1. Safety instructios
· Please observe: This operation manual contains all necessary information.
Please read carefully to avoid damages and faults. All Rapid pieces of
equipment are checked carefully before delivery for their perfect composition
and function. In case of improper use all rights to claim under guarantee are
void.
· Make sure that only skilled staff is working with this device in order to prevent
damages and accidents caused by improper use.
· Environmental conditions i.e. humidity, low temperatures, sunlight and
contamination may damage device.
· Before using the device make sure that it is not contaminated to prevent any
injury. Avoid any contamination of device as well as of environment. In case of
any contamination during operation of device take care that it is immediately
and professionally removed.
· Always wear safety cloths respecting the applicable regulations for accident
prevention
· Only use this device conforming to its purpose and function. Improper use can
cause severe injuries.
· Caution – moving parts, sharp edges, hot machine parts or exhausting steam
can cause severe injuries.
· Before use always check the device for damages and leaks. In case of any
damage or leak make sure that it is repaired professionally before use.
Operation of defect device may cause severe injuries.
· In case of any sign of damage or malfunction during operation of device stop
device immediately to prevent injuries. Before next use make sure that the
device professionally repaired.
· Take care that in case of an accident all emergency measures are on hand

2. General advice
Don‘t let the DZP 20-Z unattended during dispensing and remove possible pollutions according to
local regulations to prevent accidents.
3. Technical data
The liquids compatible with auto shott off digital nozzle must be a low viscosity bamely as below
Use of other fluids may be inaccurate and can damage the nozzle
Not suitable when used in a retail sale of diesel, oil or kerosene !
4. Description
LCD-Display
The LCD of the meter features two numerival registers and various indications displayed to the user
only when the applicable function so requires.

① Partial register (5 figures with moving comma from 0.1 to 99999) indicating the volume
dispensed since the reset button was last pressed
② Indication of battery charge
③ Indication of calibration mode
④ Indication of resetting present total to zero

⑥ Indication of flow rate mode

User buttons
The turbine digital meter features two buttons (MENU and RESET) wich individually perfprm two
main functions and together, other secondary functions.
The main functions perfomed are:
For the reset key, resettung the partial register and reset table total (reset total)
For the menu kea, entering instrument calibration mode.
used together , the two keys permit entering configuration mode.
Battery replacement
When replacing the battery, please open the cover, remove the plug and replace the battery.
5. Assembling / Installation
1 Connect the nozzle directly with the delivery hose. Please be ensure the thread is sealed.
2 Turn on the dispenser, open the trigger of nozzle to start dispensing. For first time using, it is necessary
to turn the trigger on and off 2-3 times to discharge the air inside.
3 After dispensing, turn off the nozzle and take back to the nozzle holder.

7. Opteration Meter setting
1 Button usage, Calibration and measurement unit change
Reset the present total (see fig.2)
1.1 When the meter is on standby, press the RESET key.
1.2 The display shows all the segments.
1.3 The meter resets the present total already.
Example:
Show current correction fatctor and general total (see fig.3)
Press MENU and RESET together ands hold for two seconds.
Value „1.4000" is the vorrection factor which can be reset; „1234567"
is the general total which can not be reset.
Measurement unit change (see fig.4)
Press MENU and RESET toghether and hold for five
seconds.
Zone 7 on the display is the current unit. Press RESET
to chose a different measurement unit and then press
MENU to confirm.
2 Reset the resettable total (see fig.5)
When the meter is on standby, press the RESET key
for 2 seconds tp reset the present total first.

4 MODIFY THE CORRECTION FACTOR IN FIELD
PLEASE CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE INDICATED BELOW.

Wait for the meter to go to standby.
Reset the resettable total.
Start dispensing into a measuring glass.
Stop dispensing when over 5 Litres of volume is reached, read
out the actual value. The volume that is displayed on the LCD
is the Display Value, not the Actual Value which may be slightly
higher. For example, in the figure on the right, the Display

9. Disposal
9.1 Completely empty all parts of the equipment ( hoses, pumps,
tanks , etc ) and given case blown out with air .
9.2 dangerous parts of the appliance must be made unusable f.e.
