Users Considerations
1. Before riding, please read production Instruction carefully and check whether each parts is intact to ensure your safe riding. If
there are any problems, please get connected with dealers.
2. Please follow urban traffic laws and stipulations and not to carry people on this vehicle; and the speed should be slowed on rainy
and snowy days as well as slippery areas.
3. This vehicle should be placed at dry and ventilated areas and please don’t put it in water. Need special attention is that the
situation where the water level come to the place of controller box at the bottom of crankset will lead to the short out of internal
circuit and also the damage of appliances.
4. The battery used in this vehicle is safety power source, but the anode and cathode of the battery cannot be touched with wet
hands at the same time even get touched with metal at the same time, if so, a large circuit current will be generated and causes
accidents. Please pay attention to it.
5. Please not disassemble and decompose components by yourself, you can buy standard components from the our agency for
replacement.
6. In order to keep others’ safety and prevent your electric bicycle from unnecessary damage, please do not lend it to someone who
cannot operate it.
7. Please use display to adjust the assistance gears to the minimum level before riding.
8. Please make sure the tire pressure is normal before riding.
9. Please make sure that whether the screws of each components is firmed before riding.
10. This vehicle’s controller is equipped with the function of overload protection which means the power supply will be cut
automatically when the vehicle is overloaded, and the power supply will be switched on automatically when it is back to normal.
11. You should turn off the power supply when you cannot drive this vehicle even though it has electricity to avoid damaging
appliances.
12. You should turn off power when you are walking the vehicle to avoid turning the handle throttle or wheel disc by incident , start
your bike lead to accidents.

3.1. Unpacking the packaging box and making an inventory of accessories.
3.2. Taking out the vehicle from the packaging box, clipping the ribbons which used on front wheel and handlebar, dismantling the
pearl wool cover on vehicle.

3.3. For the vehicle if with splash guard, firstly fixing the front splash guard and the headlamp use hexagon head screws on the
front fork.
And then fixing the guard support stick with cross head screws at the lower leg of front fork.

3.4. Fix the front disc brakes with the inner six screws on the front fork disc brake mount. There are two installation methods: radial
mounting and axial mounting..
3.5. Tightly locking the front wheel with quick release pole on the front fork, and keeping the front wheel is on the center line of front
fork. Remove the front wheel quick release lever, fix the front wheel to the front fork, and finally tighten the quick release lever.

3.6. Putting down the bike stand to make the vehicle stands on the ground placidly. then putting the knurling part of the handle
horizontal pipe into the handle stem and fixing the screws with hexagon wrench.
A). After tightly locking the handle stem, homogenizing the up and down gap on the front and back cover of handle vertical pipe.
B). Keeping a bilateral symmetry after crossly shifting the handlebar, and the handle stem should be putted on the center line of
vehicle frame.

3.7. Inserting the saddle pipe into the seat post, adjusting the height of saddle pipe to a appropriate position, putting the cushion at
a proper place and screwing the quick release handle of seat post.
A). The longest length of the saddle pipe should not exceeded the position of safety line.

3.8. Putting the pedal with mark “L” on the left crank and putting the pedal with mark “R” on the right crank.

4.1. Disc brake Device Debugging:
A). Adjusting the right and left space of disc brake’s shoe by adjusting the position of the bracket of disc brake device to achieve
the back lash uniformity at the both sides of disc brake pad and disc brake device.
B). You can also slightly adjust the space between disc brake piece and disc brake device by slightly adjust the screws on the right
side of disc brake device.

C). Finally, through adjusting the installed nut of the fixed brake core of disc brake device and adjusting core’s degree of tightness
to achieve the proper degree of tightness of the brake which means effective brake can be realized when the brake handle is
pushed to the 1/3 position.
D). The tires can be completely stopped when the brake handle is pushed to the 1/2 position.

4.2. V Brake Debugging :
A). Through adjusting the screws of V brake’s shoe to make V brake’s shoe rim horizontal, make V brake rebounds flexibly and
keep the balance of the brake tile at both sides and steel ring surface.
B). Through adjusting the installed nut of the fixed brake core at the top of V brake and the core’s degree of tightness to achieve
the same space between the V brake’s tiles at both sides and the rim as well as the proper degree of tightness of the brake.
