Should you encounter a problem with your Polygroup® Product, please DO NOT return the product to the place of purchase. All Warranty claims must be made
directly to Polygroup®. Prior to contacting Customer Service, please first review the Troubleshooting Guide in the Installation Manual, or review the FAQ and
instructional videos at support.polygroupstore.com. If you are still unable to correct the problem, please contact Polygroup® Customer Service at [phone].
Please have the product type, model number and your purchase receipt ready, so that our Customer Service Representative can assist you in resolving the problem.
You may be asked to return all or part of the product for inspection and/or repair. Do not return any product to Polygroup® without a Return Merchandise
Authorization number.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Polygroup® Limited (Macao Commercial Offshore), (hereinafter “Polygroup®”) warrants to the original purchaser only, the Solar Heater Mat against defects in
material and workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase. Original Purchaser must retain proof of such purchase in the form of an original store sales
receipt and must produce such upon request by Polygroup® or its designated agents. Warranty claims cannot be processed without a valid proof of purchase.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product, to be decided in
Polygroup®’s sole discretion. Consequential damages, including claims for loss of water, pool chemicals, damage, or labor are not covered under this Limited
Warranty.
This Warranty will be declared invalid should the Purchaser modify or repair the product themselves or by unauthorized persons; use non-Polygroup® parts or
accessories with the product; use the product in contravention of the manufacturer’s Instructions; use improper voltage; abuse the product in any way; or through
accident or negligence. Normal wear-and-tear is not covered under this Warranty, nor are acts of God outside the control of Polygroup®.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Polygroup®, THEIR AUTHORIZED AGENTS, RELATED ENTITIES, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER

PARTS LIST
Remove all parts from the packaging box.
Spread the Solar Heater Mat on a flat
surface. Select a surface that has maximum
exposure to sunlight.
Insert the Elbow Fitting to the Water Inlet and
Water Outlet on the Mat. Tighten them with the
screw caps.
Insert each Transparent Hose onto
each Elbow Fitting on the mat.
Install the Hose Clamps over one end of the
1.5” Water Hoses then place the hose ends onto
the Control Valve Body. Tighten the Hose Clamps.

Insert the other end of each Transparent
Hose onto the Control Valve.
Fasten the Transparent Hose ends to the
Elbow Fittings with the cable ties provided.
Fasten the Transparent Hose ends to the
Control Value with the cable ties provided.

After you turn off your Pump. Install the Service
Plugs onto the fittings of the pool to stop water
from coming out of the pool.
Some Non-Polygroup® Pools use shut-off
valves at both the pool inlet fitting and the
pool outlet fitting instead of service plugs.
Close the valves to stop water from
coming out of the pool.
Remove the hose between pump outlet to the
pool inlet. Save for future use.
The hoses of the Solar Heating Mat are to be
connected between the PUMP OUTLET and the
POOL INLET.
If pool and pump fittings are 1 ¼” diameter:
Jump to step 16.
If pool and pump fittings are 1 ½” & threaded:
Jump to step 17.

Power off or directly unplug the pump. Water
will stop flowing.

Install the remaining Hose Clamps over the
open ends of the 1.5” Water Hoses connected to
the Solar Heating Mat. Connect one hose 5
from the Solar Heating Mat to the pump outlet
and connect the other hose 5 to the pool inlet
fitting. Tighten the Hose Clamps.

STOP HERE.
You will need to determine the
size of your pool and pump fittings.
If Pool and pump fittings are of 1 ½”
diameter: Follow step 15.

1. First, unplug the filter pump. Turn the handle of the Valve Body to stop water from flowing into the Solar Heater Mat.
2. Reverse the steps of installation to disconnect the Water Hoses from the Solar Heater Mat.
3. Reconnect the Water Hose from your pump outlet to the pool return fitting.
4. Squeezee the water out from the Solar Heater Mat.
5. Clean and dry all parts before storage.
1. Check the hose connections to make sure there is no leakage of water.
2. It is suggested to bypass the Solar Heater Mat when the desired water temperature is reached.

