2. IN GENERAL
The inverter pump control is a switching device which can automatically switch an electrical
consumer (pump) ON and OFF. The device monitors the pressure and the ow rate in the
pressure line. Depending on the pressure or the ow rate, the inverter pump control switches
one or more electrical consumers ON or OFF.
The inverter pump control is to be used exclusively for non-abrasive clear water without
deposits and other dirt. In the opposite case, an e󰀨ective pre-lter with mesh size not coarser
than 0.2mm must be installed in front of the unit. After unpacking, make sure that the data
indicated on the type plate correspond to the intended operating conditions. In case of doubt,
do not operate the unit.Transport damage must be reported immediately to the shipping
company and to us in writing.
Make sure after unpacking that the data given on the nameplate agree with the foreseen
operating conditions. When in doubt, the operation is prohibited. Transport damages are
reported immediately to the transport company and to us in writing.

3. INSTALLATION
Theinstallationmustbeperformedbyaqualiedprofessional.
Please, check each time before using, the electrical connections and the cables are
not damaged. Check before the installation whether the electrical connections are
earthed according to the statutory regulations and are installed.
Also, it is NOT recommended to perform, for example, a cable extension. It is not
certain whether this modication is technically correct, so this warranty is void .
A non-return valve on the discharge side of the pump is absolutely necessary. We
recommend the installation of a 5-way adapter with built-in non-return valve from our product
range, wich is available to suit the line cross-section. These 5-way adapters have the
possibility of connection for the pressure sensor*, as well as for an additional pressure
gauge (special accessory, Art.-No. A7257, A7258, A7259, A7260, A7261)
We recommend the installation of a pressure gauge so that the line pressure can be
checked at any time.

4.1 WIRING DIAGRAMM:

5.1CheckingbeforeOperation

5.2 Operating Steps
1. Connect power ,pressure display “00.00”bar, the power indicator lights.
2. Open the outlet valve, press “RUN” and start the pump.
3. Any conditions can press “STOP”, and stop the pump.
4. Press „ “ or „ “, can check the working pressure, if you want to change the pressure press
„“, to increase the setting pressure or press „ “ to reduce the setting pressure.
5. Open the tap after setting pressure, the inverter will take frequency speed control on pump
according to the water using status .Observing whether the pump is running normally, the
pressure showed in the display whether is constant. If it does, the installation and debugging is

If there are problems with a short circuit or exceeding the maxi-
mum current (pump power too high), this code is displayed. After
troubleshooting, the device returns to normal operating mode.

6. SECURITY TIPS
l Obey absolutely valid regulations on the electrical security
l To avoid shocks and re risks, read and follow closely the following instructions:
• Always unplug the device from the mains before carrying out any work on it.
• Be sure that the electric line connecting the device to the mains and the extension
leads have a cross-section suitable for pump power and be sure that the electrical
connections are far away from any water source.
• When Flow guard is used for swimming pools, ponds and fountains if is necessary
to use an automatic RCD with IDn = 30 mA protection.
• Do not operate the device permanently in the sun (risk of overheating).
• Installation only in frost-proof areas without condensation.

device according to instructions or supervision if they have been instructed in the safe use
of the device and understand the resulting dangers.
l Cleaning and maintenance may only be carried out by qualied personal.

l To take over no responsibility in the case of accidents or damages on the basis of
carelessness or disregard to the instructions in this book.
l To reject every responsibility for the damages which originate from the improper use of
the device.
7. SERVICING
It may happen occasionally that dirt is retained in the internal check valve and this is no longer
seals 100%. The rst remedy should be always trying to ush the check valve free. This is
done, for example, by turning on the garden-side faucet fully so that the pump delivers water
at full capacity for about 30 minutes. If the clocking does not disappear afterwards, the ad-
apter must be replaced. Before installing the new device, the pump must always be ushed
free as described above. Opening the device for purposes other than connecting the cables
is not permitted and always leads to the loss of any warranty claims. In addition, considerable
dangers can arise during operation of a cycling pump, so that the pump must not be operated
further under any circumstances. The pump must be taken out of service until the equipment is
replaced. Abrasive materials, such as sand, will shorten the maintenance time and equipment
life.
The following checks should be carried out regularly:
l functional test (min. every 3 months)
l integrity of the power cord
lClean the guide lines (e.g. no buckling)
lClean the media (no sand, no sludge)

8. GUARANTEE REGULATIONS
For all manufacturing and material defects, the statutory warranty applies. In these cases we
take the replacement or repair of the device. Shipping costs shall be borne by our company,
except as required by law.

