7. NEVER USE PAD WITHOUT COVER IN PLACE.
8. DO NOT USE PINS OR OTHER METALLIC MEANS TO
FASTEN THIS PAD INTO PLACE.
9. DO NOT SIT ON OR CRUSH PAD — AVOID SHARP
FOLDS.

10. NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD.
11. DO NOT USE THE CORD AS A HANDLE.
12. CAREFULLY EXAMINE INNER COVER BEFORE
EACH USE. DISCARD THE PAD IF INNER COVERING
SHOWS ANY SIGN OF DETERIORATION.
13. LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING, TIGHT
WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND INTERNAL
PARTS.
14. THIS HEATING PAD HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (ONE
BLADE IS WIDER THAN THE OTHER) AS A SAFETY
FEATURE. THIS PLUG WILL FIT INTO A POLARIZED
OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT
FIT FULLY IN THE OUTLET, REVERSE THE PLUG.
IF IT STILL DOES NOT FIT, CONTACT A QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN TO INSTALL THE PROPER OUTLET.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DEFEAT THIS SAFETY
FEATURE.

AUTO-OFF FEATURE
To conserve energy and prevent skin burns caused by excessive
use, PureRelief Express includes an auto-off feature. The unit
will turn off automatically after two hours of continuous use. The
red auto-off light will blink when this feature is activated.
NOTE: After a power outage, PureRelief Express
automatically resets the timer on the auto-off feature.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the quality of the fabric cover, proper care and
cleaning is essential. Follow these washing instructions:
1. Unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet.
2. Remove the fabric cover from the heating pad.
3. Machine wash only the fabric cover in cold water on
the gentle cycle or hand wash with mild detergent.
4. Hang drying is recommended.
5. Do not wash the heating pad. Wipe clean with a damp
cloth as needed. Do not dampen the cord or heat
controller.
6. Make sure the fabric cover is completely dry before
placing it back on the heating pad.

fabric cover for this non-vinyl heating pad to add a touch of style
to your temporary heat therapy. Use it as needed to relax the
muscles in your back, legs, arms, and more.
USING PURERELIEF EXPRESS
To turn PureRelief Express on, press the power button. Select
the desired heat setting by continuing to press the power button
until the heat indicator light is the color of your desired heat
setting:
Green=Warm Orange=Medium
Yellow=Low Red=High
To turn PureRelief Express off, scroll through all the heat settings
until the heat indicator light turns off.
NOTE: The “high” indicator light will blink red when an error
occurs. If this happens, unplug PureRelief Express from the
electrical outlet. Check the physical condition of the cord and the
wall outlet.

Warranty that begins on the date of purchase.
The warranty applies to the heating pad and necessary parts
and labor relating thereto. The warranty does not apply to
damage resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions,
accidents, abuse, alterations, or disassembly by unauthorized
individuals.
