GENERAL
INSTRUCTIONS Keep this document for future reference. It contains
important information.
Read all the warnings and instructions provided with the
NUVO Pram (sold separately) before using the NUVO in
double mode.
Please read thoroughly before commencing assembly
and use of your NUVO in double mode. Incorrect
assembly and usage can be dangerous and result in
serious injury or even death.
There may be slight variations in the design of your
product to the images shown in this product guide.
Your NUVO frame is compatible with the NUVO seat and
bassinet only. Do not use your NUVO frame with any
other model of pram, seat or bassinet.

GENERAL
MAINTENANCE
• Regularly inspect the locking devices, brakes, harness
assembly, catches, seat adjusters, joints and fixings to
ensure they are secure and in full working order.
• Do not store your NUVO in your car for prolonged
periods, especially in hot weather, as heat may warp
plastic parts and reduce your product’s life.
• The brakes and wheels are subject to wear and should
be replaced when necessary.
Brakes are available by contacting our Customer Care
team at [e-mail].
• Should any parts of the NUVO become sti or dicult
to operate, ensure that dirt is not the cause. Sparingly
apply a silicone spray lubricant to penetrate the
components. Excessive application may encourage
the accumulation of dirt.
• Regular light lubrication of moving parts will extend
the life of your NUVO and make operating, opening
and folding easier.
• Do not leave your NUVO in sunlight for prolonged
periods, as fabrics may fade.
• Store your NUVO in a dry, well-ventilated and safe
place.
• Do not use your NUVO if screws are loose or missing
or if any component is damaged.

FABRICS
• Do not use products that contain alcohol, as they
may cause erosion, stains, discolouring and damage
to the leatherette parts on your NUVO. This includes
applying hand sanitiser to your hands or directly on
the product.
• Do not place any fabric or other component of your
NUVO in the dryer. Allow all parts to dry thoroughly
before storing.
• Do not fold or store your product if it is damp or wet.
• Sponge clean with warm water and a mild detergent
then air dry.
• Do not use any abrasive or corrosive cleaning
products on your NUVO.
• If the frame parts have been exposed to salt water
rinse immediately with fresh tap water to avoid
corrosion.
• Always dry plastic and metal parts if they become wet.
• Sponge lightly with warm water and a mild detergent,
and air dry.
• Follow the care label to prolong the life of the fabric.

Warnings and
safety precautions
Please read the following warnings and safety
precautions thoroughly before using your NUVO in
double mode.
Incorrect assembly and use can result in serious injury
or death.
Always follow the safety instructions to ensure that your
NUVO is correctly folded, assembled, and the locks are
engaged for safe usage.
After unpacking, immediately discard packaging
materials, as these can become a choking hazard.
Always use the safety features that come with your
NUVO, such as the tether strap, brakes and harness.

• To avoid injury or death: Always apply the brakes
whenever the Redsbaby NUVO is stationary.
• Do not leave children unattended.
• Secure the child in the harness at all times.
• Do not carry extra children or bags on the Redsbaby
NUVO.

• The harness can form loops which may cause
a strangulation hazard. Never leave a harness
connected when not fitted to a child in the Redsbaby
NUVO.
• Use the tether strap to stop the Redsbaby NUVO
rolling away.
• Do not use the seat or bassinet with any other models
of pram/stroller.
• Do not use bassinet once the child can sit up unaided.
• Only use the bassinet in the flat position.
Do not recline.
• Do not use any accessories that are not designed for
or compatible with the Redsbaby NUVO.
• Take care when using on stairs or escalators.
• We recommend you do not use the Redsbaby NUVO
on stairs, as this may damage the frame and lead to
breakage.
• Do not use or leave the Redsbaby NUVO near open
fire or exposed flames.
• Brakes must always be applied when the Redsbaby
NUVO is not moving.

