Large Capacity Automatic Pet Feeder
CAUTIONS:
•For indoor use only.
•For dry food use only. Works best with .5” or
smaller diameter food.
•NOT recommended for puppies or kittens
less than 7 months old.
•Do NOT use this feeder with puppies or
kittens not able to reach the feeding dish.
•Intended for use with dogs or cats only.
•Do NOT allow small children to play with or
around the feeder.
•Before leaving for an extended amount of
time, always replace batteries with 4 new,
“D” size batteries.
•Do NOT immerse base unit in water this will
void the warranty.
•Do NOT place any foreign object in the
feeder.
•Do NOT operate feeder without the hopper
and lid securely in place.
•Feeder should be placed on a level surface.
•Do NOT disassemble feeder other than bowl,
hopper, hopper lid and battery cover.
•Dispose of all packaging material properly.
Keep away from children and pets.
•Check the low battery light frequently to be
sure the feeder is dispensing properly.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Align and insert hopper into base. (A)
2) Twist clockwise until hopper locks into position. (A)
3) Place lid and align the arrows to the hopper. (B)
4) Twist and lock into place. (B)
5) Insert nozzle cap from the top down and lock in. (C)
6) Insert bowl into base by lowering and connecting the hooks into base. (C)
Function of the Control Panel Keys
•Select—For choosing different options
•Save—To save the current setting
•Record/Play—Record or play your customized voice message
•Up—Moving forward on selection
•Down—Moving backward on selection

PROGRAMMING:
To Install Batteries:
1) Turn the base upside down and remove battery cover.
2) Install 4 new “D” cells, alkaline batteries.
(Be sure to match positive and negative markings)
3) Replace battery cover. Be sure to snap in place.
To Turn Unit ON:
1) Press the (-) side of the on/off switch DOWN. (Located on
the bottom of the base)
2) Set unit right side up. (LCD screen should be facing you)
To Set the feeder at Running Mode or Sleep Mode
1) Press “Select” until the (Running Model) is flashing. Use up and down to change the value to
(Sleep Mode). Press “Save” when finish.
2) In mode the feeder will operate as schedule. In mode the feeder will not operate.
To Set Current Time:
1) Press “Select” until “Hours” is flashing in the current time box.
2) Press the “up” or “down” buttons to configure the current hour.
3) Press “Select” again to configure minutes of the day. Press the “up” or “down” buttons to adjust
minutes to current time.
4) Press “Save” when finished
To Program Days Served:
1) Press “Select” button to cycle through options until “Every Day” is seen flashing on display.
2) Press the “Up/Down” button to the desired amount of feeding days (Set 1-99 Days or Everyday)
3) Press “Save” to confirm.
To Program Feeding Times With Portions:
1) Press “Select” until the top box under the feeding times section is flashing
2) Press “Up” or “Down” to adjust feeding time accordingly. (NOTE: Feeding times are set to half
hour increments)
3) Press “Select” to move onto the feeding portion box when finished programming the first feeding
time. (NOTE: The number of CUPS served will be flashing)
4) Using the “Up” or “Down” button to program the desired portion to be served. (Portions are in ¼
cup increments and max out to 5 cups total)
5) Repeat steps 1-4 to complete feeding other times with portions.
6) Press “Save” to confirm.
To Set a Manual Feeding:
1) Press and hold the “Save” and “Down” button at the same time until the Manual Feeding box and
the portion box flashing.
2) You can then use “Up” and “Down” button to adjust the portion you desire to serve.
3) Press “Save” button to start the manual feeding.
To Record and Play message:
1) Press and hold “Play” button for 5 seconds until the countdown timer displays in the current
time box.

2) Record your personalized message until countdown reaches zero. (To play back recorded
message, simply press the “Play” button once and message will play)
NOTE*: Volume could be muted by pressing either the “up” or “down” buttons!
CLEANING:
To remove Bowl:
1) Place fingers under bowl and lift it up.
2) Pull bowl out horizontally removing it from the base. (Bowl is top rack dishwasher safe)
NOTE *: Lid and hopper may be removed for cleaning. Hand clean with soft cloth and hand dry!
WARNING:
Base unit should not be submerged in water at any time; this will damage electronic components and
void the warranty.
DO NOT place base hopper or Lid in an automatic dishwasher.
Allow parts to dry completely before adding new food.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
1) If “ERROR” is showing: This indicates that there may be a blockage occurring within the
dispensing part of the feeder
a. Turn off the power located on the bottom of the base.
b. Remove hopper and investigate if there is any food blocking or preventing the spiral gear
from turning and dispensing.
c. Dislodge food or debris jam.
d. Re-assemble unit.
e. Turn the unit back on.
2) If the “Low Battery” indicator light is lit:
a. Turn unit off.
b. Replace the batteries.
c. Turn the unit back on; make sure current time is correct.

Manufacturer warranted for 1 Year from the date of purchase. Warranty is against the defects in material and workmanship, solely for the
benefit of the original buyer. NOTE *: Keep your dated sales receipt as proof of purchase!
Warranty Cover:
• Replacement of defective parts and labor.
Warranty does not cover:
• Damages caused by abuse or failure to perform normal maintenance.
• Any other expense.
• This warranty shall not apply to any defect malfunction or failure to conform to the warranty provisions if caused by
damage (not resulting from defect or malfunction) due to unreasonable use by the purchaser.
How to apply for the warranty:
• Email or call customer support center to get your RMA Number for processing your warranty.
• Provide your proof of purchase.
• Return the defective product or parts back to our RMA Department.
