2 Beschreibung
Das Schaltpult SP 2.2 find t b i zw istufig n Wärm r-
z ug rn Anw ndung. Es ist mit zw i K ss l-
t mp raturr gl rn 30 - 90°C für Stuf 1 und Stuf 2, mit
K ss lt mp raturanz ig , Sich rh itst mp raturb gr n-
z r, Hauptschalt r on/off, auto/man/TÜV-Schalt r, auto/
man-Schalt r für Sp ich rlad pump , auto/man- Schalt r
für H izungsumwälzpump und in r Störlamp ausg -
rüst t.

5 Montage Schaltpult
Das Schaltpult kann mitt ls Rastbolz n auf di ob r
K ss lv rkl idung aufg st ckt w rd n.
Nach dem Einsetzen der Kapillar- und Fühler-
elemente in die dafür vorgesehene Tauchhülse
und der Sicherung gegen Herausrutschen ist
unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass die Kapillare
nicht mit rauchgasführenden Teilen in Berüh-
rung kommen (Brennertür).

•Das Schaltpult ist s ri nmäßig mit zw i Br nn ran-
schlusskab ln mit Br nn rst ck r für Stuf 1 und Stuf
2 ausg rüst t.

•Di baus itig n El ktroanschlüss sind an d n ntspr -
ch nd n St ck rn am Schaltpult vorzun hm n. Wir
mpf hl n, zunächst in n d r b nötigt n St ck r (z.B.
N tz) vom Schaltpult abzuzi h n und di inz ln n
Kab lad rn g mäß d r St ck rb schriftung anzuschli -
ß n. Anschli ß nd wird d r St ck r wi d r auf das
Schaltpult g st ckt. Dann folgt di V rdrahtung d s
nächst n Baut ils (z.B. Pump 1) usw..
•D r Kesselfühler ist an d m g k nnz ichn t n Kab l
d s Schaltpult s (b i d n Fühl r l m nt n) anzuschli -
ß n. Dafür ist di vorg s h n Kl mm h runt rzu-
drück n, das Kab l inzuführ n und di Kl mm
wi d r zu ntlast t.
•Zum Eins tz n d r rapidomatic wird zunächst di Blind-
bl nd r chts im Schaltpult SP 2.2 mit in m
Schraub ndr h r ntf rnt. Anschli ß nd w rd n sämt-
lich St ck r, di sich im Schaltpult b find n, auf di
R g lung aufg st ckt. Danach wird di R g lung in di
Aussparung im Schaltpult g s tzt und dort mit in m
Schraub ndr h r b f stigt.
Gefährliche elektrische Spannung!
Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der ontage alle
elektrischen Teile spannungsfrei sind!
Das Schaltpult darf nur von autorisierten
Fachhandwerkern installiert werden!
Zur Stromversorgung des Schaltpultes muß
ein externer Heizungsnotschalter angeschlos-
sen werden, der eine sichere Trennung vom
Hausnetz bewirkt.
Die für den elektrischen Anschluss des
Schaltpultes verwendeten Kabel sind in Ihren
Querschnitten so zu wählen, dass die Zug-
entlastungsfunktion der Stecker sicher und
zuverlässig gewährleistet ist.

Fixierung bauseitig sicherzustellen, dass zu-

2 Description
Th control pan l SP 2.2 isus d for two-stag h at
g n rators. It is quipp d with th following: two 30 
90° C boil r t mp ratur controls for stag 1 and stag 2;
boil r t mp ratur indicator; saf ty t mp ratur limit r;
main on/off switch; auto/man/TÜV switch, auto/man switch
for storag charging pump; auto/man switch for h ating
circulation pump and fault indicator light.

5 Control panel installation
Th control pan l can b attach d to th top boil r jack t
with a locking pin.
After installing capillary and sensor elements
in the corresponding sleeves and securing
them from sliding out again, it is vital to ensure
that the capillaries do not come into contact
with parts which transport flue gas (burner
door).

Ensure that all electrical parts are dead
during installation!
The control panel may only be installed by
authorized specialists!
For the electrical supply of the control
panel,an external heating safety switch must
be installed, which ensures a disconnection
from the local power supply.
The cables used for the electrical connection
of the control panel should have such
diameters that guarantee the safe and
reliable strain relief function of the plugs.
When laying cables, do not under any
circumstances install sensor cables and 230 V
cables in the same conduit cable.
The factory must ensure that the installation
and positioning guarantee that incoming and
outgoing cables are not damaged by strain
while maintaining and cleaning the
installation.

action 6.3 amp. Fus (Fig. 7). Ensur that control pan l is

control pan l can b op n d by loos ning th scr ws n xt
to th plug conn ctions. Th runs continuously fus can
now b chang d and th boil r r turn d to op ration aft r
closing th control pan l again.

5 Montage du tableau de commande
L tabl au d command s mont sur l r vêt m nt
supéri ur d la chaudièr à l'aid d'un cran d'arrêt.
En introduisant les éléments capillaires et
sondes dans le doigt de gant iI faut prendre
soin quil ny ait pas de contact entre les tubes
capillaires et des parties qui sont en contact
avec les fumées (porte de brûleur).

Tension électrique dangereuse !
Assurez-vous qu'aucun élément électrique
n'est sous tension lors du montage !
Le tableau de commande ne pourra être
installé que par des spécialistes agréés !
Pour l'alimentation électrique du tableau de
commande, il est nécessaire de raccorder un
commutateur d'urgence de chauffage externe
assurant une séparation sûre du réseau
domestique.
Les câbles utilisés pour le raccordement
électrique du tableau de commande doivent
avoir une section suffisante pour assurer la
fonction de décharge de traction des
connecteurs de façon sûre et fiable.
Ne poser en aucun cas les câbles des sondes
et les câbles 230 V dans la même gaine.
La pose et la fixation doivent être réalisées
par le client de telle manière que les câbles
d'entrée et de sortie ne risquent pas d'être
endommagés par une sollicitation de traction
lors de l'entretien et du nettoyage de
l'installation.

capillairelementen en de bevestigingsveer
tegen loskomen in de daarvoor voorziene
dompelbuis moet er bijzonder opworden gelet,
dat de capillaireelementen niet met
