WARNING

The term “power tool” in the warnings
refers to your mains-operated (corded)
power tool or battery-operated (cordless)
power tool.
1) Work Area Safety
a) Keep the working area clean
and well lit. Cluttered and dark
areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools
in explosive atmospheres, such
as the presence of ammable
liquids, gases or dust. Power tools
create sparks which may ignite the
dust of fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders
away while operating a power
tool. Distractions can cause you to
lose control.
d) CAUTION: In order to prevent
overheating do not cover the
appliance.
e) Ensure that neither the air access
not exist become either totally
or partially covered by drapery,
clothing, etc., as this increases the
risk of re.
2) Electric safety
a) Power tool plug must match the
outlet. Never modify the plug in
any way. Do not use any adapter
plugs with earthed (grounded)
power tools. Unmodied plugs and
matching outlets will reduce risk of
electric shock.
b) Avoid body contact with
earthed or grounded surfaces
such as pipes, radiators, ranges
and refrigerators. There is an
increased risk of electric shock if
your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools
to rain or wet conditions. Water
entering a power tool will increase
the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord. Never
use the cord for carrying, pulling
or unplugging the power tool.
Keep cord away from heat, oil,
sharp edges or moving parts.
Damaged or entangled cords
increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When operating a power tool
outdoors, use an extension cord
suitable for outdoor use. Use
of a cord suitable for outdoor use
reduces the risk of electric shock.
f) If operating a power tool in a
damp location is unavoidable,
use a residual current device
(RCD) protected supply. Use of an
RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.

g) Do not use the appliance if the
cable or plug is damaged.
h) Ensure that the voltage indicated
on the rating label matches the
mains voltage before plugging in the
appliance.
i) If any of the appliance casings
breaks, immediately disconnect the
appliance from the main to prevent
the possibility of an electric shock.
j) Do not use the appliance if it has
fallen on the oor, if there are visible
signs of damages or if it has a leak.
k) CAUTION: Maintain the appliance dry.
l) Do not use the appliance with damp
hands or feet, or when barefooted.
m) Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
n) Use suitable detectors to
determine if utility lines are hidden
in the dark work area or call the
local utility company for assistance.
Contact with electric lines can lead to
re and electric shock. Damaging a gas
line can lead to explosion. Penetrating
a water line causes property damage
or many cause an electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are
doing and use common sense
when operating a power tool. Do
not use a power tool while you
are tired or under the inuence
of drugs, alcohol or medication.
A moment of inattention while
operating power tools may result in
serious personal injury.
b) Use personal protective
equipment. Always wear eye
protection. Protective equipment
such as dust mask, non-skid safety
shoes,hardhat, orhearing protection
used for appropriate conditions will
reduce personal injuries.
c) Prevent unintentional starting.
Ensure the switch is in the off-
position before connecting to
power source and/or battery
pack, picking up or carrying the
tool. Carrying power tools with your
nger on the switch or energising
power tools thathave the switch on
invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or
wrench before turning the power
tool on. A wrench or a key left
attached to a rotating part of the power
tool may result in personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper
footing and balance at all times.
This enables better control of the
power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear
loose clothing or jewellery. Keep
your hair, clothing and gloves

