ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Install the pedal 5on main frame 1，which is xed by (b) screw.
Then install 12 on the pedals 5.

Step 2: Install Front foot 2and Back foot 3separetely on the main frame 1which
is xed by (a) screw. Then install pulley 9and snap 10 on the Front foot 2.

Step 3: Load foam 6into foam rod 8. Then insert installed foam adjustment
lever into 1and turn elastic pull pin 11 into foam adjustment lever.
Step 4:
A: Assemble support board 4and support board adjustment lever 7 with (b) screw.
B: Insert installed support board adjustment lever into main frame 1and then
turn elastic pull pin 11 clockwise to secure support board adjustment lever.

clockwise and pull the pin
out, which adjust support

and down. Turn the pin