• The Redsbaby NUVO is compatible with the
Redsbaby Buggyboard. The maximum weight of
a child on the board is 20kg (44.1lbs). Ensure you
securely connect the Redsbaby Buggyboard to the
tubing that runs between the rear wheels of your
Redsbaby NUVO.
• Only use the buggyboard once the first child or
children are loaded into the Redsbaby NUVO.
• The Redsbaby NUVO Bassinet is only approved for
use with the Redsbaby NUVO Pram.
• The Redsbaby NUVO Seat is only approved for use
with the Redsbaby NUVO Pram.
• Maximum weight for a child in the bassinet is 9kg
(19.8lbs).
•• WARNING: DO NOT USE FOR UNSUPERVISEDWARNING: DO NOT USE FOR UNSUPERVISED
SLEEPING.SLEEPING.
• The vehicle is not to be used as an unsupervised
sleeping environment.
• The brake must be locked while taking the child in or
out of the pram/stroller and when parked.
• Children should not be left unattended in the product
while the rain cover is fitted.

• When the vehicle is being folded and unfolded, there
is potential for fingers or parts of the body to be
injured and due care should be exercised.
• Overloading, incorrect folding or the use of non-
approved accessories may cause injury or damage
your Redsbaby NUVO.
• Ensure you follow the regular maintenance and care
instructions included in this manual. Pay special
attention to maintenance and care of the brakes.
• The Redsbaby NUVO can be used for three (3)
children only when using the Redsbaby NUVO seats
and/ or bassinets and/or Redsbaby Buggyboard.
• The Redsbaby NUVO can be used for three (3)
children when used with the Redsbaby Buggyboard.
• Do not hang bags on the Redsbaby NUVO handles, as
this can cause it to become unstable.

• Do not lift or carry the Redsbaby NUVO when a child
is in it.
• Do not lift or carry the Redsbaby NUVO when fully
assembled. Only lift and carry when folded.
• The Redsbaby NUVO is designed for use on flat
or gentle sloping surfaces and may be unstable on
higher sloping and uneven surfaces. The vehicle
may tip over when used incorrectly on steep
inclines/declines.
• Take care when changing terrains and when going
over uneven surface levels (inclines/declines/curbs/
obstacles) with your pram. Ensure you apply pressure
to the handle to lift the front wheels over uneven
surface levels or when meeting an incline or decline
as required (also called ‘popping’ the front wheels).
• Failure to take care when changing terrains or
surface levels, and when going over uneven surface
levels, may cause your pram to become unstable.
• When using your Redsbaby NUVO on stairs or
escalators, take care.
• DO NOT allow your child to stand in the seat of the
Redsbaby NUVO. The child must always be secured
in the seat using the 5-point safety harness.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS WHEN IN
DOUBLE MODE
• IMPORTANT: Load primary child into the main upper
seat or capsule first. After child is secured in the main
seat or capsule, place second child into the lower
second seat or bassinet or capsule.
• Do not place child in the lower second seat/bassinet
without a child in the main upper seat/bassinet first.
• Do not allow child to stand while in the second seat.
• Always push the pram/stroller with two hands.
• Never leave a child in the Redsbaby NUVO when
ascending or descending stairs or using on
an escalator.

WEIGHT LIMITS
WARNING: Excessive weight may cause a hazardous
unstable condition. The product will become unstable
ifthe manufacturer’s recommended load is exceeded.
SINGLE MODE MAXIMUM WEIGHT
• For a child in the bassinet is 9kg (19.8 lbs).
• For a child in the seat is 22kg (48.5 lbs).
DOUBLE MODE MAXIMUM WEIGHT
• For a child in the bassinet is 9kg (19.8 lbs).
• For a child in the upper seat is 20kg (44.1 lbs)
andlower seat is 17kg (37.5 lbs).
BASKET MAXIMUM WEIGHT
For items in the basket is 12kg (26.5 lbs).
BUGGY BOARD MAXIMUM WEIGHT
Maximum weight for a child on the buggyboard
is20kg (44.1 lbs).
BABY CAPSULE
Maximum weight for a child in the baby capsule
is 13kg (28.6lbs).