away from moving parts. Loose
clothes, jewellery or long hair can
be caught in moving parts.
g) If devices are provided for the
connection of dust extraction and
collection facilities, ensure these
are connected and properly used.
Use of dust collection can reduce
dust-related hazards.
h) Use clamps or a vise to secure
the object to be worked in place.
The work will be safer if both hands
are free to control the tool.
i) Do not grind any material
containing asbestos. Working with
asbestos and/or silica wheel, the
dust produced is harmful for health.
Prevent inhalation of these types
of dust by following the appropriate
health and safety regulations.
j) Project yourself from contact with
and the inhalation of dust created by
sanding wood and metal surfaces
and surfaces coated with lead paint.
Use protective equipment that
complies with the appropriate health
and safety regulations.
k) Exercise precaution after
employing the stop operation on the
appliance as the tool will continue
moving from the effect of its own
mechanical inertia.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use
the correct power tool for your
application. The correct power tool
will do the job better and safer at the
rate for which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if
the switch does not turn it on
and off. Any power tool that cannot
be controlled with the switch is
dangerous and must be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from
the power source and/or the
battery pack from the power tool
before making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or storing
power tools. Such preventive
safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the power tool accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of
the reach of children and do not
allow persons unfamiliar with the
power tool or these instructions
to operate the power tool. Power
tools are dangerous in the hands of
untrained users.
e) Maintain power tools. Check
for misalignment or binding of
moving parts, breakage of parts
and any other condition that may
affect the power tool’s operation.
If damaged, have the power
tool repaired before use. Many

accidents are caused by poorly
maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and
clean. Properly maintained cutting
tools with sharp cutting edges are
less likely to bind and are easier to
control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories
and tool bits etc. in accordance
with these instructions, taking
into account the working
conditions and the work to be
performed.
h) Use of the power tool for operations
different from those intended could
result in a hazardous situation.
i) Fully unroll the appliance’s power
cable before each use.
j) Do not use the appliance if its
accessories are not properly tted.
k) Do not use the appliance if
the accessories or consumables
attached to ir are defective. Replace
them immediately.
l) Use the appliance handle/s, to
catch it or move it.
m) This appliance is for professional use.
n) This appliance is not a toy.
Children should be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
o) Do not expose the appliance to
extreme temperatures.
p) Let the appliance running with no
load for 30 seconds in a safe position.
If you notice serious vibration or
other defects stop the appliance
immediately. Then check the problem
and/or proceed as we describe on
Anomalies and Repair clause.
q) Always check the workpiece
before operation and remove any
obstructions such as nails, staples,
screws, string, rags, cloths, and
other debris.
r) Check the position of power cables
before commencing work ensuring
they are well away from the work.
s) Keep hands and other body parts
well away from the work area whist
the tool is in use.
t) Hold the machine with a rm grip.
High reaction torque can briey occur
while driving in and loosening screws.
5) Service
Have your power tool serviced by
a qualied repair person using
only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the
power tool is maintained. Any misuse

or failure to follow the instructions for
use renders the guarantee and the
manufacturer’s liability null and void.
6) Drill Safety Warnings
a) Wear ear protectors when
impact drilling. Exposure to noise
can cause hearing loss.
b) Use auxiliary handle(s), if
supplied with the tool. Loss of
control can cause personal injury.
c) Hold power tool by insulated
gripping surfaces, when
performing an operation where
the cutting accessory may
contact hidden wiring or its own
cord. Cutting accessory contacting
a “live” wire may make exposed
metal parts of the power tool “live”
and could give the operator an
electric shock.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before use:
a) Make sure that the product
packaging has been removed.
b) Ensure that the voltage indicated
on the rating label matches the
mains voltage before plugging in the
appliance.
c) Prepare the appliance according
to the function you wish to use.
Auxiliary Operation:
a) When working always use the
auxiliary handle (5).
b) The depth can be set with the
depth stop (4). Thereby loosen the
winged screw by turning the auxiliary
handle (5) counter clockwise.
c) Set de required drilling depth.
d) Tighten the winged screw by turning

