PIELIETOJUMS
Rokas elektriskâ çvele IE-5708C (turpmâk – çvele) paredzçta daþâdu kokmateriâlu
çvelçðanai.
Strâdâjot ar to iespçjams:
– plakanu virsmu çvelçðana;
– iespçja vienmçrîgi regulçt çvelçðanas dziïumu;
– izveidot gropi dziïumâ lîdz 17 mm;
– çvelçt 00– 450leòíî attiecîbâ pret bâzes virsmu ar universâlo lineâlu palîdzîbu;
– sagataves ðíautnçm noòemt fâzîtes, rievu çveles priekðçjâ balstâ izmantojot kâ
vadotni.
Çvelç ir uzstâdîts elektronu bloks, kas ierobeþo palaiðanas strâvu un nodroðina
vienmçrîgu palaiðanu.

DROÐÎBAS TEHNIKAS NOTEIKUMI
Gatavojot çveli darbam vai veicot tehnisko apkopi, kontaktdakðai jâbût atvieno-
tai no elektrotîkla.
Pirms kontaktdakðas pievienoðanas elektrotîklam pârbaudiet, vai kontaktdakðai
un vadam nav izolâcijas bojâjumu. Atrodot bojâjumus, nomainiet vadu tuvâkajâ
remontdarbnîcâ.
Pirms darba uzsâkðanas pârbaudiet naþu stiprinâjuma droðîbu un frçzes
grieðanâs nevainojamîbu.
Çveli aizliegts ekspluatçt, ja radies vismaz viens no sekojoðiem bojâjumiem:
– lûzumi vai plaisas korpusdetaïâs, rokturî vai dzinçja vâkâ;
– slikti strâdâ slçdzis;
– stipra dzirksteïoðana starp sukâm un kolektoru; uguns joslas parâdîðanâs ap
kolektoru;
– parâdîjuðies dûmi vai degoðai plastmasai raksturîga smaka.
Izmantojiet tikai oriìinâlos frçzi un naþus.
Çveli nav jâiezemç.
Nestrâdâjiet telpâs ar sprâdzienbîstamu vai íîmiski aktîvu vidi.
Nepieïaujiet ûdens vai citu ðíidrumu, kâ arî atmosfçras nokriðòu nokïûðanu uz
çveles vai tâs iekðpusç.
Tuviniet apstrâdâjamai virsmai jau ieslçgtu çveli.
Nepieïaujiet vada saskari ar karstâm vai eïïainâm virsmâm, strâdâjot tam jâatro-
das çveles aizmugurç.
Nenesiet çveli, aiz vada.
Sekojiet, lai apstrâdâjamâ materiâlâ nebûtu naglu vai citu sveðíermeòu.
Nodroðiniet vienmçrîgu instrumenta padevi, sekojiet naþu asumam.
Nebâziet pirkstus skaidu izmeðanas atverç.
Ja çvele pçkðòi apstâjas (elektrotîklâ pazûd spriegums, ieíîlçjas çveles kustîgâs
detaïas utt.), nekavçjoties atlaidiet palaiðanas slçdzi.
Strâdâjiet cieði pieguïoðâ apìçrbâ. Ja Jums ir gari mati, lietojiet galvassegu.
Izmantojiet dzirdes orgânu aizsarglîdzekïus!
Pçc darba beigðanas çveli nedrîkst novietot uz tâs darba virsmas, pirms frçze nav
beigusi rotçt.
Çvelçjot, sagatavei jâbût droði nostiprinâtai, çveles darba virsmai blîvi jâpieguï
apstrâdâjamai virsmai.
Beidzot darbu, atvienojiet çveli no elektrotîkla.
Çveli uzglabâjiet bçrniem nepieejamâ vietâ.

Pârçjos droðîbas tehnikas noteikumus lasiet «Droðîbas instrukcijâ».
PIRMS DARBA SÂKÐANAS
Pârbaudiet baroðanas tîkla parametru atbilstîbu uz elektroinstrumenta maríçðanas
uzlîmes norâdîtajâm vçrtîbâm (pieïaujama novirze ±10% no norâdîtajâm vçrtîbâm).
Pârbaudiet frçzes naþu stiprinâjuma droðîbu un naþu iestâdîðanas
pareizîbu (skat nodaïu «Naþu nomaiòa, pârstâdîðana un iestâdîðana»).
Pârbaudiet slçdzi, çveli darbinot tukðgaitâ.
Ieslçgðana: piespiediet ieslçgðanas bloíçtâju 1un, to neatlaiþot,
çveles palaiðanas slçdzi 2.
Izslçgðana: atlaidiet slçdzi 2.

