uest’apparecchiatura è progettata per operare correttamente e produrre la capacità specificata quando installata
conformemente agli standard industriali. La garanzia che copre l’impianto decade qualora non siano rispettate le condizioni
descritte di seguito.
1. Installare le connessioni idrauliche a regola d’arte seguendo gli standard industriali.
2. Caricare gas inerte nelle tubazioni durante le operazioni di saldatura.
3. Verificare che il sistema sia completamente privo di perdite prima di caricarlo.
4. L’alimentazione al sistema deve rispettare i seguenti requisiti:
a) 230/400V +/- 5% 50 Hz; 276/480V +/-5% 60 Hz.
b) L’assorbimento di corrente per fase sbilanciata non deve superare il 2%.
Warranty conditions
This equipment is designed to operate properly and produce rated capacity when installed in accordance with accepted
industry standards. Failure to meet the following conditions could render the system warranty null and void:
1. System piping must be installed following industry standards for good piping practices.
2. Inert gas must be charged into piping during welding.
3. System must be thoroughly leak-checked before initial charging.
4. Power supply to system must meet the following conditions:
a) 230/400V +/- 5% 50 Hz; 276/480V +/-5% 60 Hz.
b) Current absorption per phase imbalance not to exceed 2%.
Warunki gwarancji
Urządzenia zaprojektowane są tak, aby zapewniały prawidłową pracę i nominalne wydajności pod warunkiem zamontowania
ich zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami i dobrą praktyką instalatorską. Gwarancja jest ważna pod warunkiem spełniania
niniejszych wymagań:
1. Instalacje rurowe muszą spełniać wymagania obowiązujących norm w zakresie wykonania tego typu instalacji.
2. Instalacja podczas prac spawalniczych musi być napełniona gazem obojętnym.
3. Cała instalacja musi przejść próbę szczelności przed napełnieniem właściwym czynnikiem.
4. Źródło zasilania musi zapewniać poniższe parametry:
a) 230/400V +/- 5% 50Hz ; 276/480V +/-5% 60Hz.
b) Różnica prądów w równowadze fazowej nie może przekraczać 2%.

entsprechenden Installation entwickelt. Die diese Anlage deckende Garantie verfällt, wenn die nachfolgenden Bedingungen

1. Die Hydraulikanschlüsse müssen kunstgerecht unter Beachtung der Industriestandards
realisiert werden.
2. Während der Schweißungsarbeiten Inertgas in die Leitungen laden.
3. Vor dem Laden des Geräts sicherstellen, dass keine Leckagen vorhanden sind.
4. Die Stromversorgung des Systems muss folgenden Anforderungen entsprechen:
a) 230/400V +/- 5% 50 Hz; 276/480V +/-5% 60 Hz.
b) Die Stromaufnahme bei Phasenungleichgewicht darf nicht 2% überschreiten.

Sollevamento/Movimentazione
Il prodotto è stato progettato per consentirne un’agevole movimentazione a mezzo muletto o gru. Prestare attenzione
durante le operazioni di movimentazione per evitare eventuali danneggiamenti delle parti esposte. Per una migliore
movimentazione dell’unità posizionare le forche del muletto sulle zone adeguate del supporto in legno usato per il trasporto.
Il contatto diretto delle forche con l’apparecchiatura potrebbe causare danni alla stessa.
Le unità sono sovrapponibili. Per conoscere limiti di peso e dimensioni, contattare l’ufficio tecnico REFTECO.
Lifting/Handling
The product is designed to facilitate safe handling with fork trucks or cranes. Use caution when handling to prevent damage
to exposed components. Lifting forks should be placed under appropriate areas of the wooden shipping.
The goods are stackable. To know the weight and dimensions limits, contact REFTECO technical office.
Podnoszenie/Przenoszenie
Urządzenia przystosowane są do transportu wózkiem widłowym lub dźwigiem. W trakcie transportu należy uważać, aby nie
uszkodzić wystających elementów. Widły wózka należy umieścić w odpowiednim miejscu palety transportowej.
Urządzenia można sztaplować. Dokładnych informacji o dopuszczalnej wadze i wymiarach udzielają biura techniczne
REFTECO.
Heben/Handling
Bei der Entwicklung der produkt wurde darauf geachtet, dass sie bequem mit einem Hubwagen oder einem Kran gehoben
werden können. Beim Handling ist Vorsicht geboten, damit die ausgesetzten Teile nicht beschädigt werden.
Für ein besseres Handling der Einheit sind die Gabeln des Hubwagens an einem geeigneten Bereich der für den Transport
verwendeten Holzunterlage anzusetzen. Der direkte Kontakt mit den Gabeln kann zu einer Beschädigung der Einheit führen.
Die Einheiten sind stapelbar. Um die Gewichts- und Größenbeschränkungen zu erfahren, wenden Sie sich an das technische
Büro von REFTECO.

