Attach front hub motor wheel. Back both tire nuts almost all the way out. Remove plastic brake
protector and slide the tire into position ensuring that the lock washer is oriented in the downward
position and resting between the drop out section of the fork. With your washer and tire nut on the
outside tighten with a 19mm wrench or socket. Torque these nuts to 30-35 Newton Meters.
