Rechargeable LED Work Light
Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain for future
reference.
• When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions should always be
followed.
• Check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate corresponds with that of the
local network before connecting the mains adaptor to the mains power supply.
• Keep the work light out of the reach of children.
• LED lamps are extremely bright. To avoid possible damage to the eyes, do not
stare into an LED beam.
• In use, avoid touching any external surface of the work light, due to the possibility
of high temperatures.
• Do not turn on the light when it is charging.
• Do not leave the lamp on charge for over 24 hours.
• Ensure that the IP plug is in place after charging and before use.
• Do not leave the work light unattended during use.
• Do not use if the mains adaptor has been dropped or damaged.
• Do not power the work light using any other mains adaptor, other than the one
provided with it.
• Do not use the charging unit outside. It is only suitable for indoor use in dry
conditions.
• There are no user-serviceable parts in this work light. Do not attempt to dismantle
the charger or work light.
• The internal rechargeable battery cannot be replaced.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only and should not be used for
industrial purposes.
• Do not use in areas where an explosive or chemical atmosphere may exist. Do not
use in areas where ventilation is restricted.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
• The work light is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Do not use the charging
unit outside.
• The work light must be positioned so that there is at least 1m between the front of
the work light and the surface to be illuminated.
• Do not use on damp or conductive surfaces such as metal. It should be placed
away from any flammable materials.
• Connect the mains charger to the mains power supply to recharge the internal
battery.
• To use, disconnect from the mains power supply, ensuring that the IP plug is in
place. Turn the light on using the on/off switch on the work light.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• Always unplug and allow the work light to cool down before cleaning.
• Clean the work light using a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use any chemicals, abrasives or solvents that may damage the work light.
• The work light has a sealed LED lamp and a lithium ion rechargeable battery,
which are maintenance free. The LED lamp and battery cannot be replaced. When
the LED lamp reaches the end of its life, the work light will have to be replaced.
