Remove nut from bolt. Theo remove wire retainer
RoLrte engine harness as shown- Secure harness using
sta-strap. Then roule harness thru grommel

lnstall wire retainer, bolt and nut. Tighten nul securely.

Remove grommet.
7.5 and 9.8 Models
Remove screw, retainer plate. lnstall grommet along with engine harness in bottorn
Cut oui cenler porlion of grommet.
lnsert engine harness thru grommet as shown
lnstall relainer
securely. plate and screw. Tighten screw

Route engine harness as shown.
STEP 5
. Secure wires to rectifier, as shown. using hex nuts
(supplied)and mounting screw (which was not
tightened in STEP 3).
. Apply Ouicksilver Liquid Neoprene on electrical
connections.
