Android TV Box
Safety Instructions
1. Position the device horizontally at all times.
2. Utilize the power adapter provided with the device.
3. Maintain a distance between the device and any heat sources
to prevent damage.
4. Place the device in an area with proper ventilation.
5. Keep the device clear of damp and dusty conditions to reduce
the risk of fire and electrical shock.
6. In the event that the device emits smoke or you detect a burning
odor, immediately power down and disconnect the power adapter.
7. Disconnect the power adapter if the device will not be used
for an extended period.
8. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the device.
9. Do not connect the power adapter with wet hands to prevent
electric shock.
10. Refrain from disassembling or modifying the device on your
own to avoid electric shock or damage.
11. Do not use a damaged power cable and plug.
Installation Instructions
Please refer to the accompanying illustrations and guidelines
for connecting the TV, Power, Network, and other devices.
1. Connection with TV
Connect the HDMI/AV cable to the corresponding HDMI/AV port
of both the Android TV box and the television set.
2. Connection with Power
Connect the power adapter to the Android TV box.
3. Connection with Network
3.1 Wireless Connection: Navigate to System Settings > Network
Settings > Wireless Network, select your Wi-Fi SSID, and enter
the correct password to establish a connection.
3.2 Ethernet Connection: Insert the Ethernet cable into the
LAN port of the Android TV box and connect the other end to the
LAN port of your router or to the Ethernet port of your home
broadband network.

Troubleshooting Guide
1. TV Display Issues
If there's no display or signal, check that the power cord is
connected and the electrical outlet has the normal voltage.
Ensure the HDMI/AV cable is properly connected, and select
the correct source on your TV.
2. Audio Problems
If the TV displays images but there is no sound or the sound
is too low, verify that the audio cable is connected properly.
Ensure the volume on your box or TV is not set to mute or too
low. Increase the volume if necessary.
3. Network Connection Issues
If the network cannot be connected, re-establish the internet
connection. Check if the Wi-Fi is off or if the signal strength
is weak. Consider restarting the Wi-Fi or repositioning your
router for better signal reception.
4. Remote Control Malfunction
Ensure you are using the remote control in the correct direction.
Replace the batteries if the remote control has low power.