Prima di procedere ai collegamenti dei collettori/distributori, è obbligatorio assicurarsi che il circuito d’alimentazione sia
chiuso (assenza di pressione). ATTENZIONE: non adattare la posizione dei collettori alla tubazione della linea.

Before to proceed with the collectors/distributors connections it is mandatory to comply as follows make sure the supply
circuit is closed (no pressure). ATTENTION: Do not adapt headers position to the piping line.

onnessioni idrauliche per raffreddatori di liquido
Sfiatare l’impianto, far fuoriuscire completamente l’aria presente e verificare che non vi siano colpi d’ariete.
Controllare il funzionamento dell’elettrovalvola di alimentazione o della valvola di miscelazione. Importante:
• Il dimensionamento delle tubazioni deve rispettare il diametro di attacco IN e OUT della batteria.
• Installare le valvole di intercettazione (ON-OFF) vicino all’unità per consentire gli interventi manutentivi.
• Utilizzare giunti antivibrazioni.
• Rivestire tutte le filettature con del TEFLON per assicurarne la tenuta.
Water connections for dry coolers
Vent the system, bleed off all air, and check for water hammer. Verify the feed solenoid valve or mixing valve function.
Important:
• The size of the pipe must be in accordance with the IN and OUT connection diameter of the coil.
• ON-OFF valves must be installed near the unit to permit normal maintenance.
• Use vibration-damping joints;
• All threads should be covered with TEFLON to ensure air tightness.
Przyłącza hydrauliczne w dry cooler'ach
Odpowietrzyć system, sprawdzić uderzenia hydrauliczne oraz zweryfikować prawidłowe działanie zaworów zasilających.
Ważne:
• Średnice przyłączanych rur muszą odpowiadać średnicom przyłączy wlotowych i wylotowych w urządzeniu.
• Zawory odcinające (ON-OFF) muszą być zainstalowane blisko urządzenia aby umożliwić normalną konserwację.
• Należy zastosować połączenia tłumiące wibracje.
• Wszystkie połączenia gwintowane powinny zostać uszczelnione taśmą teflonową.
Hydraulische Anschlüsse der Ruckuhler
Die Anlage komplett entlüften und überprüfen, dass keine Druckstöße vorhanden sind.
Die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Speisemagnetventils oder des Mischventils überprüfen. Wichtig:
• Bei der Dimensionierung der Leitungen muss der Durchmesser der Anschlüsse IN und OUT des Pakets berücksichtigt erden.
• Die Sperrventile (ON-OFF) in der Nähe der Einheit installieren, damit die Wartungsarbeiten regular durchgeführt werden
können.
• Schwingungsgedämpfte Anschlüsse verwenden.
• Alle Gewinde mit TEFLON überziehen, um die Dichtigkeit zu gewährleisten.

