Thank you for choosing the ROKHARV LED RAPTOR 2R moving
CONTENTS
head beam light.
This moving lighting fixture is conceived from our
very own research and development to ensure high quality. The RAPTOR
2R is in full compliance with CE standards and supports the worldwide DMX
512 control capability.
The Raptor 2R uses the latest OSRAM Sirius HRI 132W light source to give
astrong, clear and high quality light output. The mechanics of the motors
ensure ahigh speed, smooth pan and tilt with precise movement.
The applications of the RAPTOR 2R are endless giving versatility of use.
Main features include an Aluminium Gobo Wheel with 14 gobos plus open,
One frost wheel and a13 colour plus white color wheel, as well as an

In ord er to transpo rt and to p ro t ec t t h e lam p, the b o d y has
tw o locks (XY axes e a c h alock), X-axis has four lock pos ition,
Y-axis triple lock, lock l oc ke d in the c e nter position in the
transport and lig ht avertical positi on with the ar m m emb er.

5 INSTALLATION STANDARDS
Users should ensure th at light an d installation materials are c heck ed for regular safety. Unprofessional incorrect
installation c an be dangerous. This Lighting fixture must be operated by professionals.Optimum temperatures for
operation are 15 -35 Degrees Celcius. When installing, dismantling or servicing the light, do not stand directly
beneath the light. We advise that installed lights are serviced at least once a year and safety checks are carried
out every 6 months.
5.1 Installating /R igging

INSTALLATION
Your controller connect s to the nearest input XLR, then from

5.2 Fixed equipment
1. Before installing fixtures ensure rigging equipment is not damaged and can bare at least 10 times the total weight of the lig ht, fixtures

2. Insert the lock hook fastener into the base mounting holes horizontally, turn 90 degrees to lock. To unlock reverse this p rocedure.
3. Alwaysuse the safety rope when installing/rigging lighting to mounts or truss points
NOTE: Add safety rope to the fixture base when installing, not the handles.

7.2 Power Conn ection
If the external flexible c able or cor d of this light is damaged, the
line is up to the manufac turer or its service agent or asimilar
qualified person to replace, in order to a void danger. To connec t
the power supply personnel must hav e the appr opriate
qualifications bef ore proceeding, you must m ake sure you are
using the power supply voltage matches the v olt age ident if ied
and hav e over load or leakage protect ion. Directly c on nect the
dev ic e to the po wer supply, do not c o nnect to the silicon box

FAILURE SCOREBOARD AND SOLUTIONS
Listed below is aco mm on a ppro ac h in the operation of a
few c om mo n problems.
◇F ault A: The lamp is n ot working, the bul b is not lit, the
fan does not work
Solving 1: Che ck the po wer supply or the fuse is burned
Solve 2: The main po wer c onnector on t he v oltage d etec to r
◇F ault B: co nnect control units, lighting does not res pond
Solving 1: After c onnectin g control units, lighting should be
working. If it is not working properly, check t he signal cabl e
plugs and wires are c on necte d correctly.
Solve 2: If the l amp is lit display, but the channel does not
respond, ch eck the address code is set correctly a nd DMX

CLEAN LIGHTS
Please regularly c lean th e outside of the opt ica l lens removing
any dust. Please use glass cleaning solution on the lens. When cleaning the
lighting please ensure to check for damage to the fixture. Do not put liquid
inside the light or near the light. This lighting fixture must be serviced and
cleaned by a qualified person only. Any damaged caused during cleaning and
servicing is not covered under warranty.
