Gazebo Base Preparation
Make sure the base for your Gazebo is level .
A solid base for your Gazebo is recommended and can be made from any of the following.
Concrete Pad Wood Deck
Crushed Stone Patio Stone/Paver Blocks

Gazebo Assembly
Start the assembly of your Chapleau gazebo by
attaching a solid wall panel to one of the 4”x 4” posts
using 4 of the provided 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector Lag
screws in the pre drilled holes.
Manufactured by:
Place another solid wall panel next to the other solid
panel and secure with the 2 ¾” (70mm) connector
bolts and connector cap nuts.

Attach a louvered wall panel to the 4” x 4” post on a
90° angle from the last panel using 4 of the provided
2 ¾” (70mm) Connector Lag screws in the pre drilled
holes.
Repeat for the 3rd solid wall panel.

Attach a 4” x 4” post to one of the open air panels
using 4 of the provided 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector Lag
screws in the pre drilled holes.
Manufactured by:
Place one of the roof panels on top of the assembled
wall.
The overhang is to be at the back of the gazebo.

Attach the remaining open air panel to the post at a
90° and place in the open corner.
Ensure the roof panel is flush to the wall panels and
secure with 2 – 2 ½” (64mm) screws in each panel.

Place the remaining two roof panels onto the top of
the gazebo ensuring the overhang is towards the
back.
Manufactured by:
Ensure the wall panels are flush to the roof panels
secure the walls to the panels using 2 – 2 ½” (64mm)
screws in each panel.
Place the first side fascia board.
Ensure it is flush to bottom and the front of the roof
panel.

Inside , line up the holes and fasten the roof panels
together with 2 ¾” (70mm) connector bolts and nuts.
When you have the roof panels connected, tighten up
the bolts with a drill and hex key.

Secure the side fascia piece from the inside of the
gazebo using the 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector Lag screws
through the 4 pre drilled holes.
Repeat on the opposite side.
Manufactured by:
Place the EPDM rubber membrane evenly over the
roof.
Once the membrane is laid out evenly, tuck it along
the trim and staple it to the top of the fascia trim
using 1 ¼” (32mm) staples.
Continue to staple the membrane down on the 3
sides that have the trim installed.

Repeat the process for the front fascia board.

Cover all the wall seams with the trim pieces.
Secure with 1 ¼” (32mm) staples.
The 4 pieces for the back wall will need to be cut to
size to fit under the back nosing board.

Repeat on the seams on the inside of the gazebo.

normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product

Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for
maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and
associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts
only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5 year warranty.
