1. 安全注意事項
使用本產品時，必須遵守下列安全預防措施：
下圖表示由於錯誤操作而引起不同程度的危險等級。

為免危險，產品只適用於本說明書所註
明的用途。切勿將本產品或任何部份在
室外使用或作其他用途使用。如錯誤操
作，可造成傷害及故障。
切勿使用任何物件遮蓋產品表面，特別
是煲蓋，以免造成故障、變形或變色。
使用前，確保電源線兩端的插頭已分別
插穩在產品及電源插座上。
必須定期檢查及清潔排氣管道，以保持
排氣管道暢通不被堵塞。
切勿使用變形的內鍋，以免因與發熱板

切勿以其他物品代替原裝限壓閥、浮子
閥及內鍋，以免造成危險。
產品使用後必須清潔。切勿把本產品、
電源線或插頭浸入水中；或被水濺濕，
以免造成觸電或火災。
手濕時切勿接觸、插入或拔除插頭，否
則可構成觸電的危險。
切勿讓本產品在無人看管下或沒有內
鍋或食物時運作。
切勿在產品未完全排氣前打開煲蓋。必
須待浮子閥下降後，才可打開煲蓋。
使用時或剛使用後，切勿將臉或手靠近
煲蓋及排氣口，以免造成燙傷；切勿觸
摸剛使用後的發熱盤及內鍋，因仍有餘
熱。
此產品只供家庭使用或類似環境使用，
如商店內部、辦事處和其他工作環境的
員工廚房區域；旅館、汽車旅館和其他
住宿類型的環境。

切勿擅自改裝本產品或使用非生產商
提供的原裝零件進行修理，否則可造成
危險及維修保養無效。
切勿讓小孩單獨使用、清潔及維修保養
本產品。切勿讓小孩把玩此產品。將本
產品及其電源線放置於小孩不能接觸
的地方，遠離幼兒。
本產品可供年齡在8歲或以上的兒童及
體質、感覺或智力有障礙人士或缺乏經
驗和相關知識的人士使用，但他們必須
曾經接受負責安全人士的監督或指導
如何安全地使用本產品和理解所涉及
的危險。
經常檢查本產品、內鍋、電源線及插頭。
如有損壞，為避免危險，應立即停止使
用，並聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司
安排檢查及維修。
注 意
使用前，確保內鍋外部及發熱盤表面清
潔乾爽，否則可能引致故障。
使用時，可能會有蒸氣及少量水點排
出，並會有排氣聲，實屬正常現象，可放
心使用。
切勿用明火加熱或空燒內鍋，否則會損
壞內鍋。
使用前，將限壓閥放在seal(密封)位置
上，並確保煲蓋關緊。
切勿使用內鍋直接淘米及烹調酸性或
鹼性的食物，並須使用附件的飯勺，以
免損害內鍋表面的塗層。
小心使用及定期清潔密封圈。切勿用力
拉扯密封圈或使用其他非由生產商生
產的密封圈。
使用時，切勿打開煲蓋、取走限壓閥、按
壓浮子閥、移動或搖晃產品，以免造成
危 險。
移動本產品前，確保煲蓋關上。如內鍋
盛有食物，應以雙手抓穩機身避免食物
溢 出。
提起煲蓋時，小心限壓閥及煲蓋上的倒
汗水，以免造成燙傷。
移動本產品時，必須抓穩機身。切勿提
著上蓋把手當手挽。

2. 清潔及儲存
1.• 清潔前，必須拔除電源插頭，並待產品完全冷卻。
2.• 必須定期清潔內蓋、密封圈及限壓閥。
3.• 清潔內蓋• -• 打開煲蓋，取下內蓋及拆下密封圈，將內蓋和密封圈清洗乾淨並用乾軟布抺乾。擦乾後，將
密封圈裝回在內蓋上，再將內蓋裝回原位。

注 意
必須使用220V~• 50Hz電壓及確保產品
連接於帶接地線的插座。
煮食份量不可超過內鍋內最高水位線，
否則可能有水從限壓閥噴出。
在插入或拔除插頭時，應用手握穩插頭
本身，不要抓住電源線。
如烹調粘稠狀或流質食物(如粥、湯類及
豆類等)，切勿手動排壓，必須讓產品自
然冷卻至浮子閥落下，才能開蓋。可用
切勿在電源線纏結的情況下使用或將
電源線懸掛在桌子、櫥櫃的邊緣或讓它
接觸發熱的表面，否則會損壞電源線
的。
切勿在以下環境使用本產品•:
–••潮濕或近水的環境;
–••被陽光直接照射、靠近熱源或高溫環
境如焗爐附近;
–••不平穩的表面上;
–••易燃物料或不耐熱物品附近(如枱
布、窗簾及毛巾等)
切勿在電源線上放重物、夾住、改裝、用
力拉扯或扭曲電源線。
為避免危險，切勿在本產品加裝定時開
關或獨立的遙控系統來操作。
切勿使用有殘缺或鬆動的插座。使用
前，確保機身插口及電源插頭已充分擦
乾。
使用後，從電源插座拔出插頭及待產品
冷卻後才移動、清潔或檢查。

