Remove the safety device
of the blade.
Place the upper holder.
Align the upper holder with the HPS025
and fix its position, tightening the grub
screw of the upper holder.
Loosen the screw of the cutting pad from the lower
holder.
*As the Corner Rounder is being used, the cutting pad
will need to be loosened and turned round. Tighten it
again afterwards.
Place the lower holder.
Press and keep the lever down, making the
blade come in contact with the cutting pad;
then tighten the upper grub screw from the
HPS025 to leave the lever blocked (see pic-
ture below.)
Use the alignment tool pushing it against the
guide brackets and the blade. Move the lower
holder until it is well adjusted and there is no
space left between the guide brackets and the
alignment tool (see picture below.)

When the alignment from step 7 is done,
tighten the lower grub screw from the
HPS025 to fix the lower holder.
Tighten the screw of the cutting pad.
Put the alignment tool on the body of the
HPS025 for further use.
Holding the lever, loosen the grub screw to
leave the lever in the starting position.
Tighten the upper grub screw from the
HPS025 again without exerting much
force, so that the lever runs smoothly.
Perform cutting test.
Check that the lever works properly. If it
does not run smoothly, adjust the tightening
of the upper grub screw from the HPS025.

Do you have this problem?
Loosen the screws that fix the guide brackets. Press and keep the lever down, making the
blade come in contact with the cutting pad; then
tighten the upper grub screw from the HPS025
to leave the lever blocked.
Push the alignment tool against the blade.
Move the guide bracket #1 over to the align-
ment tool to adjust its position (see arrows
above.)
Go back to step 10 of the usage guide.
Push the alignment tool against the blade and
the guide bracket #1. Move the guide bracket #2
over to the alignment tool to adjust its position
(see arrows above.)

Once the position of the guide bracket #1 is
adjusted, tighten its screw.
Tighten the screw of the guide bracket #2.