Tuviniet apstrâdâjamai sagatavei jau ieslçgtu çveli!
Plakanu virsmu çvelçðana
Plakanas virsmas çvelç vienmçrîgi (4. zîm.), bez
îpaðas piepûles pârvietojot çveli pa apstrâdâjamo
virsmu. Padeves spçka palielinâðanas
nepiecieðamîba liecina par nepietiekamu naþu
asumu. Nepiecieðamîbas gadîjumâ lietojiet uni-
versâlo lineâlu (2. zîm.).
Ðíautòu çvelçðana
Ðíautòu (fâzîðu) çvelçðanai (5. zîm.) uz priekðçjâ balsta
ir trîs, daþâda lieluma trîsstûra rievas - 1, 2 un 3 mm
dziïumâ. Brusas apstrâdâjamajai ðíautnei jâiet pa vienu
no ðîm rievâm. Fâzîtes çvelç, kad çvelçðanas dziïums
iestâdîts uz nulli, un fâzîtes dziïums attiecîgi ir 1, 2 vai 3
mm. Palielinot çvelçðanas dziïumu, palielinâs arî fâzîtes
lielums.

Lai savienotu çveli ar putekïusûcçja ðïûteni, lieto
piegâdes komplektâ esoðo adapteri 1(8. zîm.). Pie
çveles to stiprina ar skrûvçm 2(M4x12 DIN 965), kâ
parâdîts zîmçjumâ.
Putekïu un skaidu atsûkðana ievçrojami samazinâs
Jûsu darbavietas piesâròojumu.
Savlaicîgi veiciet putekïusûcçja tîrîðanu!
UZGLABÂÐANA UN TEHNISKÂ APKOPE
Çveli (turpmâk – maðîna) ieteicams uzglabât sausâs telpâs ar gaisa temperatûru virs +50C.
Pçc maðînas transportçðanas ziemas apstâkïos ïaujiet tai 2–3 stundas sasilt lîdz
istabas temperatûrai.
Ja maðîna ir norasojusi, neieslçdziet to lîdz mitrums bûs pilnîgi noþuvis.
Regulâra tehniskâ apkope ilga maðîna darbamûþa garantija.
Veicot tehnisko apkopi, kontaktdakðai jâbût atvienotai no elektrotîkla!
Pçc darba maðînu attîriet no netîrumiem, sekojiet, lai ventilâcijas atveres bûtu
brîvas un tîras. Siksnas nomaiòa un regulçðana
Pirms siksnas nomaiòas un regulçðanas atvienojiet kontaktdakðu no
elektrotîkla!
Siksnas nomaiòai:
– izskrûvçjiet skrûvi 49 un noòemiet apvalku 34 (sk. rezerves daïu shçmu);
– atbrîvojiet èetras skrûves 87, ar kuru palîdzîbu elektrodzinçjs tiek stiprinâts pie
çveles korpusa 10 un divas skrûves 21;
– piestumiet elektrodzinçju pie korpusa un noòemiet siksnu 35;
– notîriet siksnas skriemeïus;
– jauno siksnu uzlieciet vispirms dzenoðam skriemelim 62, tad dzîtajam skrieme-
lim 37, ar roku pagrieþot siksnas pârvadu.
Ar skrûvi 21, kura atrodas blakus apvalkam, nospriegojiet siksnu.
Uz îsiem brîþiem slçdzot çveli, pârbaudiet siksnas noskrçjienu. Siksna nedrîkst
uzskriet virsû skriemeïu apmalçm. vai stipri spiesties tâm klât. Ja tâ notiek, ar
skrûvju 21 palîdzîbu panâciet stâvokli, kad siksna tikai pieskaras skriemeïu
apmalçm. Piegrieziet elektrodzinçja stiprinâjuma skrûves 87 pie korpusa 10 un
uzstâdiet apvalku 34.

Naþu asinâðana, nomaiòa, pârstâdîðana un iestâdîðana
Pirms naþu maiòas atvienojiet kontaktdakðu no elektrotîkla!
Lai nomainîtu vai pârstâdîtu naþus:
– noòemiet çveles apvalku 6(1. zîm.), lai varçtu ar skriemeïa palîdzîbu griezt frçzi
ar rokâm;
– atbrîvojiet trîs skrûves 4(9. zîm.);
– noòemiet íîli 3kopâ ar nazi 2no frçzes korpusa 5un noòemiet nazi no íîla;
– pârgrieziet nazi (nazim ir asinâjums abâs pusçs) vai nomainiet ar jaunu.
Naþu uzstâdîðana notiek pretçjâ secîbâ:
– novietojiet nazi uz íîla (pievçrsiet uzmanîbu grieðanas viziemam). Urbumiem
nazî jâatrodas uz regulçjoðiem ekscentriem;
– ievietojiet íîli ar nazi frçzes korpusâ;
– veigli pievelciet skrûves 4(grieðana pa kreisi).
Òaþu iestâdîðana:
– nepievelkot skrûves 4iestâdît nazi 2ar gala virsmu lîdz ar balstu sânu virsmu
no gropes noòemðanas puses ar lîneâla palîdzîbu;
– grieþot regulçjoðo ekscentri 3, panâkt, lai nazis skar lîneâla virsmu, kas pielikts

Pareizu asinâðanas leòíi nodroðina, naþu
asinâðanai lietojot speciâlu naþu piespiedçju (10.
zîm.), kas ietilpst çveles piegâdes komplektâ. Asinot
jâslîpç naþa mugurvirsma, noòemot minimâlu
metâla kârtiòu un nepieïaujot pârkarðanu (krâsainu
plankumu parâdîðanos uz naþa virsmas).
Asinâðanas defektu (gratu, izdrupumu) novçrðanai
un kvalitatîvas asas griezçjðíautnes iegûðanai,
pielabojiet naþa mugurvirsmu ar sîkgraudainu
galodiòu. Sekojiet, lai viena naþa un tâ stiprinâðanas
detaïu svars nepârsniegtu otra naþa un tâ
stiprinâðanas detaïu svaru vairâk par 0,5 g, pretçjâ gadîjumâ radîsies frçzes disbalanss.
Pirms darba atsâkðanas pârbaudiet naþu stiprinâjuma droðîbu un frçzes grieðanâs
nevainojamîbu!