•Evitare che il liquido all’interno dello scambiatore possa gelare, quindi se non si usa antigelo la
temperatura ambiente deve essere sempre superiore a 0°C oppure aggiungere glicole.
•For water without glycol; make sure that the ambient temperature is always higher than 0 °C. To
prevent freezing introduce glycol.
•Dla wody bez glikolu; upewnić się że temperatura otoczenia jest zawsze wyższa niż 0°C. Aby zapobiec
zamarzaniu wprowadzić glikol.
•Bei Aussentemperaturen unter 0 °C besteht aber Frostgefahr, deshalb muß die Anlage, wenn sie
nicht mit ausreichendem Frostschutz gefüllt ist, entleert werden. Nach der Entleerung ist der
Rückkühler mehrfach mit Luft und Glykol durchzublasen.
onnessioni elettriche ventilatori
Assicurarsi prima di procedere ai collegamenti elettrici che il circuito elettrico d’alimentazione sia aperto. Collegamento dei
ventilatori monofase (fig. 1), collegamento ventilatori trifase (fig. 2). ATTENZIONE: Temperatura minima di funzionamento dei
ventilatori EC standard: - 25 °C.
Protezioni termiche: l motori sono nella versione con protettori termici a protezione degli apparecchi. Prima di ogni messa in
esercizio accertarsi e controllare che il protettore termico sia collegato correttamente. Si esclude ogni diritto alla garanzia nel
caso in cui ii protettore termico non sia collegato correttamente.
Inverter di frequenza per ventilatori A : Se si utilizza un convertitore di frequenza per regolare il numero di giri, la velocita
d'esercizio sicura massima (vedere i dati nominali) non può essere superata. Per il funzionamento con convertitori di
frequenza, tra il convertitore e il motore inserire filtri sinusoidali onnipolari (fase-fase e fase-terra). Mediante un filtro
sinusoidale onnipolare il motore azionato tramite inverter viene protetto da picchi di tensione transitori, che possono
distruggere l‘isolamento dell’avvolgimento, e da correnti dannose per i cuscinetti. in caso di utilizzo di un convertitore di
frequenza, il riscaldamento del motore deve essere verificato dal cliente nel contesto dell'applicazione specifica.
Electric connection fan motors
Before proceeding with electrical wiring, it is essential to ensure that the power supply circuit is open. Connection 1 phase
motor see (fig. 1), connection 3 phase motor see (fig. 2). WARNING: Minimum working temperature of EC standard fans -25°
C.
Thermal protections: The motors are equipped with thermal overload protectors to protect the devices. Check to make sure
that the thermal overload protector is correctly connected before each operation. Failure to connect the thermal overload
protector correctly will invalidate your warranty claim.
Frequency inverter for A fans: When a variable frequency drive is used for speed adjustment, the maximum safe operating
speed (see the nominal data) may not be exceeded. For operation with variable frequency drives, install sinusoidal filters that
work on all poles (phase-phase and phase-ground) between the drive and the motor. During operation with variable
frequency drives, an all-pole sine filter protects the motor against high-voltage transients that can destroy the coil insulation
system, and against harmful bearing currents.

Połączenia elektryczne wentylatorów
Przed przystąpieniem do prac elektrycznych należy upewnić się, że obwód zasilający jest odłączony. Podłączenie silników
1-fazowych patrz (rys. 1), podłączenie silników 3-fazowych patrz (rys. 2). UWAGA: Minimalna temperatura pracy
standardowych wentylatorów EC: - 25 °C.
Zabezpieczenie termiczne: Silniki wyposażone są w przeciążeniowe zabezpieczenia termiczne chroniące urządzenia.
Sprawdź prawidłowe podłączenie zabezpieczenia termicznego przed każdym uruchomieniem. Nieprawidłowe podłączenie
zabezpieczenia termicznego spowodowuje unieważnienie roszczenia gwarancyjnego.
Falownik wentylatorów A : W przypadku stosowania falowników do regulacji prędkości obrotowej wentylatorów nie może
zostać przekroczona maksymalna bezpieczna prędkość robocza (patrz Dane Nominalne). Stosując falownik należy
zamontować filtr sinusoidalny podłączony do wszystkich biegunów (faza-faza i faza-masa) pomiędzy silnikiem, a
falownikiem. Podczas pracy z falownikiem, wielobiegunowy filtr sinusoidalny chroni silnik przed przejściowymi stanami
wysokonapięciowymi, które mogą zniszczyć izolację uzwojeń silnika oraz przed szkodliwymi prądami łożyskowymi.
Motorsschaltugen
Vor Ausführung der Elektroanschlüsse müssen folgende Vorschriften eingehalten werden Sicherstellen, daß der

Betriebstemperatur der EC-Ventilatoren inStandardausführung: - 25 °C.
Fehlender Motorschutz: Die Motoren sind mit Temperaturwächtern ausgeführt, um die Geräte zu schützen. Sorgen Sie dafür

Motor allpolig wirksame Sinusfilter (Phase-Phase und Phase-Erde) ein. Durch einen allpoligen Sinusfilter wird der Motor bei
FU- Betrieb vor hohen Spannungstransienten, die das Wicklungsisolationssystem zerstören können und vor schädlichen
Lagerströmen geschützt. Die Erwärmung des Motors bei Einsatz eines Frequenzumrichters ist vom Kunden in der Applikation
zu prüfen.

For raffreddatori di liquido: nel caso il fluido sia acqua senza glicole, assicurarsi che la temperatura ambiente sia sempre
superiore a 0°C. Durante il periodo di fermo impianto, vuotare il raffreddatore di liquido insufflando aria compressa
ripetutamente e introdurre glicole quanto basta per evitare il congelamento.
Shutting down the unit
If the unit remains out of use for some time, e.g. during storage or shutting down period, it’s recommended put the fans in
operation at least 3-4 hours per month to maintain their functionality.
For dry coolers: if the fluid is water without glycol, make sure the ambient temperature is always higher than 0°C. To prevent
freezing during shutting down, drain completely the unit and blow air several times and add glycol.