the auxiliary handle (5) clockwise.
Insert a drill bit:
a) To open the drill’s chuck, whilst
completely switched off, take rm
hold of the black part of the chuck
and turn the part of the chuck
counter clockwise.
b) Insert the drill bit, screwdriver bit,
or other tool/accessory required for
the task, into the chuck. In order to
obtain a secure fastening of the bit,
insert the bit as far as you can into
the chuck. Take rm hold of the back
part of the chuck and turn the front
part of the chuck clockwise until it is
rmly closed.
c) In order to remove accessories
from the chuck, follow the same
steps as indicated previously but in
reserve order.
Screwing, drilling/unscrewing
a) To drill or screw, ALWAYS have
the direction set to clockwise (CW).
b) The unscrew, set the direction to
counter clockwise (CW).
c) The appliance should not be in use
when changing the screwing direction.
Rotation direction change
a) Do not change the direction of
the rotation whilst the tool motor is
in operation.
b) The appliance has a selector (7),
which allows the direction of rotation
to be changed.
Electronic speed control
a) The speed of the appliance can be
regulated by using the speed regulator
control (6). This function is very useful,
as it makes it possible to adapt the
speed of the appliance to the type of
work that needs to be done.
b) If the appliance work continuously at
low speed,working lifeof theappliance
will be reduced considerably.

Use
a) Connect the appliance to the
mains.
b)Turn the appliance on, by using
the on/off button.
Locking button
a) To active this function press button
(10) while holding down the run button.
b) To deactivate this function, press
the run button right down.

c) Select the appliance function
desired.
d) Select the desired speed.
Once you have nished using the
appliance
- Stop the appliance by releasing
the on/off switch.
Cleaning
a) Disconnect the appliance from
the mains and allow it to cool before
undertaking any cleaning task.
b) Clean the equipment with a damp
cloth with a few drops of watching-
up liquid and then dry. DO NOT
IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
c) Clean the equipment with a damp
cloth with a few drops of washing-up
liquid and then dry.
d) Do not let water or any other liquid
get into the air vents to avoid damage
to the inner parts of the appliance.
e) Never submerge the appliance in
water or any other liquid or place it
under running water.
f) If the appliance is not in good
condition of cleanliness, its surface
may degrade and inexorably affect
the duration of the appliance’s useful
life and could become unsafe to use.
g) CAUTION: There is a risk of re if
the appliance’s cleaning is not done
according to these instructions.

a) Take the appliance to an authorized
technical support service if a product

not try dismantle or repair without

que éstos estén montados y que
sean utilizados correctamente. El
empleo de estos equipos reduce los
riesgos derivados en polvo.
h) Utilizar piezas de sujeción o una
abrazadera para sujetar la pieza a
trabajar. El trabajo será más seguro
si ambas manos están libres para
manejar y controlar la herramienta.
i) No debastar ningún material que
contenga amiato.
El polvo producido es perjudicial
para la salud.
Prevenir la inhalación de estos tipos
de polvo siguiendo el procedimiento
y reglamentos de salud y seguridad.
j) Protegerse del contacto e
inhalación de polvo procedente del
lijado de supercies de madera, de
metalopintadaconpinturasalplomo.
Utilizar los medios de protección
adecuados a la normativa aplicable
sobre prevención de riesgo.
k) Tener precaución después de
parar la herramienta, ya que la
herramienta seguirá girando por
efecto de su inercia mecánica.
Uso y trato cuidadoso
de herramientas eléctricas
a) No sobrecargue la herramienta
eléctrica. Use la herramienta
eléctrica prevista para el trabajo

a realizar. Con la herramienta
adecuada podrá trabajar mejor y
más seguro dentro del margen de
potencia indicado.
b) No utilice herramientas
eléctricas con un interruptor
defectuoso. Las herramientas
eléctricas que no se puedan
conectar o desconectar son
peligrosas y deben hacerse reparar.
c) Desconecte el enchufe de la
fuente de alimentación antes
de realizar un ajuste en la
herramienta eléctrica, cambiar
de accesorio o al guardar la
herramienta eléctrica.
Esta medida preventiva reduce el
riesgo a conectar accidentalmente
la herramienta eléctrica.
d) Guarde las herramientas
eléctricas fuera del alcance
de los niños. No permita la
utilización de la herramienta
eléctrica a aquellas personas
que no estén familiarizadas con
su uso o que no haya leído estas
instrucciones. Las herramientas
eléctricas utilizadas por personas
inexpertas son peligrosas.

