30 Sekunden nach Gebrauch gibt das Thermometer einen Piepton aus und schaltet sich automatisch ab.
Fieberalarm:
Nur im Modus Mensch und Mensch/Nacht.
VERBINDUNG DES THERMOMETERS MIT IHREM SMARTPHONE
1. Laden Sie die kostenlose App PIC HEALTH STATION von Google Play bzw. vom AppStore herunter.
2. Schalten Sie die App PIC HEALTH STATION auf Ihrem Smartphone ein. Bluetooth® wird automatisch eingeschaltet.
3. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Thermometer eingeschaltet ist.
4. Suchen Sie das Thermometer mit PIC HEALTH STATION und verbinden Sie das Thermometer mit Ihrem Smartphone.
5. Beim Verbinden darf nur auf dem Smartphone, das mit dem Thermometer verbunden werden soll, PIC HEALTH STATION
eingeschaltet sein. Sollten Sie beim Verbinden Probleme haben, prüfen Sie, ob PIC HEALTH STATION auf keinem anderen
Smartphone läuft, oder booten Sie Ihr Smartphone neu.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Thermometer nur dann Temperaturdaten sendet, wenn es mit Ihrem Smartphone verbunden ist.
Jeder Temperaturwert wird automatisch zu Ihrem Mobiltelefon übertragen.
Messen der Temperatur von Gegenständen/Flüssigkeiten
1. Drücken Sie den Einschaltknopf, um das Thermometer einzuschalten. Momentan erscheinen alle Symbole auf dem Display.
2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Thermometer im Modus Gegenstand ist; Das Symbol Gegenstand ist auf dem Display. Zum
Umschalten zwischen Modi drücken Sie den Knopf Modus Mensch/Gegenstand bis Sie das gewünschte Messungssymbol
auf dem Display sehen.
3. Positionieren Sie das Thermometer weniger als 3 cm (etwa 1 Zoll) vom Gegenstand entfernt.

SPEICHERFUNKTION
Abrufen des Speichers:
Sie können bis zu 30 aktuell im Speicher gespeicherte Messungen abrufen, um sie Ihrem Arzt oder geschulten
Pfleger weiterzugeben.
1. Drücken Sie bei eingeschaltetem Gerät einmal kurz auf den Knopf “MEM”, drücken Sie ihn dann erneut, um
die letzte Messung zusammen mit dem Symbol anzuzeigen.

REINIGUNG UND DESINFEKTION
Zur Desinfektion für den Hausgebrauch kann 70 %-iges Ethanol oder Isopropylalkohol (in der Apotheke erhältlich) verwendet werden.
• Reinigen Sie den Messungssensor nach jedem Gebrauch. Benutzen Sie ein sauberes Tuch oder einen Wattebausch, der mit 70
%-igem Alkohol befeuchtet werden kann.
• Zum Reinigen des ganzen Geräts benutzen Sie bitte ein weiches, leicht mit einer milden Seifenlauge befeuchtetes Tuch. Es darf
unter keinen Umständen Flüssigkeit in das Gerät gelangen. Benutzen Sie das Gerät erst wieder, wenn es vollkommen trocken ist.
