Pro-Fondi is an appliance that has been desi ned for the need to solve the problem of the rounds disposal in the public restaurants, coffee shop and bar. From an idea of

WARNING AND USE INSTRUCTIONS - ATTENTION!!! - BEFORE BEGINNING TO USE PRO-FONDI
- Before usin Pro-Fondi read attentively the manual that reports important instructions for its installation and use. It will help you to have a complete knowled e of your Pro-
Fondi.
- Keep the manual with care and keep the packin in case you have to send Pro-Fondi to assistance center.
- Use Pro-Fondi only and esclusively for the cleanin of portafilter basket of professional coffee machines. Stick to the instructions for the normal and correct use illustrated and
described in the manual. Every utilization different from that described in this manual can prevent the correct functionin and because of this, the uarantee on the product loses.
- Pro-Fondi disclaims all responsibilities re ardin the bad functionin or the break of any part of the appliance due to the non compliance of the present warnin s.
- Clean well the neck of the portafilter in order to obtain the best possible contact amon the sprin s.
- The installation must be carried out only by skilled workers.
- In case of bad functionin or imperfection of one or more components it is recommended to replace them with ori inal spare parts.
- Carry out the overtime maintenance only and exclusively by skilled workers makin sure before operatin , to disconnect the feeder cable from the intake.
- The irresponsible insertion of a hand or any other part of the human body is absolutely to avoid.
- In case it is necessary to disconnect the connectors from the ear motor, it is indispensable to connect them a ain respectin scrupulously the polarity and verify that as soon
as they are reconnected, the impeller turn in a anticlockwise direction.
- It is not necessary particular cleanin or maintenance. It is sufficient periodically to keep the internal part cleaned with brush supplied WITHOUT REMOVING THE IMPELLER
FROM ITS HEADQUARTERS.

Funkt onsstörungen auftreten, b tten w r S e, s ch m t dem Kundend enst n Verb ndung zu setzen. Das Garant erecht erl scht, wenn das Gerät
falsch angeschlossen wurde, wenn n cht Or g nal-Ersatzte le verwendet wurden, be normaler Abnutzung, be grober Behandlung, unsachgemäß
durchgeführten Reparaturen oder unsachgemäßem Gebrauch.

daher st es w cht g, dass nachverfolgt werden kann, wer Ihnen das Pro-Fond -Gerät verkauft hat. Verantwortl ch für d e Garant e st
derjen ge, der das Gerät verkauft hat, das he ßt, entweder der Hersteller selbst oder e n Vertreter bzw. Vertr ebshändler. Wenden S e s ch daher
mmer an denjen gen, der Ihnen das Pro-Fond -Gerät n Rechnung gestellt hat. Nur das Erkennen anhand der Ser ennummer ermögl cht es, s cher
festzustellen, woher das Gerät stammt, das he ßt, vom Vertreter bzw. Vertr ebshändler oder vom Hersteller und berecht gt S e dam t, vorgesehene
Serv cele stungen n Anspruch zu nehmen.
Um herausf nden zu können, welche Kundend enststelle am nächsten l egt, st es w cht g, dass S e s ch d rekt m t unserem Personal n Verb ndung
setzen. W r bemühen uns dann, d e Lösung zu f nden, d e techn sch und w rtschaftl ch am s nnvollsten st, um S e als Kunden zufr eden stellen zu
können. Erfahrungsgemäß können Störungen oft m t telefon scher H lfe behoben werden.
GUARANTEE AND ASSISTANCE
The uarantee of your Pro-Fondi is 12 months from the purchase date. The appliance has been produced accordin to the restrictive and qualitative set of rules and checked
before bein delivered. If despite this, some functionin anomalies should arise, you can phone to the Assistance Service. The ri ht of the uarantee falls into decline in case of
wron connection, use of not ori inal spare parts, normal wear, utilization with the use of the force, repair interventions executed in autonomy by the user or incorrect use.
The uarantee conditions are completed by the number of series of your Pro-Fondi put on the frame. This is important because it identifies your appliance. This number of series
must be always kept both durin the period of uarantee and after it, durin all the period of the operation. The italian producer avails himself of different distributors. Therefore it
is very important for you to show who is the responsible of the sale of your Pro-Fondi. The responsible of the uarantee is the one that sold the Pro-Fondi to you and this can be
identified either on the same producer or on one of the distributors. You have always to turn to the one who sold you the Pro-Fondi. Only the identification of the number of
series determines for sure the provenance either from the distributor or from the producer. So you have the ri ht to have the foreseen facilities.

dem L efer-/D enstle stungsvertrag se tens des Herstellers oder des Vertr ebshändlers und zur Erfüllung von Verpfl chtungen m H nbl ck auf d e

Best mmungen unerlässl ch. E ne We gerung, d e Daten m tzute len, kann eventuell zur Folge haben, dass der Inhaber der Garant erechte nur sehr
spät ausf nd g gemacht werden kann oder dass Garant ele stungen n cht erbracht werden können. In Bezug auf d e Verarbe tung d eser Daten w rd
d e Zust mmung des Betroffenen laut Art. 12, Buchstabe b) des Gesetzes Nr. 675/96 n cht e ngeholt.
Der von der Datenverarbe tung Betroffene kann d e n Art. 13 des Gesetzes Nr. 675/96 beschr ebenen Rechte ausüben, wenn er s ch d rekt an den
Hersteller oder an den Vertr ebshändler wendet. Der Betroffene hat nsbesondere das Recht:
a) auf e ne Bestät gung über d e Ex stenz der hn betreffenden persönl chen Daten, selbst wenn d ese noch n cht reg str ert wurden, auf e ne ver-
ständl che Kommun kat on d eser Daten sow e h ns chtl ch des Ursprungs der verarbe teten persönl chen Daten;
b) auf Löschung, auf Umwandlung der Daten n anonyme Daten oder auf deren Block erung/Löschung wegen Übertretung des Gesetzes;
c) auf Anpassung, Ber cht gung und Ergänzung der Daten;

INFORMATION ABOUT THE TREATMENT OF THE PERSONAL DATA
In conformity with the art. 10 L. 675/96, the producer and the distributor, as treatment holders, communicate to the purchasers of the product the followin information:
The personal data of the purchaser are re istered, put in order, memorized and mana ed by the producer and distributor by every suitable manual and informatics treatment
operation. These data serve for functional purposes and for the fulfilment of the obli ation derivin by the supply contract of oods/services from the producer or distributor and
to the fulfilment of the performances due in uarantee of the product. The abovementioned data awardin is necessary for the execution of the performance in uarantee
towards the purchaser and the law fulfilments. The possible refusal to award the abovementioned data, can cause some delays in the identification of the subject, that is the
holder of the uarantee performances. With re ards to the abovementioned treatment it is not requested the approval of the concerned, in conformity with the art. 12, letter b, L.
675/96.
The concerned to the treatment can exert the ri hts re ardin the art. 13 L. 675/96 addressin directly to the producer or distributor and in particular he has the ri ht to request:
A - the confirmation of the existence of the personal data that re ards him, even if they are not yet re istered and the communication in intelli ible form of the same data and of