Kolektora tehniskâ apkope
Laika gaitâ kolektors pârklâjas ar oksîdu kârtiòu, kas pastiprina dzirksteïoðanu starp
kolektoru un sukâm un var bût cçlonis dzinçja pârkarðanai. Lai notîrîtu kolektoru, Jûs
varat griezieties REBIR RSEZ AS vai specializçtajâs remontdarbnîcâs.
Suku pârbaude
Pçc 50 darba stundâm iesakâm griezties specializçtâs remontdarbnîcâs suku stâ-
vokïa apskatei, un vajadzîbas gadîjumâ, tâs nomainît (elektrodzinçja suku garums
mazâks par 11 mm).
GARANTIJAS SAISTÎBAS
Prasîjumu pieteikðanas termiòð par izstrâdâjuma kvalitâti tiek noteikts no tâ pâr-
doðanas datuma un nosaka saskaòâ ar «Patçrçtâju tiesîbu aizsardzîbas likumu».
Izstrâdâjuma remonts un servisa apkalpoðana garantijas termiòa laikâ jâveic servisa
darbnîcâs.
Garantijas termiòð tiek pagarinâts uz laiku, ko izstrâdâjums ir pavadîjis garantijas
remontâ. Detaïâm un mezgliem, kas nomainîti remontçjot darbnîcâ, tiek pieðíirta 3
mçneðu garantija.
Izstrâdâjuma ekspluatâcija ir aizliegta parâdoties paaugstinâtas sasilðanas
pazîmçm, paaugstinâtai dzirksteïoðanai starp sukâm un kolektoru, kâ arî troksnim
reduktorâ. Bojâjumu iemeslu noskaidroðanai pircçjam jâgrieþas garantijas darbnîcâ.
Bojâjumi, kas raduðies raþotâja vainas dçï, garantijas termiòa laikâ darbnîcâ vai rûp-
nîcâ-izgatavotâjâ tiek novçrsti bez maksas.
Noteikumos noteikto izstrâdâjuma darba noteikumu, kâ arî tâ eïïoðanas un apkopes
prasîbu neievçroðana noved pie tâ priekðlaicîgas salûðanas un tiesîbâm uz garanti-
jas apkalpoðanu.
Garantijas remontu veic tikai gadîjumos, kad ir pilnîbâ pareizi noformçts apkalpoðanas talons.
Garantijas remonta ilgumu reglamentç likumdoðana.
Rûpnîca-izgatavotâja nesniedz garantiju mainâmâm detaïâm, kas ir bijuðas darbâ
(patronas urbjmaðînâm un akumulatoru skrûvgrieþiem, smalkzâìîði, naþi, zâìripas,
to stiprinâjuma elementi, urbji, sliedes, íçdes, íçþu zâìu mainâmie vainagi, slîpri-
pas, leòía slîpmaðînas uzgrieznis, spîïþokïi, akumulatori akumulatoru skrûvgrieþiem,

pienâcîgâ veidâ noformçta (nav: tirdzniecîbas organizâcijas zîmoga, pârdoðanas
datuma, pârdevçja paraksta, izstrâdâjuma rûpnîcas numura, izstrâdâjuma îpaðnieka
paraksta).
- Dokuments aizpildîts ar atpakaïejoðu datumu.
Garantija neattiecas
Uz izstrâdâjumiem ar bojâjumiem, kas raduðies:
- ekspluatçjot neievçrojot doto noteikumu prasîbas, nevîþîbas vai nepareizas reg-
ulçðanas rezultâtâ;
- mehânisko bojâjumu, kas raduðies trieciena, kritiena u.t.t. rezultâtâ;
- uguns, agresîvu vielu iedarbîbas rezultâtâ;
- ðíidrumu, nepiederoðu priekðmetu iekïûðanas izstrâdâjuma iekðpusç rezultâtâ;
- nevçrîga apieðanâs ar maðînu darba laikâ un uzglabâjot, kâ rezultâtâ parâdâs
apkusuma pçdas vai plaisas, iespiedumi uz raþojuma ârçjâm virsmâm, stiprs
piesâròojums, baroðanas vada bojâjums, maðînas detaïu korozija;
- tehniskâs apkalpes veikðana, pârkâpjot periodiskuma termiòus (elektrodzinçja sukas
garums mazâks par norâdîto noteikumos, nav izdarîta smçrvielas nomaiòa reduktorâ).