4.• 清潔防堵螺母•-•拆下內蓋後，將防堵螺母四周用微濕軟布抹乾淨，同時檢查排氣口有沒有堵塞，若發現
排氣口堵塞，可使用濕布、竹簽及刷子等工具將其清理乾淨，清理完後裝回在煲蓋的原來位置上。
5.• 清潔浮子閥• -• 拆下內蓋後，拆下小膠圈，把浮子閥取出，清洗乾淨浮子閥和小膠圈後，將浮子閥與小膠
圈裝回原位。

6.• 清洗內鍋和煲蓋•-•須使用海綿等軟性物料及清潔劑，用水沖洗後再抺乾及裝回原位。
7.• 如浮子閥未有定期進行清洗，或烹調黏稠狀或流質食物時，可能導致浮子閥被黏住不能自然落下。如遇
此情況，可用筷子等細長物按壓浮子閥口•(如下圖），使浮子閥下降。
8.• 如有食物黏在內鍋，清洗前用清水浸泡一會。
9.• 如發熱盤、機身或煲蓋有污穢，可用濕布抺淨，再用布抺乾。
10.•為免損壞內鍋表面塗層，切勿使用金屬餐具或在內鍋中切割食物。
11.•切勿使用有毒或含腐蝕性的清潔劑或粗硬的潔具(如鋼絲刷)進行清潔。
12.•長時間使用後，內鍋表面可能會變色，此乃正常現象並不會影響食物安全。
13.•每次使用後，必須清潔及檢查浮子閥、密封圈、防堵螺母及限壓閥已正確地裝回原位。
14.•必須清洗及待產品乾透後才能儲存。須放入紙箱，然後儲存在乾爽的環境中。

5. 使用方法
5.1 基本操作
1.• 開蓋前，須確認浮子閥是否已經落下。
2.• 用一隻手握緊把手，另一隻手拉出安全鎖，順時針方向旋轉煲蓋，直至open(開)位置，向上提起打開煲蓋。
3.• 取出內鍋，將食物和水加入內鍋中。注意食物和水的份量過多或過少有機會導致食物煮不熟、煮焦、溢
出及損壞產品。
各功能烹煮最多及最少份量(食材+水)可參考下表對應內鍋水位線:

*•白米功能須使用原裝量杯量米，1杯米約160毫升。用家可按個人口味微調水量以獲得合適的口感。
4.• 將內鍋放回機身中，輕輕左右旋轉內鍋，確保內鍋與發熱盤有良好的接觸。放入內鍋前，須確保內鍋外
部及發熱盤已抹乾和清潔；如發熱盤表面有異物，應立刻清除，否則煮食時會有雜聲及引致故障。
5.• 確保內蓋裝好密封圈並安裝在煲蓋上。
6.• 檢查限壓閥口及浮子閥是否有堵塞，如有堵塞需清潔乾淨，保持閥孔暢通。
7.• 拉出安全鎖，將煲蓋上的O標誌對準機身上的open(開)位置放下煲蓋，然後逆時針轉動煲蓋至close•
(關)位置處關上煲蓋。檢查及確保限壓閥撥至seal(密封)位置及平整放置。

