Things That You Should NOT Do:
The heating system has been designed for safe and reliable use. DO
NOT replace or interfere with the electrical components in the heated
glove liners or the battery pack.
It is safe to use the heated gloves to heat other body parts such as
chest, back, etc. However, do not fall asleep while using the glove
liners.
Our heated glove liners were designed to provide a tight fit and are
made from Spandex. The heated glove liners should be used with
other external gloves for protection. If the heated glove liners are
used without other external gloves, they may be more easily
damaged.
Do not leave the heated glove liners ON if they are unattended.
When the heated glove liners are not in use for long periods of time,
or when transporting the heated glove liners (e.g. in a bag, purse,
backpack, of suitcase), the batteries should be disconnected from the
liners.
As a safety precaution, do not leave the heated glove liners turned on
near highly flammable materials.
To reduce the risk of injury, always unplug the charger and remove the
battery pack from the heated gloves before performing any maintenance.
Never disassemble the heated gloves, battery pack, or charger. Contact
Power In Motion or its dealers for all repairs.
To reduce the risk of personal injury and damage, disconnect and remove
the battery pack from the battery pocket before washing. Never immerse
your battery pack or charger in liquid or allow liquid to flow inside them.
If the heated gloves do not operate properly with a fully charged battery
pack, clean the contacts on the battery pack. If the heated gloves still do
not work properly, return the heated gloves, charger, and battery pack to
Power In Motion or its dealers for all repairs.
Do not use the battery pack if it has become wet. Keep the batteries away
from fire and other heat sources to avoid the risk of explosion. Always keep
the battery pack out of reach of children.
