How to set a certain torque:
1. Loosen the locking nut at the bottom of the handle.
2. Determine a desired torque.
3. The engraved numbers on the drum show 0, 10, 18 and 42. The
engraved numbers on the shaft show 10, 18, 42, 55, 65 and 75.
You can set your torque anywhere between 10 and 75 Nm.
Example torque setting at 44 Nm
1. Turn the handle clockwise and until the engraved line 42 on the
handle is aligned with the middle line on the shaft and the top
edge is aligned at the same time with the offset line of the 42
marker on the shaft.
2. Turn another two lines with the handle clockwise. The torque is
now set at 44 Nm. Lock the nut at the bottom of the handle.
Example torque setting at 56 Nm
1. Turn the handle clockwise and until the engraved line 42 on the
handle is aligned with the middle line on the shaft and the top
edge is aligned at the same time with the offset line of the 42
marker on the shaft.
2. Keep turning clockwise by counting each marker that passes
the middle line of the shaft until you reach 56 Nm. The edge of
the handle is now slightly above the 55 Nm offset marker line of
the shaft.
NOTE: Only use the torque wrench in the direction of the arrow
engraved on the top of the shaft.

Einstellen auf ein bestimmtes Drehmoment
1. Lösen Sie die Kontermutter am unteren Ende des Handgriffs.
2. Bestimmen Sie das Drehmoment.
3. Das Drehmoment wird eingestellt anhand der eingravierten
Nummern am Handgriff 0, 10, 18 und 42 sowie den
eingravierten Nummern 10, 18, 42, 55, 65 und 75 am Schaft.
Das Drehmoment kann zwischen 10 und 75 Nm eingestellt
werden.
Beispiel Drehmoment von 44 Nm
1. Drehen Sie den Handgriff im Uhrzeigersinn bis die abgesetzte
eingravierte Linie mit der Zahl 42 am Schaft mit der Zahl 42 auf
dem Handgriff bei der Schaftmittellinie aufeinandertrifft.
2. Drehen Sie jetzt noch zwei weitere Kerben im Uhrzeigersinn bis
die zweite Linie wieder mit der Schaftmittelinie aufeinandertrifft.
Das Drehmoment ist jetzt 44 Nm eingestellt. Ziehen Sie jetzt die
Kontermutter am Griffende wieder an.
Beispiel Drehmoment 56 Nm
1. Drehen Sie den Handgriff im Uhrzeigersinn bis die abgesetzte
eingravierte Linie mit der Zahl 42 am Schaft mit der Zahl 42 auf
dem Handgriff bei der Schaftmittellinie aufeinandertrifft.
2. Drehen sie im Uhrzeigersinn und zählen Sie jede Kerbe, die an
der Mittellinie vorbeigeht, bis Sie auf 56 kommen. Der Oberteil
des Handgriffs ist jetzt leicht höher als die abgesetzte Linie am
Schaft welche mit 55 markiert ist. Das Drehmoment ist jetzt auf
56 Nm eingestellt.
Bitte beachten: Der Drehmomenteffekt funktioniert nur in der
Pfeilrichtung. Die Auszugsrichtung ist am oberen Ende des Schafts
eingraviert.

Comment régler le couple désiré:
1. Dévisser l’écrou de blocage à la base de la poignée.
2. Choisir le couple désiré.
3. Sur la poignée tournante sont gravés les numéros 0, 10 et 42.
Sur le manche sont gravés les numéros 10, 18, 42, 55, 65 et 75.
Le couple peut être réglé à n’importe quelle valeur comprise
entre 10 et 75 Nm.
Exemple de réglage à 44 Nm
1. Tourner la poignée jusqu’à ce que le trait correspondant à 42
soit aligné avec celui gravé sur le manche.
2. Tourner encore la poignée de deux traits, le couple est alors de
44 (42+2) Nm. Visser l’écrou de blocage pour éviter tout
déréglage.
Exemple de réglage à 56 Nm
1. Tourner la poignée jusqu’à ce que le trait correspondant à 42
soit aligné avec celui gravé sur le manche.
2. Tourner encore la poignée de 14 traits, le couple est alors de 56
Nm (42+14). Le bord de la poignée est alors légèrement au-
dessus de 55 Nm. Visser l’écrou de blocage pour éviter tout
déréglage.
ATTENTION au sens de l’effet dynamométrique (flèche gravée sur
la clé).

1. Sbloccare la manopola godronata allentando in senso antiorario
la ghiera di bloccaggio posteriore.
2. Ruotare la manopola godronata in senso orario fino ad essere
in prossimità del valore di scala desiderato.
3. Procedere quindi come segue:
per i valori 10, 18 42, 55, 65 e 75 Nm ruotare lentamente la
manopola godronata facendo coincidere la tacca 0, 10, 18 e 42
della manopola con la verticale della scala. La coppia si può
fissare tra 10 e 75 Nm.
Esempio coppia 44 Nm
1. Ruotare lentamente la manopola godronata facendo coincidere
la tacca 42 della manopola con la verticale della scala 42.
2. Adesso ruotare la manopola godronata per altre due tacche
(42+2=44) in modo che la seconda linea sia allineata con la
scala verticale. Bloccare la regolazione della coppia riavvitando
la ghiera di bloccaggio.
Esempio coppia 56 Nm
1. Ruotare lentamente la manopola godronata facendo coincidere
la tacca 56 della manopola con la verticale della scala 56.
2. Adesso ruotare la manopola godronata le tacche a 56 Nm (in
questo caso 14 per arrivare a 56 Nm). La manopola dovrebbe
essere leggermente più alta della linea che indica 55 Nm.
Adesso la coppia è fissata a 56 Nm. Bloccare la regolazione
della coppia riavvitando la ghiera di bloccaggio.
Al raggiungimento della coppia prefissata l’operatore avvertirà un
segnale acustico e un alleggerimento dello sforzo.
ATTENZIONE: Impugnare la chiave in modo che la freccia
direzionale e la scala siano visibili.
