Note: Your dispensr should be stored upright for at least
24 hours prior to use.

Postition dispenser so the back is at least
4 inches (11cm) from wall and there are
at least 4 inches (11cm ) of clearance on
both sides.
Clip wall bracket onto rear right corner of
dispenser as shown. Using a Phillips
screwdriver [not included], install plastic
anchor directly into drywall or sheetrock.
Secure by installing screw through the
bracket into the plastic anchor.
Slide drip tray into place.
Plug dispenser into your household
plug socket. Specification for mains supply
(voltage, frequency) 220-240V ~ 50/60Hz.
Make sure that the hot tank has water at all times
before you turn on the hot water function (see step 7),
otherwise you will cause a malfunction to the machine
and the hot system will not work.
Turn on desired functions by flipping
the switches on the back of the
dispenser to the ON position.
Blue - nightlight
Green - chills water
Red - heats water
Your water will be ready to dispense fully chilled in
approximately 1 hour.
Register your dispenser at primodispensers.com to
activate your extended warranty.

Grab a bottle of Primo water
[sold separately] and remove the
sticker from the cap. Carefully lift
bottle and insert onto probe. Apply
slight pressure if needed to ensrue
that the cap is fully pierced. Water
will begin to flow into the reservoirs
causing air bubbles to rise in the bottle.
Place the dispenser on a level floor surface in the
desired location in your home. Product is intended for
indoor use only. [ Note: Do NOT plug power cord into
wall outlet until instructed. Only use a GFCI/RCD
protected power supply.]
Once the dispenser has stopped filling the
internal tanks, dispense and dispose of at
least 2 pints (1L) of water from the cold
and ambient spouts.

Water will take approximately 1 hour after initial set up
to become completely chilled.
Carefully lift bottle and insert onto probe. Apply slight pressure if
needed to ensure that the cap is fully pierced. Water will begin to
flow into the reservoirs causing air bubbles to rise in the bottle.
Pull upward to remove the empty bottle from the bottle holder.
Grab a bottle of Primo water and remove the sticker from the cap.
For best taste, performance, and hygiene,
clean your cabinet, controls, bottle probe and
spouts regularly.
Please follow the correct Primo cleaning
instructions for your product.
To reduce risk of injury and property damage, user must read this entire guide before
installing and using this dispenser. Failure to execute the instructions in this manual may
result in personal injury or damage to property. When operating this dispenser always
exercise basic safety precautions including the following:
Water coolers should not be located:
CAUTION: This unit dispenses water at temperatures that can cause severe burns.
Avoid direct contact with hot water. Keep children and pets away from the unit while
dispensing. Never allow children to dispense hot water without proper and direct supervision.
Disable the heating feature by switching the heating convenience switch on the
back of the unit to the off position or unplug the unit. Product is intended for water
dispensing only. Do not use with other liquids.
Eden Springs UK Ltd, ("Vendor") warrants to the original purchaser of this dispenser, and to no other person, that if this dispenser is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it,
then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (or such other period as agreed by Vendor in writing and/or which may apply in accordance with any extended registered warranty offered by the Vendor from time
to time), all parts in such dispenser shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Vendor may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized retailer or distributor. Therefore, you should
retain your sales slip or invoice. The Limited Warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of parts which prove defective under normal use and service and which Vendor shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon
examination to be defective. Before returning any parts, you should contact Vendor's Customer Service Department using the contact information listed below. If Vendor confirms, after examination, a defect covered by this
Limited Warranty in any returned part, and if Vendor approves claim, Vendor will replace such defective part without charge. If you return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by you. Vendor will return
replacement parts to original purchaser, freight or postage prepaid. The Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation
or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the dispenser, as set out in the User's Manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage
to the finish after purchase, including without limitation scratches, dents, discoloration or rust. Vendor disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors.
EXPRESS WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, VENDOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL,

This dispenser is intended for water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids. Never
use any liquid in the dispenser other than known and microbiologically safe bottled water.
Do not use if plug or cable are damaged.
Never unplug by pulling power cable, always hold the plug.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse plug or cable in water or any other
liquid. Do not operate with wet hands.
The water in the bottle on a cooler can be adversely affected by any of the conditions
listed below.

Water will take approximately 12 minutes after initial set up to
reach its hottest temperature.
This water dispenser is equipped with a child-resistant feature
in order to prevent inadvertent dispensing. To enable
dispensing of hot water, press the red lock button, then press
mug or container against the paddle directly beneath the red
lock button. Release to stop dispensing.
Press drinking glass or container against
the paddle beneath the blue circle to
dispense cold water. Release to stop
dispensing.
A crossed-out wheelie bin symbol denotes that waste
electrical and electronic equipment and batteries must not be
disposed of as unsorted municipal wasted but collected separately.
