IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE USE
Do not touch hot surfaces and water. Use handles or
knobs. Use this circulator for only its intended use.
To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord,
plugs, or the entire unit in water or other liquid.
Do not use an extension cord with the circulator, use
grounded power sources only.
To avoid the possibility of personal injury, always unplug the
circulator from the electrical outlet before handling or clean-
ing.
For indoor use only, do not use outdoors.
Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used
by or near children.
Do not allow children to use the appliance.
Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in
any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
The use of accessory attachments not recommended by
the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter, or
touch hot surfaces.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer of its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid ahazard.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabili-
ties, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the haz-
ards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep
the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than
8 years old.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
DO NOT use an extension cord with this product.
Operate appliance in water only. Keep the water level
between the “Min” and “Max” levels indicated. Do not use
the appliance for other than its intended purpose.
Keep appliance dry. Never operate appliance unless the
water level is between the indicated “Min” and “Max” levels.
Only the heater and circulator portion should be underwater:
Do not immerse the appliance cord, power box, or upper
portion of the appliance in water or other liquids. If the
appliance or any of its parts become submerged, unplug
appliance immediately and contact your nearest service
center.

Unplug appliance. Before moving it, when cleaning, and
generally when not in use. Allow the appliance to cool before
handling or storing.
Use appliance in a safe indoor environment. Do not use
outdoors. Do not use near explosive or flammable materials.
Do not use with an extension cord. Close supervision is
necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven. Note: the appliance is designed for household
use only.
Wait for the appliance to cool before moving. Do not touch
hot surfaces.
Remember circulated water can be very hot. Use a trivet to
protect your countertop from any container being used with
appliance. Use tongs to reach anything inside the water
container. Extreme caution must be used when moving
containers of hot water.
Keep safe. If the appliance is dropped in water, damaged,
malfunctions, or the plug or power cord appears damaged in
any way, do not use the appliance. Contact your nearest
service center for repair. The use of unapproved accessory
attachments is not recommended by the appliance manu-
facturer and may cause injuries.
Cover the water bath. Energy can be saved by covering the
water bath with cling wrap. Do not cover any part of the
appliance with cling wrap.
OPERATION
1. Fill the container with water.
Fill the water container with water, using the water level
indicator on the DY-SV208, the water level should be
between the min and max indicators on the front of

the circulator. The water level will rise when you add food to
the container, so don’t fill it up too high before adding your
ingredients.
NOTE: As the water temperature increases, the water will
begin to evaporate. the DY-SV208 circulator is equipped
with an alarm indicating a low water level, if the water level
goes below the min mark, the circulator will shut off auto-
matically.

Press the button to set the temperature and time.

2. Press the appliance screen.
Click the power button on the screen. The first line
display will then show the set temperature of the water, the
second line is the current water temperature. The third line
shows the set time and current working time.
3.Press the power button and setting button for two
seconds at the same time to toggle between ℃and ℉. The
setting button : Press one time to set hour; Press twice to
set minutes. When the hour or minute indicators flash on the
display, you can press the buttons to adjust the
time.
Celsius or Fahrenheit: Select either ℃or ℉for your measure
of temperature.
Press the to increase the temperature and time, or
down to decrease it. The set temperature and time will
adjust as you changes the settings. The maximum tempera-
ture setting is 95℃or 203℉and the time can be set
between 00:00 to 59:59 .
4. Cook your food.
Press the power one time to begin heating and circulating
the water, put the food into the container when the tempera-
ture arrives at your set temperature.
5. When the water temperature arrives at the set tempera-
ture.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The appliance will not turn on.
Make sure that the machine is properly plugged into a
grounded outlet.
Check the power cord for tears and frays. Do not use the
machine if the power cord is damaged.
Make sure the power button is on and the LED display
screen is displaying information.
The Led display screen reads error code: E01.
Make sure the water level is between the MIN and MAX
indicators on the DY-SV208. The machine will alarm and
power off when the water level drops below the MIN level
required for operation.
Turn off the machine, ensure the water level is between the
MIN and MAX indicators and restart the machine.
The Led display screen reads error code: E02.
The digital thermostat is broken. Contact with customer
support.
When the water reaches the set temperature, it will beep five
times. The timer will start automatically. When the set time
arrives, it will stop working automatically after five alerts.
6. When you finish the cooking.
When the working time arrives at the set time. The appliance
will once again sound an alert every three seconds. At this
time, you should remove the food from the container.
7. Turn the appliance off.
The appliance should be turned off when the food is done and
when it is not is use. Just press and hold the power button for
five seconds to turn the device off.

CLEANING
With frequent use, descaling should be done every month or
more depending on the quality of water in your region.
 1: Put the appliance in a pot and fill the pot with water to
the "Max" level indicated on appliance.
 2: Set the appliance temperature to 70℃.
 3: Add 5g of citric acid powder (food grade) per liter of
water used.
 4: Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes afterthe
water has reached 70℃.
 5: Turn off and unplug the appliance.
 6: When the appliance has cooled, rinse the bottom in cold
water and dry before storing.
