*Always ensure that you have the correct screw length so that there will be enough thread to hold, and especially, so
that the screw does not go all the way through the material and come out the other side.

Before you begin the installation of your Pure Cube Sauna, Please read these instructions completely.
Make sure the placement for your sauna is level and on a solid base.

Organize the pieces of your Pure Cube Indoor sauna.
Make sure the base is level.
Place a wide wall panel and a corner post flush together.

Once the wall panel and post are flush, Secure the wall
panel to the post using the 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector lag
screws through the pre drilled holes.
Place a narrow panel flush to the post to start the back
wall.
Once the narrow wall panel and post are flush, Secure
the wall panel to the post using the 2 ¾” (70mm)
Connector lag screws through the pre drilled holes in the
same manner as the previous panel.

Fasten a narrow panel to narrow panel on the back wall
using 2 ¾” (70mm)connector bolts and a connector cap
nut as in the last step.
* Note that the walls should be assembled so the bolts
should be on the outside of the sauna.
Connect a narrow panel to the wide panel using
2 ¾” (70mm)connector bolts and a connector cap nut.
Using the provided hex keys, snug up all the bolts.
Fasten a third narrow panel to the back wall using 2 ¾”
(70mm)connector bolts and a connector cap nut as in the
last step.
Using the provided hex keys, snug up the bolts.

Attach a corner post to the narrow panel by securing the
wall panel to the post using the 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector
lag screws through the pre drilled holes.
Now fasten a wide panel to the post and a narrow panel
to the wide panel following the previous steps.
Place a corner post flush to the last narrow panel
ensuring they are flush, then Secure the wall panel to the
post using the 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector lag screws
through the pre drilled holes.
Place one of the glass panels flush to the corner post and
secure with the 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector lag screws
through the pre drilled holes.
*This will be either a full glass panel or semi privacy panel.

Attach the last corner post to the glass panel and the side
wall by securing the both panels to the post using the
2 ¾” (70mm) Connector lag screws through the
pre drilled holes.
Repeat for the glass panel on the opposite side of the
glass door in the same method as previous step.
Place your glass door flush to the glass panel.
Secure the panel to the door with the 2 ¾” (70mm)
Connector lag screws through the pre drilled holes.
Place the 2 roof panels on top of the sauna.

Secure the wall panels to the roof panels using
2 ½” (64mm) screws.

Inside , line up the holes and fasten the roof panels
together with 2 ¾” (70mm) connector bolts and
connector cap nuts.

Ensure the roof panels are flush to the walls.
You can gently tap with a rubber mallet if needed.
Continue to do this to all the panels around the sauna
using 2 screws per panel.

Repeat the same process for the front and back roof trim.

Have a helper line up one of the side roof trim pieces
flush with the front wall.
The bottom edge should be approximately ½” (13mm)
beneath the roof panels.

Fasten the trim piece from the inside of the sauna with
the 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector lag screws through the
pre drilled holes.
Repeat for the side roof trim on the opposite side.
Install the door handle by placing the provided
2” (50mm) lag screws through the inner handle (short)
into the outer handle (longer)
Use the hex key to snug up, do not tighten all the way.

Continue around sauna covering all seams.

Ensure the outer handle lines up with the magnetic catch
on the door frame and tighten the lag screws completely.

Attach the wider trim pieces over the seams of the sauna
Using staples or the provided finishing nails.
Secure the 2 door trim pieces (narrow trim) over the
seams beside the door using staples or finishing nails.

against the back wall.

Bring in the top bench and place it on top of the bench
supports.
Secure the 2 door trim pieces (narrow trim) over the
seams beside the door using staples or finishing nails.

Attach your glass panel to the corner post using the
2 ¾” (70mm) Connector lag screws through the pre
drilled holes.
Panel can go on either the left or right side depending on
preference.
* This panel may be a glass panel or semi privacy panel depending
on what was ordered.

Place your glass door between the glass panel and corner
post and fasten to the glass panel using the 2 ¾” (70mm)
Connector lag screws.
Before attaching the door to the corner post , pre drill
pilot holes in the frame of the door to prevent splitting.
For aesthetics, try to space out the pre drilled holes
evenly to match the location of the fasteners on the
corner post.
Using an 11/16” (18mm) bit, drill approximately ¾”
(19mm) into your pre drilled holes to create a cavity for
the plugs to sit in later.

