cleanser - is fully compliant with all the standards specied in the applicable
legislation as well as other relevant clauses.

To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to
dangerous substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the
end users of such devices are expected to understand the meaning of
the symbol consisting of a crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose
of electrical and electronic equipment along with unsorted household
waste. Instead, dispose of it separately and properly.

The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is
made from non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local
recycle bins.
Safety warnings
DANGER! This symbol, when combined with the Danger note,
highlights a dangerous situation. Failure to observe this warning may
lead to limb injury and risk life.
Danger for children and people with disabilities
• Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packing
materials. There is a suffocation risk.
• This device is not designed to be used by people (including children) with
limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or people without adequate
experience, and/or understanding, unless they are supervised by someone
responsible for their safety, or instructed by them on how to use the device.
• Children must not play with the device.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without
supervision.
• Keep the device away from children.

Danger! Risk of electric shock fatality
• Check the device for visible external damage before use. Do not operate the
device in case it has been damaged or dropped.
CAUTION! This symbol highlights dangerous situations that can lead
to light injuries, or damage, malfunction, and/or destruction of the
device.
To prevent harm or injuries inicted on users or others, make sure to comply
with the below requirements.
This product is not suitable for wounded skin or skin that underwent cosmetic
surgery, such as a rhinoplasty or others.
To ensure the cleaning effect, replace the brush head every three months.
Danger! Risk of property damage
• Use only the supplied charging base to charge the product.
• Do not place any naked ames on or near the device (e.g., burning candles).
• Do not allow any foreign bodies to enter the device.
• Make sure the device is not exposed to excessive temperatures, as this can
cause condensation, which may lead to short circuit. If, however, the device
has been exposed to signicant temperature uctuations, allow it to adjust

for approximately two hours, until the device has reached room temperature,
before starting it up.
• Make sure the device is not exposed to direct heat sources (for example,
heaters).
• Make sure the device is not exposed to direct sunlight or strong articial light.
• Discontinue use of the device should it become damaged.
Maintenance and cleaning
CLEANING
• Make sure the device is switched OFF before cleaning.
• The body of the device can be rinsed with water and dried with a dry towel,
or a paper towel.
• The bristle and silicone brushes can be rinsed with water to remove any
foam, and then placed in a ventilated place to air dry.
• Remove the powder puff from the adapter and rinse it under warm water.
Then apply a soapy solution to wash it, rinse it to remove the foam, and then
place it in a ventilated place to air dry.
• Clean the adapter with warm water when using oily or cream facial cleansers.
STORAGE
• Please keep the device out of the reach of children to avoid the risk of
swallowing and suffocation.

• Do not place the charger near the water.
• Unplug the charger when not in use or while cleaning.
• Please make sure the brush head is dry when the device has not been used
for a long time. Then store it in a ventilated, dry place.

INSTRUCTIONS
Buttons
1. Press the Switch button - the indicator will light up.
2. Continuously press the Switch button (5 seconds) to switch between
settings.
3. The product has function memory. This means it will resume working in the
same settings as the last time it was operated once it’s been switched ON
again.
Charging your Faciall
1. The indicator will blink red when the device runs out of power. Charge the
device in a timely manner.
2. The indicator will remain red while the device is charging.
3. Charging time is about 6 hours. The indicator will remain lit in white once the
appliance is fully charged.
4. Actual battery performance may vary based on settings, environment and
usage.