p) Comprobar siempre la pieza de

eliminar posibles obstrucciones como
clavos, grapas, tornillos, cadenas,
trapos, paños y otros restos de
material.
q) Comprobar la ubicación de
los cables de corriente antes de
empezar a trabajar, asegurándose
de que están sucientemente
alejados de la zona de trabajo.
r) Mantener las manos y otras partes
del cuerpo alejadas de la zona de
trabajo mientras esté utilizando el
aparato.
s) Sujete rmemente la herramienta
eléctrica. Al apretar o aojar tornillos
pueden presentarse bruscamente
unos golpes de reacción.
Servicio
a) Únicamente haga reparar su
herramienta eléctrica por un profesional,
empleando exclusivamente pieza de
repuesto originales. Solamente así se

Instrucciones de seguridad para
taladros
a) Colóquese unos protectores
auditivos al taladrar con
percusión. El ruido intenso puede

MODO DE EMPLEO
Notas previas de uso:
a) Asegúrese de que ha retirado todo
el material de embalaje del producto.
b) Antes de conectar el aparato a la
red, vericar que el voltaje indicado
en la placa de características
coindice con el voltaje de red.
c) Preparar el aparato acorde a la
función que desee realizar.
Funcionamiento auxiliar
a) Mientras trabaja utilice siempre el
mango auxiliar (5).
b) Puede jar la profundidad con el
tope de desplazamiento vertical (4).
Para ello, aoje el tornillo girando
el mango auxiliar (5) en el sentido
antihorario.
c) Seleccione la profundidad de
perforado necesario.
d) Apriete el tornillo girando el mango
auxiliar (5) en el sentido horario.
Introducir una broca
a) Para abrir el mandril con el taladro
desenchufado, sujete con rmeza la
parte posterior del mandril y haga
girar la parte delantera del mandril
en el sentido antihorario.
b) Introduzca la broca, la punta de
atornillador u otras herramientas/
accesorios necesarios para realizar
el trabajo, en el mandril. A n de
garantizar una jación segura de
la broca en el mandril. Sujete con
rmeza la parte posterior del mandril
en el sentido horario hasta que
quede bien cerrado.
c) Para retirar los accesorios del
mandril, repita los pasos arriba
indicados, pero en el orden inverso.

Atornillado / desatornillado,
perforado
a) Para perforar o atornillar,
mantener SIEMPRE la dirección ja
en el sentido horario.
b) Para desatornillar, je la dirección
en el sentido antihorario.
c) No utilizar el aparato mientras
cambia la dirección de atornillado.
Cambio de la dirección de rotación:
a)Nocambiarladirecciónderotación
mientras el motor de la herramienta
está en funcionamiento.
b) El aparato dispone de un selector
(7), que permite cambiar la dirección
de la rotación.
Control electrónico de velocidad
a) Se puede controlar la velocidad
del aparato, simplemente actuando
sobre el mando de control de
velocidad (6). Esta función es
muy útil ya que permite adaptar
la velocidad del aparato al tipo de
trabajo que se precise realizar.
b) Si el aparato funciona
continuamente a velocidad
lenta, su vida útil se reducirá
considerablemente.
Perforado y Atornillado
Girar el selector (2) hasta que
la echa del aparato señale la

Uso
a) Enchufar el aparato a la fuente
eléctrica.
b) Poner en marcha el aparato,
utilizando el interruptor de ON / OFF.
Botón de seguro
a) Para activar esta función pulsar el
botón (9) mientras mantiene pulsado
el botón de arranque.
b) Para desactivar esa función pulsar
el botón de arranque.
c) Seleccionar la función deseada.
d) Seleccionar la velocidad deseada
Una vez nalizado el uso del
aparato:
a) Parar el aparato, retirando la
presión sobre el mando ON /OFF.
Limpieza
a) Desenchufar el aparato de la
fuente eléctrica y dejarlo enfriar
antes de iniciar cualquier operación
de limpieza.
b) Limpiar el conjunto eléctrico
y el enchufe con un paño
húmedo y secarlos después. NO
