PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SAT 212 CX is a response to the rental sound industry demand for very high output and high control over output
performance. Double 12” midrange transducers in short horn combined with 2” coaxial high frequency unit in large
horn provides high SPL level for mid and high frequency range. It is a perfect tool for sound reinforcement at small to
medium events both indoor and outdoor. It cooperates very well with TV 118 and TP 118 POL-AUDIO subwoofers.
System is equipped with three-point flying system for rental and installation applications. SAT 212 CX operates in
passive mode powered by a single channel. Designed crossover creates flat amplitude and phase response. Large high
quality horn provide broad and stable coverage.
High quality transducers with neodymium magnet allows to reduce overall weight of the construction with no
compromise on sound quality. This way the loudspeakers are very easy to move and transport, for improved user’s
comfort.
Premium grade plywood enclosure, provides durable housing for loudspeaker system allowing extensive use on the
tour at any conditions. Additionally, quality plywood provides higher resonance dumping for enclosure, making the
sound even more selective.
Operation
Before you connect the product to other elements of the system, make sure all of the parameters
match and guaranty a safe operation.
After exposure to very low temperatures system should be left until the temperature is similar to the
operating conditions during the event. If the system is exposed to the temperature shock it can be
damaged.
Before you turn the system on, make sure the signal is within operating range.
How to minimize risk of system damage
Make sure the signal is not distorted and is within operating levels of the system. Avoid placing a
microphone in front of the system to minimize the risk of a feedback. Before you turn on the system make
sure the amplifier and loudspeaker system are properly matched with all of the technical data.
General safety rules
Always use elements provided by the manufacturer and no other objects.
Always verify if the hoist and construction is prepared for the load you are about to fly.
Protect speaker stand from people access.
Do not stand under the system. If the system collapses it can cause permanent health damage or
even death.
