INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the PureRelief Ultra-Wide Microplush
Heating Pad from Pure Enrichment. We designed this wider-
sized heating pad to provide broader coverage and soothing
temporary heat therapy for large muscle groups in your back,
legs, arms, and more.
USING PURERELIEF
Attach the Pad Connector to the Control Connector. Push both
parts together securely to ensure a tight t.
NOTE: The Control Connector must be connected to the Pad
Connector before plugging the unit into an electrical outlet.
1. After connecting the Pad Connector to the Control
Connector, plug the unit into an electrical outlet.
2. To turn PureRelief on, press the power button. Select the
desired heat setting by continuing to press the power button
until the heat indicator light is the color of your desired heat
setting:
Green=Warm Orange=Medium
Yellow=Low Red=High
3. To turn PureRelief o󰀨, scroll through all the heat settings
until the heat indicator light turns o󰀨.
NOTE: The “high” indicator light will blink red when an error
occurs. If this happens, unplug PureRelief from the electrical
outlet. Check the physical condition of the cord, the wall
outlet, and the connection between the Control Connector

NOTE: If the unit does not turn on when you press the power
button, make sure the Control Connector is securely plugged
into the Pad Connector.
AUTO-OFF FEATURE
To conserve energy and prevent skin burns caused by excessive
use, PureRelief includes an auto-o󰀨 feature. The unit will turn o󰀨
automatically after two hours of continuous use. The red auto-o󰀨
light will blink when this feature is activated.
NOTE: After a power outage, PureRelief automatically resets
the timer on the auto-o󰀨 feature.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To prolong the life of your heating pad, proper care and cleaning
is essential. Follow these washing instructions to preserve the
softness of the fabric and protect the electrical components:
1. Always unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet
before washing.
2. Disconnect the Pad Connector from the Control
Connector.
3. Hand wash in cold water or place in the washing
machine on the gentle cycle.
4. Hang dry the heating pad or tumble dry it on high heat
for 5 minutes. Remove from the dryer while still damp
and drape to dry.
5. DO NOT iron PureRelief.
6. Make sure the Pad Connector is completely dry before
plugging the heating pad into an electrical outlet.

accidents, abuse, alterations, or disassembly by unauthorized
individuals.