Garantija izstrâdâjumam tiek noòemta, ja:
- izstrâdâjumu izmanto ne pçc tâ pielietojuma;
- pielietoti kompletçjoðie, piederumi, izlietojamie materiâli un daïas, kas nav paredzç-
tas ðajos noteikumos;
- veikta izjaukðana, patçrçtâjam mçìinot novçrst defektu;
- nesankcionçta konstrukcijas izmaiòa;
- parâdîjuðies defekti, ko izraisîjuði nepârvarami spçki (ugunsgrçks, plûdi, zibens
spçriens, u.c.);
- nepareizi ekspluatç nomainâmo instrumentu (íçdes, sliedes, smalkzâìîðus, frçzes,
zâìripas, slîpripas).
Citi iemesli, kuru dçï var tikt atteikts izstrâdâjuma garantijas remonts, norâdîti
Garantijas saistîbu Pielikumâ.
SERVISS
Ja maðînai nepiecieðams remonts, Jums vienmçr palîdzçs REBIR RSEZ AS vai spe-
cializçtajâs remontdarbnîcâs.
APKÂRTÇJÂS VIDES AIZSARDZÎBA
Neizmetiet elektriskos instrumentus sadzîves atkritumos!
Saskaòâ ar Eiropas direktîvu 2002/96/EC par elektronisko un elektrisko
izstrâdâjumu atkritumiem, elektroniskos un elektriskos instrumentus
jâsavâc utilizâcijai atseviðíi un atkârtoti jâpârstrâdâ, pielietojot dabai nekaitî-
gas metodes.
Elektroinstrumentu, kas nokalpojis savu laiku, îpaðnieks var nodot tâlâkai utilizâcijai
un reìenerâcijai REBIR servisa centrâ vai dîlerim.
Elektroinstrumenta plastmasas detaïâm ir maríçjums, kas ïauj tâs saðíirot atkârtotai
pârstrâdei.
TROKÐÒU UN VIBRÂCIJU LÎMENIS
Mçrâmie lielumi noteikti saskaòâ ar EN 60745-1.
Strâdâjot ar maðînu trokðòu spiediena lîmenis sasniedz 97 dB(A), trokðòu spiediena
jauda 110 dB(A). Izmantojiet dzirdes orgânu aizsarglîdzekïus! Vibrâcijas paâtrinâju-
ma vçrtîba nepârsniedz 0,9 m/s2.

Ïåðåä âêëþ÷åíèåì ðóáàíêà â ýëåêòðîñåòü ïðîâåðüòå âèëêó è êàáåëü íà
îòñóòñòâèå ïîâðåæäåíèé. B cëy÷àå íàëè÷èÿ ïîâðåæäåíèÿ îáðàòèòåñü â
ìàñòåðñêóþ äëÿ çàìåíû.
Ïåðåä ðàáîòîé ïðîâåðüòå íàäåæíîñòü êðåïëåíèÿ íîæåé è áåçóïðå÷íîñòü
âðàùåíèÿ ôðåçû.
Çàïðåùàåòñÿ ýêñïëóàòèðîâàòü ðóáàíîê:
– ïðè íàëè÷èè òðåùèí è ïîâðåæäåíèé â ðóêîÿòêå è íàêëàäêå, êîðïóñå
ðóáàíêà, êîðïóñå è êðûøêå ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëÿ;
– ïðè íå÷åòêîé ðàáîòå âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ;
– ïðè èñêðåíèè ùåòîê íà êîëëåêòîðå, ñîïðîâîæäàþùèìñÿ ïîÿâëåíèåì
êðóãîâîãî îãíÿ íà åãî ïîâåðõíîñòè;
– ïðè ïîÿâëåíèÿ äûìà èëè çàïàõà, õàðàêòåðíîãî äëÿ ãîðÿùåé èçîëÿöèè.
Ïðèìåíÿòü òîëüêî îðèãèíàëüíûå ôðåçû è íîæè.
Ðóáàíîê íå òðåáóåò çàçåìëåíèÿ.
Íå ðàáîòàéòå â ïîìåùåíèÿõ ñî âçðûâîîïàñíîé èëè õèìè÷åñêè àêòèâíîé
ñðåäîé.
Íå äîïóñêàéòå ïîïàäàíèÿ íà ðóáàíîê è âíóòðü åãî âîäû èëè äðóãèõ æèä-
êîñòåé.
Pyáaíoê ïoäâoäèòe ê äeòaëè òoëüêo âêëþ÷eííûì.
Ïðè ðàáîòå êàáåëü âñåãäà äîëæåí íàõîäèòüñÿ ïîçàäè ðóáàíêà. Íå äîïó-
ñêàéòå åãî ñîïðèêîñíîâåíèÿ ñ ãîðÿ÷èìè è ìàñëÿíûìè ïîâåðõíîñòÿìè.
Íå íîñèòå ðóáàíîê çà êàáåëü.
Ñëåäèòå çà òåì, ÷òîáû â îáðàáàòûâàåìîì ìàòåðèàëå íå ïîïàäàëèñü
ãâîçäè è ïîñòîðîííèå âêëþ÷åíèÿ.
Ïîäà÷à ïðè ñòðîãàíèè äîëæíà áûòü ðàâíîìåðíîé. Íîæè ðóáàíêà âñåãäà
äîëæíû áûòü îñòðî çàòî÷åíû.
Íå ïðîñîâûâàéòå ïàëüöû â îòâåðñòèå äëÿ âûáðîñà ñòðóæêè, îñâîáîæ-
äàéòå åãî îò ñòðóæêè äåðåâÿííîé ïàëî÷êîé.
Ïðè âíåçàïíîé îñòàíîâêå (èñ÷åçíîâåíèå íàïðÿæåíèÿ â ñåòè, çàêëèíèâà-
íèå ïîäâèæíûõ äåòàëåé è ò.ï.) ðóáàíîê íåìåäëåííî âûêëþ÷èòå.
Paáoòaéòe â ïëîòío ïpèëeãaþùeé oäeæäe. Åñëè ó Âàñ äëèííûå âîëîñû,
èñïîëüçóéòå ãîëîâíîé óáîð.

