PROTOCOL FOR
USE
HOW TO USE THIS APPLIANCE
•Before starting the treatment, clean - if necessary - the surfaces and fabrics with the most
appropriate method for removing dirt and dust.
•If your appliance is equipped with steam adjustment - as it can also be used as a steam cleaner
- set it to an average level or, in the presence of preset programs, refer to the instruction manual.
•Heating the dispenser: when the appliance is first switched on, dispense “unusable” steam
for about 30 seconds downwards to reach the optimum operating temperature and pressure.
After each pause before treating surfaces or fabrics, dispense for a few seconds in the same way.

Refer to the table below for the treatment of different surfaces and fabrics.
The table indicates, depending on the treatment to be carried out: the use of the stand spacer open
(distance 10 cm) or closed (close distance); the use or not of the concentrator accessory (straight or
curved); with HPMed or an empty bottle inserted.

After treatment, wait for the rapid and spontaneous drying of surfaces/fabrics.
Drying times depend on the environmental conditions (temperature and humidity), on correct use and on
the nature and temperature of the surfaces.
Complete drying with a disposable cloth only if absolutely necessary.

2For fabrics that may be particularly sensitive to heat, avoid concentrating the steam on a fixed point and instead sanitise it with repeated passes. Treat waterproof fabrics as hard surfaces.
3For electrical appliances, remove the plug from teh socket before carrying out any operation and wait for the surfaces to dry perfectly.
