PipeHawk Plc ensures compliance with this R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC –20 April 2009 by applying
relevant harmonised product standards issued by the European Telecommunications Standards
Institute (ETSI) and the
European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardisation
(CENELEC). For this
product we have determined these to be as follows:-
Section 3.1a
Protection of the health and safety of the user and any other person, including the objectives set out
in with respect to the safety requirements in the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC -
January 2012, but with no voltage limit applying.
CENELEC EN60950-1:2006/A2:2013 Conformance with Information technology requirements:

Radio equipment shall be constructed that it effectively uses the spectrum allocated to
terrestrial/space radio communication and orbital resources so as to avoid harmful interference.