DISASSEMBLY AND STORAGE
MAINTENANCE
Plug the pump back in (if unplugged) and press
the "Reset" button or the power switch to turn
the pump back on.
IMPORTANT: Remove the service plugs or
open the shut-off valves before turning your
pump back on. Inspect the Solar Heating Mat
and all hose connections for leaks and
correct as needed.
Turn the knob of the control valve 1 to
divert the water to the Solar Heating Mat until
the desired water temperature is reached.
Install the remaining Hose Clamps over the
open ends of the 1.5” Water Hoses connected
to the Solar Heating Mat. Insert the hose
adapters 2 over the 1.25" pump outlet and the
1.25" pool inlet fittings. Connect one hose
from the Solar Heating Mat to the pump outlet
and connect the other hose to the pool
inlet fitting. Tighten the Hose Clamps.
Install the remaining Hose Clamps over the
open ends of the 1.5” Water Hoses connected to the
Solar Heating Mat. Connect the threaded fitting
adapters 8 to the pump outlet and pool inlet fittings.
Connect one hose from the Solar Heating Mat
to the threaded fitting adapter 8 at the pump outlet
and connect the other hose 5 to the threaded fitting
adapter at the pool inlet fitting. Tighten the Hose
Clamps.

Remueva todas la piezas de la paquetería. Alarge el Tapete Solar Termico Inserte el Ajuste de Codo a la entrada y salida
de agua del tapete. Apriételos con las
tapaderas de rsoca.
Inserte cada Manguera
transparente al Ajuste de Codo
que está en el tapete.
Inserte la otra punta de la manguera a
la válvula de control.
Asegure las mangueras transparentes al
ajuste de codo con el cable para apretar.

.Después de apagar su bomba/motor. Instale
los tapones de servicio a su piscina para
prevenir que al agua escurra fuera de su
piscina.
Algunas Piscinas que NO sean de
Polygroup usan válvulas que sea apagan
en la entrada y salida de la piscina en
lugar de tapones de servicio. Cierre las
válvulas para que no se fugue el agua.
Remueva la manguera entre la salida del
motor y la entrada de la piscina. Guardela
para uso en el futuro.
Las mangueras del Tapete Solar Térmico
deben ser conectadas entre la ENTRADA del
MOTOR y la ENTRADA de la PISCINA.
Si el motor y la piscina son 1 ¼ en diámetro
Salte al paso 16.
Si la piscina y el motor son 1 ½ y con rosca:
Brinque al paso 17.

Apague o directamente desenchufe el motor.
El agua se detendrá en fluir.

DETÉNGASE AQUÍ:
Tendrá que determinar el tamaño
de su piscina y de los orificios.
Si la piscina y los orificios del motor
son 1 ½ en diámetro: Siga paso 15
Instale las abrazaderas 4 sobre una de las
puntas de la manguera 1.5’’, después ajuste las
puntas a la válvula de control. Apriete las
mangueras.
Instale las abrazaderas que sobran

sobre
las aberturas de las mangueras de 1.5’’ que
están conectadas al Tapete Solar Térmico.
Conecte una manguera 5 del Tapete Solar a la
salida del motor y conecte la otra manguera 5
al orificio de la entrada de la piscina. Apriete las
abrazaderas.

1. Primero, desconecte la bomba del filtro. Gire la manecilla de la válvula para detener el flujo de agua el tapete solar térmico.
2. Realice los pasos de instalación a la inversa y desconecte las mangueras del tapete solar térmico.
3. Vuelva a conectar la manguera de la salida de la bomba a la válvula de retorno de la piscina.
4. Escurra el agua del tapete solar térmico.
5. Limpie y seque todas las piezas antes de guardarlas.
1. Revise las conexiones de las mangueras para asegurarse de que no haya fugas de agua.
2. Se recomienda detener el uso del tapete solar térmico cuando el agua haya alcanzado la temperatura deseada.

MANTENIMIENTO
Vuelva a enchufar el motor (si esta
desenchufado) y presione el botón “Reset” o el
botón de arranque para encender la bomba.
IMPORTANTE: Remueva los tapones de
servicio o habrá la válvula antes de arrancar
su motor. Inspeccione el Tapete Solar
Térmico y todas las conexiones de las
mangueras por si hay una fuga de agua.
Gire el botón que está en la válvula de 1
para desviar el agua hacia el Tapete Solar
hasta que tenga la temperatura deseada.

Instale las abrazaderas que sobran

sobre las
aberturas de las mangueras de 1.5’’ que están
conectadas al Tapete Solar Térmico. Inserte los
adaptadores roscados 8 a la salida de la bomba ya
los accesorios de la entrada de la piscina. Conecte
una manguera del Tapete Solar a la salida del
motor y conecte la otra manguera al orificio de la
entrada de la piscina. Apriete las abrazaderas.
Instale las abrazaderas que sobran

sobre
las aberturas de las mangueras de 1.5’’ que
están conectadas al Tapete Solar Térmico.
Inserte los adaptadores de la manguera 2
sobre la 1.25’’ salida del motor y la 1.25’’ entrada
de la piscina. Conecte una manguera 5 del
Tapete Solar a la salida del motor y conecte la
otra manguera al orificio de la entrada de la
piscina. Apriete las abrazaderas.
