Before use,soak the glass bulb in
distilled water for a minimum of1 hour

Turn the meteron oroffby pressing the Powerbutton.

1. Press and hold the HOLD button while powering on the meter.
2. Release the HOLD'°Tz°z°±z6
3. Press the CAL'°'°°°Tz±W6
4. Press the HOLD button to conrm selection and resume
normaloperation.
Note: The meterwillautomatically save the selected unitofmeasure as
the new defaultwhen powered off.
Taking M easur ement s
Submerge the electrode in the solution to be tested while stirring gently.
Waitforthe measurements to stabilize.The pH value automatically com-

the secondary value below indicates the temperature ofthe sample.

1. Press the HOLD button to freeze the currentreading on the display.

with calibration bufferpH 7.00 pH,followed by eitherpH 4.00 orpH

dependenton frequency ofuse and care.Propermaintenance ofyourpH

reading becomes unstable orsluggish itmay be time to replace your
electrode.Ifyou can no longercalibrate the electrode,itis time to replace it.
Follow the steps below to replace the electrode:
1. Remove the electrode protective cap.
