Introduction
The PNP BPS01 module is used when installing an engine starter fitted with a RF
frequency check system. This type of system uses a chip embedded in the vehicle
key, transmitting a RF signal. This signal is received through an antenna (coil) around
the ignition lock and then sent to the immobilizer. Upon receiving the correct signal,
the immobilizer will activate the ignition and / or fuel system.
If a engine start is attempted but the immobilizer does not receive the correct signal,
it can block the ignition and even the fuel system, making it impossible to start the
engine remotely. The BPS01 module is used to bypass the immobilizer system when
using remote start engine, keeping the factory settings of the vehicle intact.
When the remote engine starter system is not in use, the immobilizer system works
as it was set from the factory.
6 wires cable
Red (+) 12V input –connect this wire to a constant 12V power source
Blue (-) status input - connect this wire to the (-) output of the engine start
Pink (+) ignition input –connect this wire to the car ignition lock
Black (-) ground –connect this wire to the car ground
Purple (+) keysense input –connect this wire to the positive keysense output of the
vehicle
Green (-) keysense input - connect this wire to the negative keysense output of the
vehicle

Module connection modes
Keep in mind that the instructions described in the standard plug-in module will work
for most vehicles, but some immobilizer systems will need an alternate connection
option due to mounting mode, design differences, or RF losses.
Important:
Before installing the module, inform the client about the storage of existing keys in the
system. If a new key is purchased, be sure to store its code in the car immobilisation
system. In the case of many vehicles, the new key must be entered into the system
by the car dealer.
Some car manufacturers ask for all keys to be stored at once. Thus, if keys are added
later, all the stored ones will then be deleted and then remembered in the system.

Standard connection mode
1. Open the BPS01 module and insert the key throgh the receiver marked with
black, as in the image above.
2. Close the module. This will keep the key in place.
Important: When using this connection mode ensure that the BPS01 module is in front
of the ignition lock. NOT above or under it.

3. Open the steering wheel console and place the module receiver ring around
the ignition lock then connect it to the BPS01 module.
4. Connect the 6-pin cable to the module.
5. Insert the 6-pin plug into the module, then connect the necessary wires to the
indicated connections.
6. Test the operation before reassembling the steering wheel console.
7. Reassemble the steering wheel console.

Connection mode no. 1
This connection will only work with immobilisation systems that have a 2-wire
antenna.
We can not guarantee the operation of this variant with all types of immobilizer
systems due to the differences between the transmission systems.
NOTA: This option will not work for European cars.
1.Open the BPS01 module and insert the key through the receiver marked with black
as in the picture above.
2.Close the module. This will keep the key in position.
3.Open the steering wheel console and locate the antenna wire of the factory
transmitter.
4.Open the factory receiver ring and cut one of the threads in half.
5.Insert the 3-pin plug in the module then connect the wires following the diagram
above.
6.Insert the 6-pin plug into the module then connect the necessary wires to the
indicated connections.
7. Test the operation before re-assembling the steering wheel console.
8. Reassemble the steering wheel console.

This connection will only work with immobilizer systems that have a 2-wire antenna.
We can not guarantee the operation of this variant with all types of immobilizer

Jumper setting
From the factory, the jumper of the module is set to position 2, with 60 troubleshootings
(as in previous charts). Moving the jumper to position 1 the module will work with 18
troubleshootings. You can use 18 troubleshootings for cars in America or Asia, but for
Europe it is necessary to set to 60 troubleshootings.
This setting will be more sensitive to key detection.
Keysense inputs
Some cars can not operate with two keys at once (example: Ford Escape, Mazda
Tribute). They will have an additional keysense wire that must be connected,
depending on the polarity, to the green (-) or purple (+) wire of the BPS01 module for
the proper remote engine start.
When the BPS01 detects a signal on the keysense, it will automatically disengage
the vehicle from detecting only the key in the ignition lock.
Ignition lock input
Some vehicles do not support changing the key code during functioning cycle
(example: the Mercedes ML series). Connecting the pink thread of the BPS01 module
to the vehicle's ignition lock will keep the module active for the entire engine running
time, even after the key is in ignition lock.

Introducere
Modulul PNI BPS01 este utilizat atunci cand instalati un dispozitiv de pornire a
motorului dotat cu sistem de verificare bazat pe unde RF (radio frecventa). Acest tip
de sistem utilizeaza un chip, incorporat in cheia autovehiculului, ce transmite un
semnal RF. Acest semnal este receptionat printr-o antena (bobina) aflata in jurul
contactului si apoi trimis catre sistemul de imobilizare. La receptia semnalului corect,
sistemul de imobilizare va activa contactul si/sau sistemul de alimentare cu carburant.
Daca se incearca o pornire a motorului dar sistemul de imobilizare nu primeste
semnalul corect, acesta poate bloca contactul si chiar sistemul de alimentare cu
carburant, astfel facand imposibila pornirea motorului de la distanta.
Modulul BPS01 este utilizat pentru a ocoli sistemul de imobilizare atunci cand utilizati
pornirea de la distanta, pastrand integritatea setarilor din fabrica a autovehiculului.
Cand sistemul de pornire motor de la distanta nu este utilizat, sistemul de imobilizare
functioneaza asa cum a fost setat din fabrica.