8.• 連接電源線，確保電源插頭完全插入機身及牆身插座內，產品會發出一聲響聲，顯示屏會顯示00:00•，
產品正處於待機狀態。
9.• 按【 】或【 】鍵選擇所需功能。在選擇時，對應的功能字樣會在顯示屏亮起，並會顯示該功能的預設保
壓時間。
10.•設定功能後，按【Time• Setting】(時間設定)鍵，再按【 】或【 】鍵可調整保壓時間，每次調整為1分鐘，
長 按【 】或【 】鍵可快速調整，每次調整為5分鐘。
11.•設定後，按【Start/Cancel】(開始/取消)鍵啓動功能。
12.•在預熱時，顯示屏上• •字樣會閃動。預熱後， •會轉為常亮顯示，保壓時間開始倒數。
13.•烹調完成後，顯示屏上 字樣會亮起，表示產品已進入保溫狀態。如不需要保溫時，按【Start/
Cancel】(開始/取消)鍵回到待機狀態。
14.•烹調完成後，建議讓產品自然冷卻，待浮子閥落下。如烹調黏稠狀或流質食物，必須讓產品自然冷卻，避
免食物噴出。如需手動排壓，在推動限壓閥時，切勿用手推動限壓閥或靠近限壓閥上方，可用勺子或筷子
將限壓閥推至•exhaust(排氣)位置以免被燙傷。當限壓閥無蒸汽排出後,，浮子閥便會落下。
15.•待浮子閥落下後，可用一隻手握上蓋把手，另一隻手拉出安全鎖，順時針方向旋轉動上蓋，直至open•
(開)位置，向上提起打開。
16.•使用後，必須拔除電源插頭。

5.3 預約功能 (此功能不適用於開蓋收汁及慢燉功能。)
1.• 在待機狀態，按【Preset】(預約)鍵可預約開始烹調的時間。
2.• 按【 】或【 】鍵選擇所選功能。設定功能後，已選的功能只會按預設保壓時間烹調。
3.• 按【Time•Setting】(時間設定)鍵。再按【 】或【 】鍵可設定預約開始烹調時間，每次調整為1小時。
4.• 設定後，按【Start/Cancel】(開始/取消)鍵啓動預約功能，預約時間會開始倒數。
5.• 在預約功能運行時，除【Start/Cancel】(開始/取消)鍵外，其他按鍵均無效。
6.• 切勿設定過長的預約功能，以免食物變質而產生異味。用戶可根據氣溫和食物的變質速度而為預約功
能設定合適的時間。
5.4 慢燉功能 (此功能不適用於預約功能。)
1.• 在待機狀態，按【Slow•Stew】(慢燉)鍵。
2.• 設 定 後，按【 】或【 】鍵可設定慢燉烹調時間，每次調整為5分鐘，長按【 】或【 】鍵，每次調整為30分
鐘。
3.• 設定後，按【Start/Cancel】(開始/取消)鍵啓動功能。
5.5 開蓋收汁功能 (此功能不適用於預約功能。)
1.• 此功能必須在打開煲蓋情況下使用。
2.• 按【Lid•Open•Cook】(開蓋收汁)鍵，•之後按【 】或【 】鍵可設定烹調時間，每次調整為1分鐘。
3.• 設定後，按【Start/Cancel】(開始/取消)鍵開始加熱食物。
5.6 取消鍵
使用時，按【Start/Cancel】(開始/取消)鍵取消功能，產品會發出一聲響聲，顯示屏會顯示00:00，產品會回
到待機狀態。
5.7 使用提示
1.• 如超過60秒沒有任何按鍵，產品會發出一聲響聲，顯示屏會顯示00:00，產品會回到待機狀態。
2.• 在使用初期，煲身中框部份可能會有少量碎屑，這是煲蓋金屬部份與外鍋磨合造成，不影響正常使用。
3.• 米飯的軟硬會因米量、水量及米質的不同而受到影響，並有可能產生鍋巴。
4.• 豆類需先用溫水浸泡，再進行烹調。

6. 故障排除
故障現象 原因 解決方法
煲蓋不能轉動打開。 未有拉出安全鎖。 拉出安全鎖，順時針方向旋轉煲蓋，直至
open(開)位置，向上提起煲蓋。
浮子閥被黏住而不能落下。 烹調後等待35分鐘，先推動限壓閥排氣，如
浮子閥仍未落下，可用筷子等細長物品按
壓使浮子閥落下。
未完全排壓。 待完成排壓後，即可打開煲蓋•。
煲蓋關上困難。 未有拉出安全鎖或煲蓋位置不正確。 拉出安全鎖，將煲蓋上的O標誌對準煲身上
的open(開)位置放下煲蓋，然後逆時針方向
轉動煲蓋直至close(關)位置關上煲蓋。
內蓋密封圈未安裝好。 重新安裝密封圈。
煲蓋漏氣。 煲蓋沒有安裝密封圈或密封圈安裝
不 良。
重新裝上密封圈。
密封圈黏有食物殘渣。 清潔密封圈。
密封圈損壞。 聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司購買新的
密封圈更換。
浮子閥損壞•。 聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司檢查及•
維 修。
內鍋變形。 聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司購買新內
鍋更換。
產品不通電。 電源插頭未有插緊。 重新插緊電源插頭。
內部零件損壞。 聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司檢查及•
維 修。
食物未能煮熟。 設定保壓時間太短。 增加保壓時間。

