DON’TS
Do not cut into the Gas Pricer PCB at any point.
Do not drill into the Gas Pricer PCB.
Do not cut/modify any part of the Gas Pricer extrusion.
Do not cut/modify any part of the Gas Pricer mounting brackets.
Do not use any other power supply type to power the Gas Pricer units other than the ones supplied.
Do not use the provided power supplies to power any other lighting in the sign cabinet.
Do not install the provided power supplies lower than 2” from the bottom of the cabinet.
Do not touch the Gas Pricer LED bulbs during installation.
Do not install the provided power supplies more than 15 feet away from the Gas Pricer units.
DO’S
Do mount the provided power supplies in the lower half of the cabinet at least 2” from bottom.
Do handle the Gas Pricer units by the corners.
Do install forced or passive venting to keep the cabinet temperature below 160˚F.
Do make sure there is no exterior water dripping into the cabinet
Do make sure that the brightness level setting of the Gas Pricer units are set to 1.

BEFORE WIRING
During installation do not allow the AC power to be connected inadvertently.
DURING OPERATION
Keep dry and away from damp or wet environments.
Do not make modifications while in operation. Risk of electrical shock can cause serious injury.

REQUIREMENTS
1) TEMPERATURE
a. Operational temperature range: -25˚C to 70˚C. (-13˚F to 160˚F)
b. Forced or passive venting is required on all installations to keep the cabinet temperature below
160˚F.
2) LOCATION
a. Mount power supplies in the lower half of the cabinet.
b. In compliance with UL 48, keep power supplies at least 2” from the bottom of the cabinet.
3) SPACING
a. 4” spacing between each power supply or in accordance with SAM manual.
b. 24” away from any transformer or AC power source.
c. No farther than 15 feet away from Sign.
4) CIRCUIT
a. Do not share the power source with any neon or other fixtures which employs a flasher on the
same circuit.
5) PROTECTION
a. A Water Cover must be installed 1~2” on top of SP Power Supplies to prevent any water from
dripping into the Power Supplies.
ALWAYS double check your connections before going to the next step.
Any installation not in accordance to Pro-Lite requirements will void the Warranty.

The installation meets the requirements in Section 2.
Make sure all connections to the terminal blocks are secure (potential danger of short circuit).
Label your AC and DC wiring accordingly so that any service personnel can identify them easily.