Have a helper line up one of the side roof trim pieces
flush with the front wall.
The bottom edge should be approximately ½” (13mm)
beneath the roof panels.
Fasten the trim piece from the inside of the sauna with
the 2 ¾” (70mm) Connector lag screws through the
pre drilled holes.
Repeat on opposite side.

Grab your front trim piece and repeat the same process
securing from the inside of the sauna with the 2 ¾”
(70mm) Connector lag screws through the
pre drilled holes.

Attach the wider trim pieces over the seams of the sauna
using the provided finishing nails.
Continue around sauna covering all seams.

Install the door plugs in the holes in the door frame.
Use a rubber mallet to ensure they are tight.

Install the door handle by placing the provided
2” (50mm) lag screws through the inner handle (short)
into the outer handle (longer)
Use the hex key to snug up, do not tighten all the way.
Ensure the outer handle lines up with the magnetic catch
on the door frame and tighten the lag screws completely.

Bring in your bench supports and place 1 support at
either end of the back wall.
Ensure the bench supports are tight to the side and back
walls, then secure the supports to the walls using 2 ½”
(64mm) screws.
Repeat on other end.
Bring in the top bench and place it on top of the bench
supports.

Ensure they align flush behind the bench supports and
secure with 2 ½” (64mm) screws.
Repeat for other inner backrest support.
Slide the backrest supports behind the top bench behind
the 2 inner bench supports.
Ensure the backrest is level on the backrest supports and
secure the backrest by screwing it in between the slats
using 2 ¾” (64mm) screws.

Secure the bench supports to the top bench from
underneath using 2 ½” (64mm) screws.
Repeat same process for the bottom bench.

Secure the Front bench enclosure to the bench supports
between the slats using 2 ½” (64mm) screws.
Line up the lower front bench enclosure with the bench
supports.
Repeat for top front bench eclosure.

Gently lay the duckboard floor in front of the benches.

To install the electric heater, measure out where the
supports will go. These are usually 14 ¾” (37cm) high
and 14 ¾” (37cm) centered between the bench and the
front wall.
Hang the electric heater on the screws.
Screw 2 more screws in the bottom holes of the heater
and once the heater is level, you can tighten up all 4
screws.
Install the supplied support screws into your marks as
shown. Screw them in until they are about ¼” (6mm) out
of the wall.

Locate the pieces for your heater guard.
They consist of the following:
(A) 2 -Assembled side pieces
(B) 2 -heater guard support
4 – 2 ½” (64mm) screws
8 –1 ½” (38mm) screws

Stand the 2 Assembled side pieces (A) of the heater
guard on edge with pre-drilled holes on the bottom.
Screw heater guard support (B) to either side using
(2) –1 ½” (38mm) screws per side.
Assemble remaining heater guard support (B) to the 2
ends in the same manner as previous step.
Place assembled heater guard around electric heater
and screw to wall using (4) 2 ½” (64mm) screws.
*Make sure heater guard is level before securing.

Vent Kit Assembly Instructions
(Optional)
In most cases, venting is not required for proper sauna function, however it increases air flow circulation as well as
ventilation when the sauna is not in use.
Many people prefer not to install vents in pre fabricated saunas.
Generally, you have access to add a vent to your sauna once assembled if it is deemed necessary.

The Location of the vent depends on the type of sauna purchased and the location of the heater.
Use the following instructions as a guide to help you determine where the vent should be located.
Inlet –Low below heater
Outlet –High up at far corner away from heater
Ex. Saunas with the heater on the back wall in the middle, the inlet would go under heater on the back wall and the
outlet would go high on the front wall.
Saunas with the heater on the front wall would have the inlet under the heater on the front wall and the outlet high
on the back wall for maximum airflow.
For Saunas with wood heaters, get the inlet as close as possible to the wood heater and the outlet high in the
opposite corner.
Inlet holes drilled under electric heater on side wall Outlet vent high on opposite wall of heater.