äî max (ñì. òåõíè÷. õàðàêòå-
ðèñòèêè) è çàôèêñèðîâàòü ýòî
ïîëîæåíèå óïîðîì 2.
Äëÿ ïðåäîõðàíåíèÿ ðåæóùèõ
êðîìîê íîæåé îò ïîâðåæäå-
íèÿ ïðè òðàíñïîðòèðîâêå,
ðó÷êà 1ïîâåðíóòà â ïîëîæå-
íèå «P» (park-position). Ïî
îêîí÷àíèè ðàáîòû ðåêîìåíäó-

Ñòðîãàíèå ïëîñêîñòåé
Ñòðîãàíèå ïëîñêîé ïîâåðõíîñòè (ðèñ. 4) ïðîèçâî-
äèòñÿ ðàâíîìåðíûì, áåç çíà÷èòåëüíûõ óñèëèé,
ïåðåìåùåíèåì ðóáàíêà ïî îáðàáàòûâàåìîé ïî-
âåðõíîñòè. Ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè ïðèìåíÿéòå ëè-
íåéêó óíèâåðñàëüíóþ (ðèñ. 2).
Ñíÿòèå êðîìîê
Äëÿ ñíÿòèÿ êðîìîê (ôàñîê) (ðèñ. 5) íà îïîðå ïåðåäíåé
èìåþòñÿ ðàçíûå ïî ãëóáèíå òðè òðåóãîëüíûõ ïàçà – 1,
2 è 3 ìì. Ïî îäíîìó èç ýòèõ ïàçîâ äîëæíà ïðîõîäèòü
îáðàáàòûâàåìàÿ êðîìêà áðóñà. Ñíÿòèå ôàñêè íà êðîì-
êå ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ïðè íóëåâîé ãëóáèíå ñòðîãàíèÿ, è ñî-
îòâåòñòâåííî ðàâíÿåòñÿ 1, 2 è 3 ìì. Ïðè óâåëè÷åíèè
ãëóáèíû ñòðîãàíèÿ áóäåò óâåëè÷èâàòüñÿ ðàçìåð ôàñêè.

îòíîñèòåëüíî êðîìêè íîæà íà âåëè÷èíó, ñîîòâåòñòâóþùóþ øèðèíå ôàëüöà. Ïðè
ýòîì êîëè÷åñòâî ïðîõîäîâ áóäåò çàâèñåòü îò óñòàíîâëåííîé ãëóáèíû ñòðîãàíèÿ.
ÎÒÑÎÑ ÏÛËÈ È ÑÒÐÓÆÊÈ
Äëÿ ïîäñîåäèíåíèÿ ðóáàíêà ê øëàíãó ïûëåñîñà ïðè-
ìåíÿåòñÿ âõîäÿùèé â êîìïëåêò ïîñòàâêè àäàïòåð 1
(ðèñ. 8). Îí ïðèêðåïëÿåòñÿ ê ðóáàíêó âèíòàìè 2
(M4x12 DIN 965), êàê ïîêàçàíî íà ðèñóíêå.
Áëàãîäàðÿ îòñîñó ñòðóæêè çàãðÿçíåííîñòü ðàáî÷åãî
ìåñòà ñíèæàåòñÿ.
Ñâîåâðåìåííî ïðîèçâîäèòå î÷èñòêó ïûëåñîñà!

Òåõíè÷åñêîå îáñëóæèâàíèå ïðîâîäèòå, ïðåäâàðèòåëüíî îòêëþ÷èâ
ìàøèíó îò ýëåêòðîñåòè.
Ïîñëå ðàáîòû ìàøèíó î÷èñòèòå îò ïûëè; ñëåäèòå, ÷òîáû âåíòèëÿöèîí-
íûå îêíà áûëè ñâîáîäíûìè è ÷èñòûìè.

