unit. Design and color may differ. Unit appearance,
speficiations, etc. are subject to change without
prior notice if necessary for improving unit perfor-
mance. The rated voltage of this unit is AC 120 V/ 60
Hz only.

To program the PW90 system without the application and tablet, the following
guide may be followed to access and change many of the system features.
1. Hidden key = Button 1
Must be accessed with a paper clip, hidden key is exactly 1” inside the
hidden hole.
2. Hot select = Button 2
3. Dispense = Button 3
To enter “programming mode” push button 1 by using a paper clip.
Doing so will open the screen titled “system settings” which will provide access
to all programmable feature through the LCD screen.
While in system setting mode, wave your hand over button 2 to scroll through
different settings.
To select any of the settings, wave your hand over button 3.
To return to top menu at any time while in a submenu, press button 1.

- 7-minute flush procedure for easy draining of cold tank

- Enable or disable date and time

All programming instructions will begin at system “top menu” in the “program-
ming mode”. Per above instructions, to enter administration mode use a paper
clip and press button 1. After 60 seconds of inactivity the system will exit
programming mode. You may also press button 1 until exiting programming
mode or unplug the system and then plug in again.
1. Water Flush Mode
a. When the cursor is resting over “Water Flush Mode”, wave your hand
over button 3
b. After entering into “Water Flush Mode” wave your hand over button 3
Notice timer will start to count down from 7 minutes
c. To stop timer at any time, wave your hand again over button 3.
Notice when you stop dispensing the timer resets.
2. Time of Day
a, Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Time of Day”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Time of Day”
c. Wave hand over button 3 to enable/disable “Time of Day”
d. Setting Date and Time:
1. Wave hand over button 2 until cursor is over the desired field to
change settings (Day, Date, Year, PM/AM, Hour or Minute)
2. Wave hand over button 3 until desired input is selected

3. Cold Water Temperature
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Cold Water
Temp”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Cold Water Temp”
c. Wave hand over button 3 until desired temperature is set
- 1 bar = 47-50 degrees
- 2 bars = 45-47 degrees
- 3 bars = 42-45 degrees
- 4 bars = 39-41 degrees
4. Hot Water Temperature
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Hot Water
Temp”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Hot Water Temp”
c. Wave hand over button 3 until desired temperature is set
- 1 bar = 158-165 degrees
- 2 bars = 170-177 degrees
- 3 bars = 176-183 degrees
- 4 bars= 185-194 degrees
3. Cold Water Temperature
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Cold Water
Temp”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Cold Water Temp”
c. Wave hand over button 3 until desired temperature is set
- 1 bar = 47-50 degrees
- 2 bars = 45-47 degrees
- 3 bars = 42-45 degrees
- 4 bars = 39-41 degrees

a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Hot Water
Temp”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Hot Water Temp”

5. Oxygen Injection
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Oxygen
Injection”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Oxygen injection”
c. While in the “Oxygen injection” mode wave hand over button 2 to
scroll through options and button 3 to make changes.
d. For example, please review illustration below:
- To adjust the on time, wave hand over button 3 while the
cursor is blinking over “On time” until the desired time is
selected
- To adjust the air purge time, wave hand over button 2 until
until “PAO time” is blinking, wave hand over button 3 until
desired time is selected
- To adjust the interval/off time, wave your hand over button 2
until “Off time” is blinking, wave hand over button 3 until
desired time is selected
- To adjust to activate at time of dispense, wave hand over
button 2 until “At dispense” is selected. Wave hand over
button 3 until desired time is selected
6. Filter Life Mode
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Filter life
mode”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Filter life mode”
c. Wave hand over button 3 until desired setting is selected
- Time- sets filter alerts based on elapsed time
- Gallon- sets filter alerts based on gallons consumed
- Both- sets filter alerts based on time and gallons; the first to
reach its limit will set of the filter alert

7. Filter Life-Time Set
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Filter life
time set”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Filter lifetime set
c. In this mode, button 2 will act as scroll and button 3 as select.
The cursor will first rest on enable/disable for the Pre- sediment filter.
- To enable filter alarm alerts select enable, to turn off filter alarm
alert select disable
- To change the filter alert wave hand over button 3 while the cursor
is over disable/enable until the desired setting is selected.
d. Wave hand over button 2 to move cursor to Life set in order to
change the count down time until the filter alert is triggered
e. Usage will display total usage on the filter since the last time it
was reset, this mode will reset when the filter is reset
f. To reset filter, wave hand over button 2 until “Reset?” is blinking
- Wave hand over button 3 one time
- Usage will change to 0 when complete
g. To select the next filter, wave hand over button 2
h. Repeat steps a through h until all desired filters are adjusted

8. Energy Save Mode
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Energy
save mode”
b. To enable “Energy save mode”, wave hand over button 3
- Notice the indicator changes from disable to enabled
c. To change the active time, wave hand over button 2 to change
fields and button 3 to change the values until the desired times are
selected
9. Total Usage Reset
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting on “Total
usage reset”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to select “Total usage reset”
c. When entering “Total usage reset” mode the cursor will be
blinking on “Reset ?)
- To reset, wave hand over button 3

10.TDS Monitoring
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting over “TDS
monitoring”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to change from disable to enable
11. Select Unit Measure
a. Wave hand over button 2 until the cursor is resting over “Select
measure unit”
b. Wave hand over button 3 to change from Gallon to Liter or vice
versa
