The MK-37 multi-functional Stand Mixer is a multi-functional electric appliance at
the kitchen, which can knead dough, stirring eggs and others in making pastries
both in Chinese style and western style; it can also replace or simulate manual
work. This machine can make foods in an easy, healthy and quick manner so that it
is a food cooking product at the kitchen with favorable experiences.

2 Lock the kneading hook on the
connector (figure 3).
Note: Three staples on the shaft must be
inserted into the detent on the kneading
hook; the rotate clockwise to lock in
place. If the staple is not aligned with
the detent, the machine will not be
installed.
3 Place the stirring pan into the base as
the figure 5 and fasten it in the direction
indicated on the machine.

Operation Instruction
When the machine is used for the first time, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned
(please refer to the chapter of CLEANING). Clean package on the stirring pan, pull the
power cable of the machine, and connect it to the AC electric outlet.

4 Slightly fiddle the raising button downward, the machine head will sink. And then, press
the machine head with hands and lock it stably in up/down direction. After the raising
knob is fiddled to be level, it can be locked (shown in the figure 5 and 6).
5 Turn on the power, toggle the gear knob to “P” gear, and let it operate for a short time,
or toggle to the gear 1-6 for a long-time operation.
6 After testing, toggle the gear knob “0” gear to stop it.
7 Toggle the start button in anti-clockwise direction, hold the machine head, and raise the
machine head.
8 take out the stirring pan from the base.
Operation Instruction
1 First place the mixed food into the pan.
2 Place the stirring pan into the base and lock the pan in the direction indicated on the
machine.
3. Place the stirring pan into the base and lock the pan in the direction indicated on the
machine.
4 Lock the corresponding knife on the connector;
5 Close the machine head. Otherwise, the machine cannot rotate;
6 Start the machine’s program: plug the power, close the machine head in up/down
direction, and toggle the gear knob from the “0” gear.
Operation Guidance
Knead dough
Knead dough: make dough with different effect and quality quickly, which can be applied to
make bread, steamed bun, cake and pie.
1 The weight ratio of flour to water is 5:3 (The percent is only for reference. The ratio could
be adjusted according to real situation);
2 Stir for 25-30 s in gear 1, and toggle to the gear 2, and stir for 3-4 min, thus a uniform and
pliable dough shaped (later, the rotation speed and stirring duration can be adjusted between
the gear 1 and 2 on demand).
3 Make sure not to exceed the maximum capacity.
4 The maximal stirring capacity of the stirring pan is 750g dry flour. Proportional water
should be added.
5 Stirring appliance to use: kneading hook.
Make breads and other noodles:
1 500g strong flour, 100g sugar, 1 egg, 5g yeast powder, 75 butter, 4g salt and 250g water.
2 Install the kneading knife, and then put the flour, water and other ingredients into the pan.
3 First switch to the gear to knead dough for 3 min, then switch to the gear to knead dough for
5 min, next switch to the gear 3 to knead dough for 15 min. at this time, the flour will form a
dough and take out from the film. Place the butter, stir it for 3-5 min and ferment for 30 min,
at last, place it into the oven and make bread.
Break egg/butter: the machine can easily produce the ideal bulk effect, which can be utilized
in making the egg white, butter, condensed milk and Nonfat Muffin. Do not stir the heavy
mixture (e.g. condensed milk grease and sugar block). Otherwise, egg breaking cage may be
damaged.
1 Break eggs into the pan as the situation needed. It is recommended to stir for 4-5 min by
using the gear 5-6 till it is in pasty state.
2. Break 3-12 eggs for egg white.
3 Upon cream stirring, stir 250ml-1L fresh cream at 4-6 gear speed for about 3-5 min;
4 Upon stirring of fresh milk, butter or other liquid, make sure to keep the volume within the
maximal capacity of the stirring pan.
5. Stirring appliance needed: break egg cage.
Stirring: quickly stir the mixture to the required expectation, and it may be applied to make
cake, muffin, cold dish and salad.
1.The stirring foods can be mixed by personal taste. Generally stir it for about 3 min at the
gear 1-6. The maximal continuous stirring time should not be over 10 min.
2.Do not exceed the maximal capacity of the stirring pan. When the food is much, stir at the
lower gear. Otherwise, the food will overflow.