Çàìåíà è ðåãóëèðîâêà ðåìíÿ
Ïåðåä çàìåíîé è ðåãóëèðîâêîé ðåìíÿ îòêëþ÷èòå ðóáàíîê îò
ýëåêòðîñåòè!
Äëÿ çàìåíû ðåìíÿ:
– îòêðóòèòå âèíò 49 è ñíèìèòå çàùèòíûé êîæóõ 34 (ñì. ñõåìó çàï÷àñòåé);
– îñëàáüòå ÷åòûðå âèíòà 87 êðåïëåíèÿ ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëÿ ê êîðïóñó 10
è äâà âèíòà 21;
– ïðèäâèíüòå ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëü âëåâî äî óïîðà ê ñòåíêå êîðïóñà è ñíè-
ìèòå èñòåðøèéñÿ ðåìåíü 35;
– î÷èñòèòå øêèâû è íàäåíüòå ðåìåíü íà âåäóùèé øêèâ 62, à çàòåì –

Âèíòîì 21, ðàñïîëîæåííûì áëèæå ê êîæóõó, ïðîèçâåäèòå íàòÿæåíèå ðåì-
íÿ. Ïðîáíûìè ïóñêàìè ðóáàíêà ïðîâåðüòå ñáåã ðåìíÿ. Ðåìåíü íå äîëæåí

Åñëè ýòî ïðîèñõîäèò, âðàùåíèåì âèíòîâ 21 äîáåéòåñü ïîëîæåíèÿ, êîãäà ðå-
ìåíü òîëüêî êàñàåòñÿ áóðòà. Çàòÿíèòå âèíòû êðåïëåíèÿ 87 ýëåêòðîäâèãà-
òåëÿ ê êîðïóñó 10 è óñòàíîâèòå êîæóõ 34.

Äëÿ çàìåíû èëè ïåðåóñòàíîâêè íîæà:
– ñíèìèòå êîæóõ 6(ðèñ. 1), ÷òîáû áûëà âîçìîæíîñòü âðàùàòü ôðåçó çà
øêèâ âðó÷íóþ;
– îñëàáüòå òðè áîëòà 4(ðèñ. 9);
– âûíüòå êëèí 3ñ íîæîì 2èç êîðïóñà ôðåçû 5, çàòåì ñíèìèòå íîæ ñ êëèíà;
– ïåðåâåðíèòå íîæ (íîæ èìååò äâóñòîðîííþþ çàòî÷êó) èëè çàìåíèòå íà íîâûé.
Óñòàíîâêà íîæà îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ â îáðàòíîé ïîñëåäîâàòåëüíîñòè:
– óñòàíîâèòå íîæ íà êëèí (îáðàòèòå âíèìàíèå íà íàïðàâëåíèå ðåçàíèÿ).
Îòâåðñòèÿ â íîæå äîëæíû íàõîäèòüñÿ íà ðåãóëèðîâî÷íûõ ýêñöåíòðèêàõ;
– ïîìåñòèòå êëèí ñ íîæîì â êîðïóñ ôðåçû;
– ñëåãêà ïîäòÿíèòå áîëòû 4(âðàùåíèå âëåâî).
Âûñòàâêà íîæåé:
– âûñòàâèòü íîæ 2ïî òîðöó çàïîäëèöî ñ áîêîâîé ïîâåðõíîñòüþ ïåðåä-
íåé îïîðû ðóáàíêà ñî ñòîðîíû ñíÿòèÿ ôàëüöà ïðè ïîìîùè áðóñêà-ëèíåéêè;
– âðàùàÿ ðåãóëèðîâî÷íûå ýêñöåíòðèêè 3äîáèòüñÿ êàñàíèÿ íîæîì ïîâåðõ-

Ïîâåðíèòå ôðåçó çà øêèâ íà 1800è àíàëîãè÷íî ïðîâåäèòå ïåðåóñòàíîâêó
è âûñòàâêó âòîðîãî íîæà. Ïðàâèëüíî óñòàíîâëåííûé íîæ ïðè ïðîâîðà÷èâà-
íèè ôðåçû íå ïðèïîäíèìàåò áðóñîê-ëèíåéêó, à ëèøü çàäåâàåò åå.
– óñòàíîâèòå è çàêðåïèòå êîæóõ 6(ðèñ. 1).
Ðåãóëÿðíî ïðîâåðÿéòå íàäåæíîñòü êðåïëåíèÿ è ñèììåòðè÷íîñòü ïîñàäêè

Äëÿ îáåñïå÷åíèÿ ïðàâèëüíîãî óãëà çàòî÷êè
íîæà ïîëüçóéòåñü ñïåöèàëüíûì äåðæàòåëåì
(ðèñ. 10), êîòîðûé âõîäèò â êîìïëåêò ïî-
ñòàâêè ðóáàíêà. Çàòî÷êó ïðîèçâîäèòå ïî
çàäíåé ãðàíè íîæà, ñíèìàÿ ìèíèìàëüíûé