We will inform you how to proceed with case-related. Returns please su󰀩cient postage.
Unfortunately not prepaid returns can not be accepted because they are ltered out before
delivery. We provide our service in Germany.
Please note that the max. starting current is given by the design of your pump.
It is limited in the inverter to protect the devices. Error: Overload [o] [Ld]
The max. starting current of the pump must be smaller than the max. permissible inverter
current. Therefore we cannot guarantee the function of any inverter/pump combination.

10. NOTES ON PRODUCT LIABILITY
We point out, that we are only liable for damages under the Product Liability Act, which are
caused by our units if no changes were made to the equipment. If repairs are carried out by
our authorized service, we are only liable if original spare parts and accessories were used.
11. NOTES ON DISPOSAL
Electro devices of our company, labeled with the symbol of the crossed trash bin,
are not permitted to be disposed in your household garbage. We are registered at
the German registration department EAR under the WEEE-No.DE79535656.This
symbol means, that you’re not allowed to treat this product as a regular household
waste item – it has to be disposed at a recycling collection point of electrical de-
vices. This is the best way to save and protect our earth.

2. ALLGEMEINES
Die Inverter Pumpensteuerung ist ein Schaltgerät, welches einen elektrischen Verbraucher
(Pumpe) automatisch EIN- und AUSschalten kann. Das Gerät überwacht den Druck und den
Durchuß in der Druckleitung. Abhängig von dem Druck bzw. der Durchussmenge, schaltet
die Inverter Pumpensteuerung einen oder mehrere elektrische Verbraucher AN bzw. AUS.
Die Inverter Pumpensteuerung ist ausschließlich für nicht abrasives Klarwasser ohne
Ablagerungen und sonstigen Schmutz einzusetzen. Es ist wichtig, dass ein wirksamer
Vorlter mit einer Maschenweite mit bis zu 0,2 mm vor dem Gerät eingebaut wird.
Vergewissern Sie sich nach dem Auspacken, dass die auf dem Typenschild angegebenen
Daten mit den vorgesehenen Betriebsbedingungen übereinstimmen. Im Zweifelsfall ist der
Betrieb zu unterlassen.Transportschäden sind unverzüglich dem Speditionsunternehmen und
uns schriftlich mitzuteilen.

3. INSTALLATION
DieInstallationistvoneinerqualiziertenFachkraftauszuführen.
Bitte überprüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme die elektrischen Anschlüsse sowie
das Kabel auf Unversehrtheit. Bitte prüfen Sie vor der Installation, ob der elektrische
Anschluss entsprechend der gesetzlichen Vorschriften geerdet und installiert ist.
Es ist NICHT zu empfehlen, selbst Kabelverlängerungen oder andere technische
Modikationen durchzuführen. Diese Veränderungen können technisch nicht ein-
wandfrei sein und gefährden den Garantieanspruch.
3.1 INVERTER PUMPENSTEUERUNG 5
Auf der Druckseite der Pumpe ist ein Rückschlagventil zwingend erforderlich. Wir empfehlen
den Einbau eines 5-Wege-AdaptersmiteingebautenRückschlagventil aus unserem
Produktsortiment, welche passend zum Leitungsquerschnitt erhältlich sind. Diese 5-Wege-
Adapter haben sowohl die Anschlussmöglichkeit für den Drucksensor, als auch für ein
zusätzliches Manometer (Sonderzubehör, Art.-Nr. A7257, A7258, A7259, A7260, A7261).
Wir empfehlen den Einbau eines Manometers, damit der Leitungsdruck jederzeit kontrolliert
werden kann.