定及啓動產品。
如使用以上方法仍未能解決故障，立即停止使用，並聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司進行檢查及維修。

7. 特別聲明
1.• 此說明書所有內容經過核對，如有任何印刷錯誤或內容上的誤解，本公司將保留解釋權。
2.• 本產品若有技術改進，會編進新版說明書中，恕不另行通知；產品外觀及規格以廠方生產資料為準。

8. 售後服務
信興電工工程有限公司(“本公司”)將授權信興電器服務中心有限公司(“服務中心”)(統稱“信興”)提供
一年保修服務（並由發票上的日期起計）。非保修期內，客戶須按服務中心的修理服務價目表繳付一切費
用。保修詳情請參閱保修卡。
1.• 信興對於任何因產品不適當地使用或任何產品之故障、損壞或停頓而引致任何人士或財產的直接或間
接損失及破壞，概不負責。
2.• 客戶須自行將產品送往客戶服務中心，並於產品修妥後於同一地點取回。
3.• 保修卡(印在包裝盒上)只適用於香港及澳門。於修理時，客戶需出示保修卡及由香港或澳門經銷商發
出的正式發票/或換購收據予技術員查閱。保修卡上之產品型號必須與機身相符，保修卡上之購買日期
須與正式發票上的日期符合，方為有效。除指定保修卡外，任何商號及人士發出之保修卡，均不為信興
認 可。
4.• 客戶不可擅自更改產品上的機身編號，如發現產品上的機身編號與保修卡所列者不符，保修卡則告無
效。(如適用)
5.• 除產品表面、機殼、損耗性零件及附件外，產品如發生故障，經服務中心證實乃在正常使用情況下發生
者，服務中心將提供免費修理及更換零件，經更換後之任何損壞零件，將歸服務中心所有。
6.• 下列項目並不包括於保修範圍內。客戶須另付所需的服務費用。（甲）修理或更換產品之附件、外觀及損
耗性零件，包括但不限於外接線、機殼、面板、面板貼紙等。（乙）曾被非服務中心的技術員明顯地或不明
顯地進行改裝、更改或修理的產品。（丙）曾經被不適當或疏忽使用、不正常供電或電壓不正常、意外、天
災或因昆蟲、外物、液體入侵、腐蝕或外來因素而造成損壞的產品。（丁）因產品不正確安裝而影響正常
之操作。
7.• 如中英文版本有差異時，應以中文版為準。
8.• 所有資料如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議，服務中心保留最終決定權。
9.• 保修卡沒有賦予或意圖賦予任何第三者因《合約(第三者權利)條例》(第623章)所列之任何利益或權利
以強制執行保修卡的任何條款內容。

1. Important Safeguards
When using the appliance, please follow the below safety precautions:
The following chart indicates the degree of danger caused by wrong operation.
WARNING CAUTION
Indicates that may cause death or
severe injury.
Indicates hazards that may cause
human injuries or property damages.
The following symbols can distinguish the instruction types that need to
be strictly followed.
These symbols mean prohibition. These symbols mean requirement
that must be followed.
To avoid danger, use the
appliance only as described
in the operation manual. Do
not use it or any part of the
appliance outdoors or out
of the intended purpose.
Misuse can cause potential
injury and malfunction.
Do not cover the appliance
surface with any objects,
especially the lid, so as
not to cause appliance
malfunction, deformation
or discolor.
Before use, make sure both
ends of the power cord are
plugged in tightly on the
appliance and the power
socket.
Regularly check and clean
the exhaust pipe and make
sure they are not clogged.
Do not use deformed inner
pot to avoid malfunction
due to poor contact with
heating plate.
Do not use other things
to substitute the original
pressure limit valve, float
valve and inner pot, or it will
cause danger.

Must clean the appliance
after use. Must not immerse
the appliance, power cord
or plug in water or let them
wet, it can cause electric
shock or fire.
Do not touch, plug in or
remove the plug with wet
hands, it can cause electric
shock.
Never leave the appliance
unattended when in use,
operate without inner pot
or food inside.
The lid must not be opened
until the pressure exhaust
process has completed.
Must wait for the float
valve completely fall down
before open the lid.
To avoid burn, do not get
your face or hands close to
the lid and the exhaust vent
during use or right after use;
never touch the heating
plate and inner pot which
are subject to residual heat
right after use.
The appliance is intended
to be used in household
or similar applications
such as staff kitchen in
shops, offices and other
working environments; by
clients in hotels, motels
and other residential type
environments.
Do not attempt to
modify the appliance by
yourself or repair with
any unauthorized parts,
otherwise it will cause
hazards and the warranty
will become invalid.
Never allow children to
operate, clean, perform
maintenance on the
appliance alone or play as
toy. Put the appliance and
its power cord in a place
not reachable by children.
Young children should be
kept away.