Ïðîâåðêà ñîñòîÿíèÿ êîëëåêòîðà
Ïðè äëèòåëüíîì õðàíåíèè êîëëåêòîð ïîêðûâàåòñÿ îêèñëàìè, ÷òî óõóäøàåò
êîììóòàöèþ (ñèëüíîå èñêðåíèå ìåæäó ùåòêàìè è êîëëåêòîðîì) è, êàê ñëåä-
ñòâèå, ïðèâîäèò ê ïðåæäåâðåìåííîìó âûõîäó èç ñòðîÿ ÿêîðÿ ýëåêòðîäâèãà-
òåëÿ. Äëÿ óäàëåíèÿ îêèñëîâ è ïî÷åðíåíèé êîëëåêòîðà îáðàùàéòåñü â ñïåöè-
àëèçèðîâàííóþ ìàñòåðñêóþ èëè íà çàâîä-èçãîòîâèòåëü.
Ïðîâåðêà ñîñòîÿíèÿ ùåòîê è èõ çàìåíà
×åðåç 50 ÷àñîâ ðàáîòû ìàøèíû ðåêîìåíäóåì îáðàòèòüñÿ â ñïåöèàëèçèðî-
âàííóþ ìàñòåðñêóþ äëÿ îñìîòðà ñîñòîÿíèÿ ùåòîê è, ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè, èõ
çàìåíû, (äëèíà ù¸òêè ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëÿ ìåíåå 11 ìì).
ÃÀÐÀÍÒÈÉÍÛÅ ÎÁßÇÀÒÅËÜÑÒÂÀ
Ãàðàíòèéíûé ñðîê ýêñïëóàòàöèè èçäåëèÿ óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ ñî äíÿ åãî ïðîäà-
æè è îïðåäåëÿåòñÿ çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâîì ñòðàíû, ãäå ïðîäàíî èçäåëèå.
Ðåìîíò è ñåðâèñíîå îáñëóæèâàíèå èçäåëèÿ â òå÷åíèå ãàðàíòèéíîãî ñðîêà
ýêñïëóàòàöèè äîëæíû ïðîâîäèòüñÿ â ñåðâèñíûõ ìàñòåðñêèõ.
Ñðîê ãàðàíòèè ïðîäëåâàåòñÿ íà âðåìÿ íàõîæäåíèÿ èçäåëèÿ â ãàðàíòèéíîì
ðåìîíòå. Íà äåòàëè è óçëû, çàìåí¸ííûå ïðè ðåìîíòå â ìàñòåðñêîé, ïðåäî-
ñòàâëÿåòñÿ ãàðàíòèÿ íà 3 ìåñÿöà.
Çàïðåùàåòñÿ ýêñïëóàòàöèÿ èçäåëèÿ ïðè ïîÿâëåíèè ïðèçíàêîâ ïîâûøåííîãî
íàãðåâà, ïîâûøåííîãî èñêðåíèÿ ìåæäó ù¸òêàìè è êîëëåêòîðîì, à òàêæå øó-
ìà â ðåäóêòîðå. Äëÿ âûÿñíåíèÿ ïðè÷èí íåèñïðàâíîñòè ïîêóïàòåëþ ñëåäóåò
îáðàòèòüñÿ â ãàðàíòèéíóþ ìàñòåðñêóþ.
Íåèñïðàâíîñòè, äîïóùåííûå ïî âèíå èçãîòîâèòåëÿ, â òå÷åíèå ãàðàíòèéíîãî
ñðîêà óñòðàíÿþòñÿ áåñïëàòíî â ìàñòåðñêîé èëè íà çàâîäå-èçãîòîâèòåëå.
Íåâûïîëíåíèå òðåáîâàíèé äàííîãî Ðóêîâîäñòâà ïî ïðàâèëàì ðàáîòû ñ èç-
äåëèåì, à òàêæå ïî ñìàçêå è óõîäó çà íèì ïðèâîäèò ê ïðåæäåâðåìåííîé
åãî ïîëîìêå è ïîòåðå ïðàâà íà ãàðàíòèéíîå îáñëóæèâàíèå.
Ãàðàíòèéíûé ðåìîíò ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ òîëüêî ïðè íàëè÷èè ïîëíîñòüþ è ïðàâèëü-
íî îôîðìëåííîé ãàðàíòèéíîé êàðòû. Ñðîê âûïîëíåíèÿ ãàðàíòèéíîãî ðåìîí-
òà ðåãëàìåíòèðóåòñÿ çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâîì.
Çàâîä-èçãîòîâèòåëü íå äà¸ò ãàðàíòèþ íà ñìåííûå äåòàëè, êîòîðûå áûëè â ðà-
áîòå (ïàòðîíû ê äðåëÿì è àêêóìóëÿòîðíûì øóðóïîâ¸ðòàì, ïèëêè, íîæè, ïèëü-
íûå äèñêè, ýëåìåíòû èõ êðåïëåíèÿ, ñâ¸ðëà, áóðû, øèíû, öåïè, ñìåííûå âåíöû
öåïíûõ ïèë, øëèôîâàëüíûå êðóãè, çàòÿãèâàþùèå ãàéêè ê ÓØÌ, öàíãè, àêêóìó-
ëÿòîðû ê àêêóìóëÿòîðíûì äðåëÿì, øëèôîâàëüíûå ïëàòôîðìû è ò.ä.) è áûñòðî
èçíàøèâàþùèå ÷àñòè (óãîëüíûå ù¸òêè, çóá÷àòûå ðåìíè è øêèâû, ðåçèíîâûå óï-
ëîòíåíèÿ, ñàëüíèêè, çàùèòíûå êîæóõè, ñòâîëû, íàïðàâëÿþùèå ðîëèêè).
Íåèñïðàâíîñòè, âûçâàííûå íåñâîåâðåìåííîé çàìåíîé óãîëüíûõ ù¸òîê, óñò-
ðàíÿþòñÿ çà ñ÷¸ò ïîêóïàòåëÿ.
Ñðîê ñëóæáû èçäåëèÿ – 3 ãîäà.
Ãàðàíòèéíûé ðåìîíò íå ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ â ñëåäóþùèõ ñëó÷àÿõ:
– èñò¸ê ñðîê ãàðàíòèè;
– ñâåäåíèÿ îá èçäåëèè, îòìå÷åííûå â ðóêîâîäñòâå ïî ýêñïëóàòàöèè è ãà-
ðàíòèéíîé êàðòå íå ñîîòâåòñòâóþò ïðåäúÿâëåííîìó èçäåëèþ èëè íå ñîâ-
ïàäàåò íîìåð íà èçäåëèè è â ãàðàíòèéíîé êàðòå;
– ïðåäúÿâëåíà ãàðàíòèéíàÿ êàðòà, íå ñîîòâåòñòâóþùàÿ óñòàíîâëåííîìó îá-
ðàçöó, èëè îôîðìëåííàÿ íåíàäëåæàùèì îáðàçîì (îòñóòñòâóþò: øòàìï òîð-
ãîâîé îðãàíèçàöèè, äàòà ïðîäàæè, ïîäïèñü ïðîäàâöà, çàâîäñêîé íîìåð èç-
äåëèÿ, ïîäïèñü ïîêóïàòåëÿ);
– äîêóìåíò çàïîëíåí çàäíèì ÷èñëîì.
Ãàðàíòèÿ íå ðàñïðîñòðàíÿåòñÿ:

