Unpack your PRIME Turbo Bike
Make sure there is no shipping
damage and verify all of the
components.
Locate the steering support bar.
Using the hardware from item (C),
attach the steering support bar to
the bottom of the rear assembly.

Each assembly set includes:
(A) 2-rear wheel hub caps
(B) 1-frame connection bolt, 2-washers, 1-lock nut
(C) 4-bolts, 4-lock nuts, 8 washers (handle bar)
(D) 1 bolt, 1 lock nut, 1 washer (seat frame to seat)
(E) 2 bolts, 4 washers, 2 lock nuts (for roll bar)
(F) 4 bolts, 4 lock nuts, 8 washers (for fenders)

PLEASE NOTE:
The front tire is sent with a
low amount of air to allow
the long bolt to go through
the frame during assembly.
Inflate tire to 50 psi once the
Turbo Bike is assembled.

Slide the back bumper onto the
bottom frame. A rubber
hammer may be used to tap
the bumper into place if
needed.Attach using hardware
assembly (E) which consists of
2 bolts, 4 washers and 2
locking nuts.
The wheel bolts and washers are pre-
installed on the rear axles. Remove the bolt
and slide the wheel onto the axle then put
the washer and bolt on and tighten.
NOTE: The valve stems will be facing
INWARD!
FOR COMMERCIAL OR RENTAL USE, IT
IS RECOMMENDED THAT REMOVABLE
THREADLOCK BE USED ON THE
WHEEL BOLT THREADS.
Once the wheel bolts are tight, snap the
wheel hub caps into place.A rubber
hammer may be used
Stand the rear assembly on end so it
is resting on the back bumper.
Using hardware set (B), attach the
front assembly to the rear assembly
using the provided long bolt, 2
washers and 1 lock nut.

Install the pedals onto the
metal crank arms using a
wrench. Each end of the pedal
will be labeled with a R for right
and L for left

Install fenders with holes positioned as shown below on the right
Install fenders onto the rear bumper support frame using hardware in
set (F), 2 bolts, 2 lock nuts & 2 washers on each fender. Position the
fenders as shown above and drop the bolts into the holes and tighten.

Attach the metal seat frame to the seat using
the bolt, washer and nut in diagram (D)
Install seat in the proper hole for rider. The
seat can easily be adjusted for different sized
riders by simply picking the seat up and
moving it to the proper square hole.

Install safety flag in the flag holder located
on the rear bumper next to the fender.
Inflate the front tire to 50 psi and inflate the rear tires to 28 psi
Once your PRIME Turbo Bike is assembled and all bolts are
tight, you are READY TO RIDE! Don’t forget to check thatALL of
the nuts and bolts are tight as some may lave loosened up
during shipping. Pay special attention to check the crank arm
bolts. Install the safety flag in the flag holder located by the rear
wheel before riding. It is normal for the front chain to stretch,
especially during the first 8 hours of riding.After the initial use of
8 hours, check the chain tension and re-check that all bolts are
tight. HAVE FUN!