Make sure the inner pot
outer surface and heating
plate are clean and dry
before use, or it may cause
malfunction.
When in use, it may
have steam, some water
droplets and noise, it is a
normal phenomenon and
safe to use.
Do not heat the inner
pot with fire or when it is
empty, it will cause damage
the inner pot.
Before use, put the
pressure limit valve in the
seal position and ensure
the lid is closed properly.
Do not wash rice directly
inside the inner pot, cook
acidic or alkaline food in
the inner pot. Must use
the supplied rice scoop,
so as not to damage the
coating of the inner pot.
Take good care to use
and clean the sealing ring
regularly. Do not stretch
the sealing ring or replace
with other sealing ring
produced by unauthorized
manufacturer.
CAUTION
The appliance can be
used by children aged
from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given
supervision or instruction
concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards
involved.
Always check the condition
of the appliance, inner
pot, power cord and plug.
If any parts are damaged,
stop using the appliance
immediately to avoid
hazard and contact Shun
Hing Electric Service Centre
Limited for check and
repair.

Do not open the lid,
remove the pressure limit
valve, press the float
valve, move or shake the
appliance when in use, it
can cause danger.
Make sure the lid closed
firmly before moving the
appliance. If there are food
inside, use both hands
to hold the main body to
prevent food spillage.
When open the lid, beware
the hot water droplets
from pressure limit valve
and lid, so as not to cause
burns.
Do not use the lid handle
to moving the appliance,
hold the main body
instead.
Must use 220V~ 50Hz
voltage and make sure
the appliance is connected
to power socket with
grounding.
The cooking amount cannot
exceed the maximum water
level on the inner pot to
prevent spillage from the
pressure limit valve.
Grasp the plug itself when
plug in or remove the plug,
do not grasp the power
cord.
If cook viscous or fluid
food (such as porridge,
soup, bean and etc.), must
not release the pressure
manually. Must wait for
the appliance cool down
and the float valve falls
automatically to open the
lid. You may place a wrung

Do not operate the

power cord over the edge
of table, counter-top or let
it touch any hot surface,
it may damage the power

Do not operate the appliance
in following places:
─ Humid environment or near
water;
─Expose to sunlight, near

temperature place such as
near an electric oven;

2. Cleaning and Storage
1. Before cleaning, must unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
2. Must clean the inner lid, sealing ring and pressure limit valve regularly.
3. Clean the inner lid - Open the lid, remove the inner lid and its seal ring, clean the inner lid and
its seal ring and dry them with dry soft cloth. After dried, attach the seal ring back onto the
inner lid, then install the inner lid back in place.

4. Clean the anti-blocking nut - After removing the inner lid, clean the anti-blocking nut with a
wrung damp soft cloth. At the same time, check whether the exhaust vent is blocked. If the
exhaust vent is blocked, clean it with wet cloth, bamboo stick, brush and similar tools. After
clean, put it back to the original position onto the lid.
5. Clean the float valve - After removing the inner lid, remove the small rubber ring on the float
valve, take out the float valve. After cleaned, install the float valve and small rubber ring back
to the original position.

6. Clean the inner pot and lid - must use a soft material such as sponge and detergent, rinse them
and let them dry and then place it back to the original position.
7. If the float valve is not cleaned regularly or cooking some viscous or fluid food, the float valve
may be stuck by the viscous substances and cannot fall down automatically. In this case, a
slender object such as chopsticks can be used to press at the hole of the float valve (as shown
below) to let it down.
8. If food residual sticks on the inner pot, soak the inner pot with water for a while before cleaning.
9. If dirt is attached on the heating plate, main body or lid, use a damp cloth to clean and wipe
them dry.
10. To avoid damage on the inner pot coating, never use metal utensils or cut food in the inner pot.
11. Never use poisonous, corrosive detergent or clean with harsh cleaning tools (e.g. metal-wired
brush) for cleaning.
12. The color of inner pot may change after using a period of time, however it does not affect the
food safety.

13. After each use, must clean and check the float valve, sealing ring, anti-blocking nut and
pressure limit valve are installed back to the original position properly.
14. The appliance must be cleaned and dry before storage. When store, put the appliance in a box
and store in a dry place.