ÑÅÐÂÈÑ
Ïðè âûõîäå ìàøèíû èç ñòðîÿ ïî èñòå÷åíèè ãàðàíòèéíîãî ñðîêà ýêñïëóàòàöèè,
îáðàùàéòåñü â ñïåöèàëèçèðîâàííóþ ìàñòåðñêóþ èëè íà çàâîä-èçãîòîâèòåëü.

FUNCTION
The plane IE-5708C is designed for the planing different kinds of wood. It is possible:
– to plane a flat surface;
– to adjust the planing depth;
– to make a rebate to a maximum depth of 17 mm;

SAFETY NOTES
Unplug the plane before making any adjustments or inspections.
Check cable and plug for damage prior to connecting the plane to a power supply.
Replace defective or damaged cable at authorized service centre.
Before turning the plane on make sure that the cutting blades are locked into posi-
tion and do not come in contact with any part of the plane body.
Do not operate the plane if:
– any part of the plane is damaged;
– the ON/OFF switch does not work properly;
– the brushes are sparking at the commutator and a circular flame is visible;
– smoke or a distinctive odour of burning insulation is detected.
Use only cutting blades supplied by or approved by the manufacturer for specific
use with this tool.
Never connect the plane to an electric ground.
Avoid dangerous or explosive environments.
Never allow the plane to become wet.
Turn on the plane before applying it to the work piece.
Always place the cable towards rear of the plane. Do not expose the cable to heat or oil.
Do not carry the plane by the cable.
Do not plane over nails, screws, etc.
Use only sharp blades. Observe continuous feed when planing.
Never place your fingers in the wood shavings discharge outlet. Use a piece of
wood to unblock the shavings ejector.
Switch off immediately if the plane stops (loss of power, jamming of moving
parts,etc.).
Avoid wearing loose fitting clothing that may become caught in moving parts.
Likewise for long hair use a hair net. Eye protection and protective gloves are also
recommended.
Due the noise level it is recommended to wear ear protection!
Never set the plane down while it is switched on. Set the plane down only after the
cutter block stops completely. After finishing the job always remove the plug from the
power supply socket.
When not in use, the plane should be stored in a locked place out of reach of
childern.
For further safety information refer to the additional «Safety Instructions»
enclosed!

INITIAL OPERATION
Always use the correct supply voltage. The voltage specifications as shown on label
must correspond to the supply voltage. (±10% deviation is allowed).
Make sure that the cutting blades are set correctly and locked into position
(see «Replacing the Blades»).
Check proper plane operation at no load by performing the following
steps:
Switching On: press the lock-off button 1and hold it down, then press
the ON/OFF switch 2;
Switching Off: release the ON/OFF switch 2.
ADJUSTING THE PLANING DEPTH
Always disconnect the plane from the power supply before making any
adjustments to the planing depth!
To adjust the planing depth
first shift the position lock 2
to the «OFF» position. Now
set the desired planing depth
using the knob 1(from 0 to
maximum – see «Technical
Data»). Finally, shift the
position lock 2into the «ON»
position.
After finishing the job set the
knob 1to «P» (park) position
to protect the blades.
PLANING
Switch the plane on before applying it to the work piece!
Planing flat surfacees
When planing a flat surface push the plane con-
tinually forward along the work piece. Do not
apply excessive force. Use the parallel guide
(Fig. 2) when necessary.
Using the plane for edge chamfering
The front base plate has three «V» grooves of different
depth (1, 2 and 3 mm) for chamfering edges (Fig. 5).
Place the front plate with one of the «V» grooves onto the
work piece edge and guide the plane forward. Depending
on the «V» groove you choose the depth of the edge
will be 1, 2 or 3 mm if the cutting depth is set to 0. The
edge size will increase if you increase the cutting depth.