Clean and Maintain
1 Prior to cleaning, please help ensure that the speed regulation knob is under gear “0” and
the power cable has been plugged off from the socket.
2 After operation, please clean it when the machine is cooling down.
3 Upon cleaning the exterior of the device, dry or wet rag and a little detergent can be
utilized; while do not make the water or cleaner flow into the machine. Otherwise, spare
parts may be damaged or an electric shock may be caused.
4.Please do not clean the interior and exterior of the machine or the dust cover with
grinding additives or alcohol.
5.Do not immerse the machine into the water for cleaning.
6.Be carefully on cleaning the stirring appliance. Clean water is enough and please do not
have hot water or detergent to clean it. Do not clean it in dish-washing machine.
7. Be carefully on cleaning the stirring pan. Detergent can be applied to clean it while do
not apply grinding additives or other special washing liquid.
Notices
1 The instructions on the Operation Manual must be strictly observed;
2. Prior to operation, please close the machine head. Otherwise, the machine will not start
for the purpose of safety safeguarding.
3. Knead dough at the gear 1 or gear 2. Do not knead dough at a higher gear or gear “P”.
Otherwise, the machine will be over-loaded, and damage may be caused. Such kind of
damage will be beyond the scope of guarantee.
4. For safety, make sure the pan cover properly before operating the machine. Do not close
to the stirring knife and stirring pan during the operation time.
5. Be carefully to open or close the up and down body. Please do not directly press or raise
the machine head abruptly. Item 1 and 4 of Machine Test in this manual must be strictly
observed. Otherwise, damaged may be caused and such damage is beyond the scope of
guarantee.
6 .Place the machine on the smooth and flat table to ensure the stability of the operation.
7 .Upon removing the egg breaking cage, just operate the plastic connector. Do not hold the
steel wire abruptly. Otherwise, the cage may be damaged.
8 Prior to turning on the power, please make sure that the gear knob is located at the “0” gear.
After turning on, the gear can be adjusted.
9 At the connection part of the up and down body, a “Safety switch” has been designed. Three
states need to be watched during operation:
A. When the machine head is raised, do not turn on the power or operate the machine. After
closing the up and down part of the machine head, turn on the power and toggle the gear, then
the machine will operate accordingly.
B. Press the raising button during operation, the machine head will raise and the operation will
instantly stop.
C. Turn on the power, the machine head will raise. Please do not close the machine head when
the gear button is at any location from 1 to 6. Otherwise, the machine will abruptly and quickly
operate for a while, which will against the safety and damage may be caused herein. Please be
careful.
10. The power feedback device is imbedded in this machine. The output power and rotation
speed can be automatically adjusted according to the loading situation. Short delay may occur
in booting and gear switching. Operation will not be in constant rate under different conditions.
Be easy when using it.
11 Notices to ventilation and heat dissipation. Keep the machine away from the heat sources
(e.g. gas burner, icebox, electric bowl, etc.). The mesh heat dissipation outlet is located at the
bottom and rear part of the machine. The placement table should be smooth and flat. Do not
make the air outlet be obstructed (e.g. obstructed by wall) since it will block heat dissipation.
12. The stirring pan can stir continuously for 10 min and then stop it for 3-5 min. Continuous
operation time should reduce in summer to ensure that the machine head will not scald hands.
Otherwise, please instantly stop the machine and cool it down.
13 To extend service life of this machine, please pay special attention to the continuous
operation time of this machine.

8. The dough beater, egg beater and mixer beater are not dishwasher safe. The accessories
can not be cleaned in warm water and washing-up liquid.
9.The agitator bowl and egg whisk are dishwasher safe.
