LIMITED WARRANTY
Pure Global Brands, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under
normal use and conditions for a period of 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. This Limited
Warranty is not transferable and is available only for the original purchaser of the Product. The Company’s
obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the Product, at the discretion of the
Company.
All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. Pure Fitness®
obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at Pure Fitness® option, the product at
one of its authorized service centers. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by
Pure Fitness® at one of its authorized service centers and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase
(photocopy of the original store receipt, indicating the date of purchase). All freight and handling fees are the
responsibility of the consumer to pay, both to and from Pure Fitness®. All warranty claims must be
preauthorized by Pure Fitness®. Preauthorization can be obtained by calling 866-498-5269. This warranty
does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse,
misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or repairs not provided by a Pure Fitness® authorized service center or
for products used for commercial or rental purposes. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear,
weathering, failure to follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance, or acts of Nature (such
as damage caused by wind, lightning, snow, water, or ice). Weather damage, damage caused by
unauthorized repair work or damage caused by improper use of the products are not covered by the product
warranty. No other Warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by Pure Fitness®.
PURE FITNESS® IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Please read the instructions before use and retain for future reference.
This manual is designed to help you assemble, adjust, maintain and use the product.
This machine is intended for indoor home use only and not designed for commercial use.
Before using this product, Inspect your machine; make sure that all nuts and bolts are tight and in
working order, replace any worn, defective or missing parts.
Do NOT allow children to use, climb on, or play near this product.
Ensure that the product is on level ground.
Do NOT exceed the recommended MAXIMUM WEIGHT limit of 350lbs. including weights (159KGS)
Warm up at least 5-10 minutes before each workout and to cool down for at least 5-10 minutes
afterwards. Never hold your breath while exercising.
Rest adequately between workouts to allow your muscles to tone and develop.
Do NOT wear loose fitting clothing, belt buckles, or jewelry, including but not limited to rings, chains, and
pins before commencing exercise; this can be extremely dangerous.
Do NOT stand, sit or kneel on the curl cushion or rollers. Always lay positioned so your body is squarely
centered on the bench.
Always wear the appropriate fitness footwear. Do NOT use the bench barefooted or with socks only.

• Evaluate your present fitness level and determine the exercise program that is
most appropriate for your particular age and condition.
• If you experience any pain or tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeats, shortness

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Please follow the steps below:
STEP 1
Locate: Control Brace (2), Bar Support
(3), and Base Frame (1), 1x M10x70
Bolt (9), 2x M10x75 Bolts (11), 3x
M10 Washers (16), 3x M10 Nuts (17).
1. As shown on the right,
place one end of the
Control Brace (2) into the
Base Frame (1) and the
other onto the Bar Support
(3).
2. Secure the Control Brace
to the Base Frame (1) with
1x M10x70 Bolt (9), 1x M10
Washer (16), 1x M10 Nut
(17).
3. Secure Control Brace to
Bar Support (3) with 2x
M10x75 Bolts (11), 2x M10
Washers (16) and 2x M10
Nuts (17).
STEP 2
Locate: Seat Cushion (6), Preacher
Cushion (7), Preacher Frame (4), 2x
Wheels (5), 2x M10x75 Bolts (9), 2x
M8x40 Bolts (10), 2x M10x25 Bolts
(15), 2x M10 Washers (16), 2x M8
Nuts (14).
1. Secure the Seat Cushion
(6) to the Control Brace (2)
with 2x M10x75 Bolts (9)
and 2x M10 Washers (16).
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
2. Secure the Preacher
Cushion (7) to the Preacher
Frame (4) with 2x M10x25
Bolts (15).
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
3. Insert the Preacher
Cushion/Frame assembly
into the Control Brace, and
secure with the Lock Knob
(12).
4. Attach 2x Wheels (5) with
2x M8x40 Bolts (10) and 2x
M8 Nuts (14).

WARM UP EXERCISES
A successful exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool-down. Do the entire
program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several
months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.
Warming up is an important part of your workout, and should begin every session. It prepares your body for
more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching out your muscles, increasing your circulation and
pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your muscles. At the end of your workout, repeat these exercises to
reduce sore muscle problems. We suggest the following warm-up and cool-down exercises:
Inner Thigh Stretch
Sit with the soles of your feet together with your knees
pointing outward. Pull your feet as close into your groin as
possible. Gently push your knees towards the floor. Hold for
15 counts.
Hamstring Stretch
Sit with your right leg extended. Rest the sole of your left foot
against your right inner thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as
possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax and then repeat with left
leg extended.
Head Roll
Rotate your head to the right for one count, feeling the stretch
up the left side of your neck. Next, rotate your head back for
one count, stretching your chin to the ceiling and letting your
mouth open. Rotate your head to the left for one count, and
finally, drop your head to your chest for one count.
Shoulder Lift
Lift your right shoulder up toward your ear for one count. Then
lift your left shoulder up for one count as you lower your right
shoulder.

WARM UP EXERCISES CONTINUED
Calf-Achilles Stretch
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the
right and your arms forward. Keep your right leg
straight and the left foot on the floor; then bend the left
leg and lean forward by moving your hips toward the
wall. Hold, then repeat on the other side for 15 counts.
Toe Touch
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back
and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes.
Reach down as far as you can and hold for 15 counts.
Side Stretch
Open your arms to the side and continue lifting them
until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as
far upward toward the ceiling as you can for one count.
Feel the stretch up your right side. Repeat this action
with your left arm.

EXAMPLE EXERCISES
Barbell Preacher Curls
As shown, sit on the preacher curl bench and use a curl bar
with both hands, palms up. Simply curl the bar up toward
your chin. Slowly return to the start position. Repeat.
(Alternate exercise):
Reverse Barbell Preacher Curls
Sit on the preacher curl bench and grip a curl bar with both
hands, palms down. Using an overhand grip, simply curl the
bar up toward your chin. Slowly return to the start position.
Repeat.
Dumbbell Preacher Curl
Use two dumbbells and sit securely on the preacher bench.
With your arm bent and your palm facing your shoulder,
place the back of your arm down on the pad. Lower the
dumbbell until your arm is fully extended. Raise the
dumbbell until forearm is vertical. Repeat.
One Arm Preacher Curl
Sitting on the preacher bench, hold a dumbbell in one hand
with an underhand grip. Lock the elbow of the other arm
firmly in place against the back of the preacher pad and
keep it set throughout the exercise. Slowly curl the arm
holding the dumbbell up so as to try and touch it to its
corresponding shoulder. Slowly return to the start position.
Repeat.

Question: “How should I clean my bench?”
Answer: YOU SHOULD CLEAN THE BENCH WITH A SOLUTION OF WARM WATER AND
NON-CORROSIVE/ABRASIVE SOAP. DAMPEN A RAG WITH THIS SOLUTION AND WIPE COMPLETELY DRY
BEFORE USING.
Question: “Is there any maintenance I need to do for my Bench?”
Answer: YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK TO MAKE SURE ALL YOUR BOLTS ARE TIGHT AND SECURE,
AND THAT THE LOCK KNOB IS IN PRESENT AND SECURELY IN PLACE BEFORE USE.
Question: “My preacher cushion seems loose, what should I do?”
Answer: MAKE SURE THE BOLTS FOR THE PREACHER CUSHION ARE SECURE INTO THE PREACHER FRAME,
AND THAT THE LOCK KNOB IS SECURE INTO THE CONTROL BRACE.
Question: “Something was missing from the packaging,” “I need to purchase a replacement part” or “I
discovered a damaged piece. What should I do?”
