Planar Part
1. Align the convex part of the Seal Plate with the groove in the Upper Chamber to put the former on
the latter.
* The boss (for identification) of the Seal Plate should be on the small hole (φ1.0) side of the
chamber.
2. Put the Lower Chamber on the Upper Chamber on which the Seal Plate has been put.
3. Put the Chamber Plate on the planar part of the Lower Chamber and lock with the Hexagon Socket
Head Cap Screws 4 x 20 (4 pcs.).
(Tightening torque: 5.0 to 6.0 N·m)

1. Assemble the Guide Poles (4 spots) to the noses of the Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws 4 x 20.
* Ensure that there is no gap between the Guide Poles and Upper Chamber.

Chambers.
* Set the entire circumference of the O-ring 4D 3.5 x 75.8 (AS234) into the groove.

1. Assemble the Fixed Core Unit from the spot-faced surface side of the Nut Plate.
2. Assemble the Compression Spring (Core), Valve Core Unit (with downward rubber), Valve Spacer,
and Valve Core Unit (with upward rubber) to the Fixed Core Unit in that order.
3. Assemble the O-ring 1 x 8 to the Outlet Body and lock with the Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws
2 x 4 at 4 spots. (Tightening torque: 0.4 to 0.6 N·m, 4 spots)

3. Assemble the Rubber Washer to the Follower Holder, followed by the Parallel Pin (Follower).
* Beware of the direction.

2. Assemble the Compression Spring (Stopper) to the Magazine Foot, assemble Rubber Washer and
Nail Stopper to the Magazine Foot, and press-fit the Parallel Pin (Stopper).
3. Holding down the Magazine Stopper, insert the Magazine Foot onto the Magazine 38L/32L.
4. Attach the Magazine Stoppers to the Magazine Foot and Magazine Hanger, and lock with the Cross
Recessed Head Tapping Screws 3 x 8. (Tightening torque: 0.4 to 0.6 N·m)

3. Assemble the Lower Plate to the Magazine Cover 38/32.
3. Assemble the Magazine Cover 38/32 in alignment with the outer shape of the magazine 38L/32L. Set
the Square Nut M5 inside the Magazine 38L/32L, and lock with the Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw
5 x 6. (Tightening torque: 7.0 to 8.0 N·m)

1. Assemble the Tube Fitting M5 to the Cylinder Head C5.
2. Assemble the Plug Unit to the Cylinder Head. (Tightening torque: 2 to 3 N·m)
3. Set the Motor Sleeve and Motor Mount S into the Cylinder Head.
* The hemispherical convex part of the Motor Buffer should face the motor side.
* For the vertical direction of the Motor Sleeve, assemble it in such a manner that its outer convex
part will be located topside. For the rotating direction, align the outer convex part with the groove
in the Cylinder Head.
4. Assemble the Washer to the motor.
5. Assemble the motor, to which HP-300 has been applied, to the Cylinder Head.
* Align the convex part of the Motor Sleeve with the rotating position of the groove in the motor.

1. Assemble the Motor Mount L onto the motor (hemispherical conv

harness, and lock with the Flat Screw 4 x 8 W/Spring Washer.
(Tightening torque: 1.4 to 1.6 N·m)
3. Abut the Fan again Cylinder Head along jig and lock with the Hexagon Socket Head Cap
Screw 4 x 5.
* Align the D-cut surface of the motor shaft with the locking direction of the Cap Screw 4 x 5.
(Tightening torque: 0.9 to 1.1 N·m)
4. Assemble the O-ring AS 568-036.
* Check that the O-ring is set into the groove in the Cylinder Head.
5. After assembly, rotate the Fan by hand and check that it is not deformed.