Charging operation
Place the main body of the device on the charging base to charge it wirelessly.
Operating steps - Bristle brush & Silicone brush
Note: Please remove all your makeup before using this device.
1. Select the bristle or silicone brush according to your skin demands. Attach
the chosen brush to the main body of the device.
2. Moisten your face with clean water or face cleanser. For better results, clean
your skin with lukewarm water, at a temperature of about 35°C.
3. Switch on the device and select your desired setting. It is easy and convenient
to operate.
4. Cleanse your chin, your forehead, and the skin around your eyes by using the
device in circular motions. Then move the device from the middle to either
side of your face. For the nose area, move the device up and down both sides
of your nose.
5. When cleansing your cheeks, move the device from bottom to top, lifting the
face lines. It is easier to remove impurities when moving the device in the
opposite direction of the pores.
6. Cleanse for 2 minutes, rinse and dry your face, then use skin care products
as needed.
7. Use the device gently in skin where wrinkles are easily formed, such as
between the eyebrows, around the eyes and over nasolabial folds.

8. The silicone brush is suitable for sensitive skin and can be detached for
cleaning.
Operating steps - Powder puff
1. Remove the silicone brush from the adapter and replace it with the powder
puff.
2. Attach the powder puff base onto the main body of the device to apply
concealer to your face.
Troubleshooting
Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the problem persists
after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

Warranty statement
All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via
www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale
of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for nal
consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for
non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production
defects for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a
consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally established by the
applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair
time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s
consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty

unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty,
please contact Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided
on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions or recommendations.
Contact and technical assistance information is also provided at the end of this
warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is
presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original
invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the date of
purchase and the product’s model name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This
warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such
repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the
respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product
use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of supercial damage that only
affect the product’s appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not
comply with user manual instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to
its repair.
6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its
components, or from product misuse.
8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the
production or design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security
norms in force, or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or x any fault or malfunction
resulting from the verication of any of the aforementioned excluded situations
will be subject to payment of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during
transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives

with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with or
modied in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of
the product.

To request warranty service, you must rst contact Prozis customer service via
the communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the
provided instructions and recommendations.
Send back the product inside its original packaging, including all accessories

Danger! Risque de dommages matériels
• Utilisez exclusivement la station de recharge fournie pour recharger le
produit.
• Ne placez pas de ammes nues sur ou à proximité de l’appareil (ex : bougies
allumées).
• Ne laissez aucun corps étranger pénétrer dans l’appareil.
• Veillez à ce que l’appareil ne soit pas exposé à des températures excessives,
cela peut provoquer de la condensation, qui pourrait entraîner un court-
circuit. Si, toutefois, l’appareil a été exposé à des variations de température
importantes, laissez l’appareil au repos pendant environ deux heures, jusqu’à
ce qu’il ait atteint la température ambiante, avant de le mettre en marche.
• Assurez-vous que l’appareil n’est pas exposé à des sources de chaleur
directes (ex : radiateurs).
• Assurez-vous que l’appareil n’est pas exposé à la lumière directe du soleil ou

Entretien et nettoyage
NETTOYAGE
• Assurez-vous que l’appareil est éteint (OFF) avant de le nettoyer.

• Le corps de l’appareil peut être rincé à l’eau et séché avec une serviette
sèche, ou une serviette en papier.
• Les brosses à soies et en silicone peuvent être rincées à l’eau pour éliminer
toute mousse résiduelle, puis placées dans un endroit ventilé an d’être
séchées à l’air libre.
• Retirez les résidus de poudre de l’adaptateur et rincez-le sous l’eau chaude.
Appliquez ensuite une solution savonneuse pour le laver, rincez-le pour
enlever la mousse résiduelle, puis placez-le dans un endroit aéré pour le faire
sécher à l’air libre.
• Nettoyez l’adaptateur à l’eau chaude lorsque vous utilisez des nettoyants
pour le visage à base d’huile ou de crème.
STOCKAGE
• Veuillez tenir l’appareil hors de portée des enfants pour éviter tout risque
d’ingestion et d’étouffement.
• Ne placez pas la station de recharge près de l’eau.
• Débranchez la station de recharge lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas ou pendant
le nettoyage.
• Veuillez vous assurer que la tête de brosse est sèche lorsque l’appareil n’a
pas été utilisé pendant une longue période. Ensuite, rangez-la dans un
endroit sec et aéré.