Rosu (+) intrare 12V - conectati acest fir la o sursa constanta de 12V
Albastru (-) intrare stare - conectati acest fir la iesirea (-) de pornire motor
Roz (+) intrare contact - conectati acest fir la contactul autovehiculului
Negru (-) masa - conectati acest fir la masa
Mov (+) intrare keysense - conectati acest fir la iesirea pozitiva keysense a
autovehiculului
Verde (-) intrare keysense - conectati acest fir la iesirea negativa keysense a
autovehiculului

Variante de conectare a modulului
Tineti minte ca instructiunile descrise in varianta standard de conectare a modulului
vor functiona pentru majoritatea autovehiculelor, insa unele sisteme de imobilizare vor
avea nevoie de o varianta alternativa de conectare datorita modului de montaj,
diferentelor de design sau pierderilor RF.
Important:
Inainte de a instala modulul informati clientul despre memorarea cheilor existente in
sistem. Daca se achizitioneaza o noua cheie asigurati-va sa memorati codul acesteia
in sistemul de imobilizare al autovehiculului. In cazul multor autovehicule cheia noua
trebuie introdusa in sistem de catre dealer.
Unii producatori de autovehicule cer memorarea tuturor cheilor odata. Astfel, daca se
adauga chei ulterior, toate cele memorate vor fi sterge apoi rememorate in sistem.

Varianta standard de conectare
1.Deschideti modulul BPS01 si introduceti cheia prin receptorul marcat cu negru, ca
in imaginea de mai sus.
2.Inchideti modulul. Acest lucru va mentine cheia in pozitie.
Important: Cand utilizati aceasta metoda de conexiune asigurati-va ca modulul BPS01
se afla in fata contactului auto. NU trebuie sa fie deasupra sau sub el.

6.Testati functionarea inainte de reasamblarea consolei volanului.
7. Reasamblati consola volanului.

Varianta alternativa de conectare nr. 1
Aceasta varianta de conectarea va functiona doar cu sistemele de imobilizare ce au
antena cu 2 fire.
Nu putem garanta functionarea acestei variante cu toate tipurile de sisteme de
imobilizare datorita diferentelor dintre sistemele de transmisie.
NOTA: Aceasta varianta nu va functiona pentru autovehiculele europene.

Setare Jumper
Din fabrica, jumper-ul modulului este setat pe pozitia 2, de 60 depanari (ca in
diagramele anterioare). Mutand jumper-ul pe pozitia 1 modulul va functiona cu 18
depanari.
Puteti utiliza 18 depanari pentru autovehiculele din America sau Asia, dar pentru cele
din Europa este necesara setarea de 60 depanari. Aceasta setare va fi mai sensibila
la detectarea cheii.
Intrari keysense
Unele autovehicule nu pot functiona cu doua chei odata (exemplu: Ford Escape,
Mazda Tribute). Acestea vor prezenta in plus un fir keysense care trebuie conectat, in
functie de polaritate, la firul verde (-) sau la cel mov (+) al modulului BPS01 pentru
functionarea corespunzatoare a pornirii motorului de la distanta.
Cand modulul BPS01 detecteaza un semnal pe firul keysense va decupla automat
astfel incat autovehiculul sa detecteze doar cheia introdusa in contact.
Intrare contact
Unele autovehicule nu suporta schimbarea codului cheii in timpul unui ciclu de
functionare (exemplu: seria Mercedes ML). Conectand firul roz al modulului BPS01 la
contactul autovehiculului va mentine modulul activat pe toata durata de functionare a
motorului, chiar si dupa introducerea cheii in contact.

Bevezetés
A PNP BPS01 modult egy RF vezetékes frekvenciaellenőrző rendszerrel ellátott

Modulok a modul csatlakoztatásához
Ne feledje, hogy a szabványos plug-in modulban leírt utasítások a legtöbb járműre
érvényesek, de néhány indításgátló rendszernek szüksége van egy alternatív
csatlakozási lehetőségre a szerelési mód, a tervezési különbségek vagy az RF
veszteség miatt.

Fontos:
A modul telepítése előtt tájékoztassa az ügyfelet a meglévő kulcsok tárolásáról a
