PIETRO FIORENTINI S.P.A. guarantees that the equipment has been made with the best materials, with ne workmanship
and complies with the quality requirements, specications and performance envisaged in the order.
The warranty will be considered null and void and PIETRO FIORENTINI S.P.A. will not be responsible for any damage and/or
malfunctions:
• for any acts or omissions of the purchaser or end user, or any of their carriers, employees, agents or any third party or
entity;
• in the event that the purchaser, or a third party, makes changes to the equipment supplied by PIETRO FIORENTINI S.P.A.
without the prior written authorization of the latter;
• in case of non-compliance by the purchaser with the instructions contained in this manual, as supplied by
PIETRO FIORENTINI S.P.A.
The warranty conditions are specied in the commercial contract.

2.5 - RECIPIENTS, SUPPLY AND CONSERVATION OF THE MANUAL
The manual is intended for the qualied operator responsible and enabled to use and manage the equipment in all its phases
of technical life.
It contains the information necessary for correct use of the equipment, in order to keep its functional and qualitative charac-
teristics unchanged over time. All the information and warnings for correct use in complete safety are also provided.
The manual, like the declaration of conformity and/or test certication, is an integral part of the equipment and must always
accompany it in every transfer or change of ownership. It is the responsibility of licensed professionals (reference paragraph
2.10) to use and operate the equipment.
It is forbidden to remove, rewrite or modify the pages of the manual and their contents.
PIETRO FIORENTINI S.p.A. declines all responsibility for any damage to people, animals and things caused by
failure to observe the warnings and operating methods described in this manual.
2.6 - LANGUAGE
The original manual was written in Italian.
Any translations must be made starting from the original manual.
Language translations cannot be fully veried. If an inconsistency is found, the text of the original manual
must be followed.
If inconsistencies are found or the text is not understandable:
• suspend all action;
• immediately contact PIETRO FIORENTINI S.p.A. at the addresses given in paragraph 2.1 ("Manufacturer's

The equipment and its accessories are equipped with identication plates (Id.1 to Id.3).
The plates bear the identication details of the equipment and its accessories to be quoted if necessary to
PIETRO FIORENTINI S.p.A.
