Description of Manual User Programs:
Calm: This program is designed to work with both acute and chronic stress and anxiety
and offers the potential for a general calming and relaxing effect, promoting a quieter
and more peaceful mind. The program runs for 15 minutes. It may be repeated as
needed.
Sleep: This program is designed to help establish improved sleep patterns. It is best used a
little before retiring to bed. If waking during the night the Calm program may be more
effective than using the Sleep setting but do experiment. The run time is 25 minutes.
Ease: The aim of this program is to support the soothing of nerve pain, reducing its intensity
and help relax muscular and mental tension. When muscle tensions are reduced the
experience of pain changes. It becomes less dominant or goes completely. The Ease
program also incorporates a ‘rejuvenate’ element designed to aid the natural
rejuvenation of damaged tissues. The program runs for 14 minutes and if required can be
used several times in succession several times a day. Ease can be used in most instances
where pain is experienced and is generally used over the area of discomfort.
Note: that the EASE device is broader in it’s scope and deeper in it’s targeted design to
assist pain and inflammation and aid in tissue repair and recovery.
Revit (Revitalize): This program is designed to aid with the reestablishment of a sense of
vitality when feeling depleted. Run time is 14 minutes.
Note: The action of each of the user program may be enhanced by placing the device
over relevant acupoints as described in the ‘Suggested Use’ Guide.
