NON-OBSERVANCE OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY
RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY OR MATERIAL DAMAGE

THE FOLLOWING SAFETY AND HAZARD INFORMATION IS
NOT ONLY INTENDED TO PROTECT YOUR HEALTH AND
THE HEALTH OF OTHERS, IT SHOULD ALSO PROTECT THE
PRODUCT. FOR THIS REASON, PAY ATTENTION TO THESE
SAFETY NOTES AND INCLUDE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
WHEN HANDING OVER THE PRODUCT TO OTHERS.
1. Read all instructions.
2. The weighted pad must not be used by people who are insensitive
to heat or by impaired people who are unable to recognize if the
product is overheating and needs to be turned off.
3. The weighted pad may not be used by very young children (0-3
years old) as they are unable to respond to overheating.
4. The weighted pad may not be used by young children (3-8 years
old) unless the controller has been set by a parent or a responsible
adult and the child has been given adequate instructions on how
to use the pad safely.
5. This pad may be used by children over the age of 8 and by
people with reduced physical, sensory or mental skills or a lack of
experience or knowledge, provided that they are supervised and
have been instructed on to use the pad safely, and are fully aware
of the consequent risks of use.
6. This is NOT A TOY! Children must not play with the weighted pad.
7. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children
unless supervised.
8. This weighted pad is not designed for use in hospitals.

9. Do not insert needles into the weighted pad.
10. Do not use when folded or bunched up.
11. Do not use if wet.
12. This weighted pad may only be used in conjunction with the
provided adapter.
13. The electrical and magnetic elds emitted by this pad may interfere
with the function of a pacemaker. However, they are still well below
the limits: max. 5000V/m, magnetic eld strength: max 80a/m,
magnetic ux density: max. 0.1Μt. Please consult your doctor and
your pacemaker manufacturer before using this pad.
14. Do not pull, twist or make sharp bends in the cables.
15. Carefully examine the pad frequently for signs of wear and tear or
damage. If you detect signs of damage, it must be inspected by
the manufacturer before turning it on again.
16. If the cables of the pad or the charger are damaged, they must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service department or
similarly qualied person to avoid any risk.
17. When pad is switched on do not place any products on top of it
including heating sources, such as hot water bottles, or heating
wraps.
18. Save these instructions.

This weighted pad is only designed to warm up and relax the human
body.
