1. Safety instructios
· Please observe: This operation manual contains all necessary information.
Please read carefully to avoid damages and faults. All Rapid pieces of
equipment are checked carefully before delivery for their perfect composition
and function. In case of improper use all rights to claim under guarantee are
void.
· Make sure that only skilled staff is working with this device in order to prevent
damages and accidents caused by improper use.
· Environmental conditions i.e. humidity, low temperatures, sunlight and
contamination may damage device.
· Before using the device make sure that it is not contaminated to prevent any
injury. Avoid any contamination of device as well as of environment. In case of
any contamination during operation of device take care that it is immediately
and professionally removed.
· Always wear safety cloths respecting the applicable regulations for accident
prevention
· Only use this device conforming to its purpose and function. Improper use can
cause severe injuries.
· Caution – moving parts, sharp edges, hot machine parts or exhausting steam
can cause severe injuries.
· Before use always check the device for damages and leaks. In case of any
damage or leak make sure that it is repaired professionally before use.
Operation of defect device may cause severe injuries.
· In case of any sign of damage or malfunction during operation of device stop
device immediately to prevent injuries. Before next use make sure that the
device professionally repaired.
· Take care that in case of an accident all emergency measures are on hand

2. General advice
5.1 ONLY FOR WASTE OIL OF KNOWN SOURCE FLASH POINT > 55°C FORMERLY
DANGEROUS CLASS: AIII (VbF)
5.2 Always put up waste oil container secure, prevent unintentional moving.
5.3 Always keep the emptying valve closed.
5.4 Do not fill in water or petrol, paraffin, kerosene or other easy inflammable liquids.
5.5 Always dispose your waste oil at the local collection deposit or your oil dealer.
5.6 Before collection of waste oil always check how much waste oil is still in the container
5.7 Do not heat the container above normal inside temperature, keep away from radiant heat or
source.
3. Technical data
4. Description
Both units particulate of a container and a adjustable collecting funnel. They are designed to collect
waste oil.
5. Assembling / Installation
For assembling please observe the illustration of the Spare parts and acessories !
First mount the wheels and castors to the container.
Now mount the handle.
Insert the funnelpipe and funnel into the supporting part.

7. Operation
3.1 AOG 1002/2
Before collection waste oil always check how many waste oil is already within the container
by using the level indicator Pos. 4. If the container is full, first empty - refer to chapter 3.1.2.
3.1.1 Waste oil collection
For collecting the waste oil place the funnel Pos. 1 as close as possible to screwed drain plug
( max. 550 mm) and secure with hand knob Pos. 3.
3.1.2 Drain
Move oil drain cock Pos. 5 over the waste oil tank and open the oil drain cock. Waste oil can
drain off. When the container is empty, shut off the oil drain cock.
3.2 AOG 1003 Z
Before collection waste oil always check how many waste oil is already within the container by
using the level indicator Pos. 4. If the container is full, first empty - refer to chapter 3.1.2
3.2.1 Waste oil collection
For collecting the waste oil open drain cock Pos. 11 under the funnel. Move the funnel as close as
possible to screwed drain plug (max. 550 mm only for AOG 1003) and secure with hand knob
Pos. 3. Hinge drain nozzle Pos. 8 always into the funnel.
3.2.2 Drain
Insert the funnel Pos. 3 till the bottom of container and secure with hand knob Pos. 3.
Caution!!! It is imperative to close ball cock Pos.11.
Insert the discharge hose Pos. 10 into the waste oil tank. Connect the compressed air unit
Pos. 9 to the compressed air line. Now the waste oil container will be drained.
After the operation is finished shut off compressed air line and exhaust remaining pressure
completely.
Take away the discharge hose (Pos 10) of waste oil tank and hinge drain nozzle (Pos. 8) to
the holder. Open ball cock under the funnel.
8. Maintanence and trouble shooting
8.1 Before every use all parts of the unit which are getting in contact with the medium have to be
checked carefully if there are leaks or damages and if so eliminate.
8.2 In case of spilled waste oil pick it up with suitable means and remove it properly. No waste oil
may pollute soil or sewerage system
8.3 The pressure reducer is adjusted to 8 bar. In case of higher pressure within the air line, either
reduce the latter or readjust the pressure reducer of device. For this pull out slightly the blue
adjusting cap with pipe wrench and turn until the safety valve acts. Then turn back until the
safety valve closes again.
8.4 If oil is leaking at the suction nozzle the container is overfilled.
9. Disposal
9.1 Completely empty all parts of the equipment ( hoses, pumps , tanks ,
etc ) and given case blown out with air .
9.2 Dangerous parts of the appliance must be made unusable f.e.
perforate pressure vessel, deform hose reels , etc.
9.3 rubber , metals, glass ect. must be separated .
Dispose material fractions according to the local laws and regulations .

dealing with materials hazardous to water must always be complied with by the user.
10. Warranty
10.1 In case of insufficient maintenance, faults on operation, use of not adequate spare parts or
attachments all liabilities and rights of claim under guarantee are void.
10.2 The manufacturer is not liable for improper use of the container or ignoring the safety
instructions.
