Montáž regulátoru:
Regulátor zašroubujte ¾“ vnějším závitem do nátrubku na kotli s ¾“
vnitřním závitem. Závit utěsněte ( např. těsnící tmel Siseal, teflonová
páska…). Regulátor natočte tak, aby při vodorovné instalaci (a)
směřoval výstupek pro umístění tyčky směrem dolů, při svislé
instalaci (b) směrem dopředu a při vodorovné boční instalaci (c)
směrem nahoru.
Vyjměte plastovou transportní trubičku a namísto ní vložte
šestihrannou páku tou stranou napřed, ve které není vyvrtán otvor.
Dotažením šroubu
zajistěte tyčku
v takové poloze, aby
její volný konec byl
nad úchytem řetězu
na dvířkách kotle a
rameno páky bylo co
nejblíže vodorovné
poloze (dle možnosti šestihranu). Nasaďte řetízek do
otvoru páky regulátoru větším háčkem pevně spojeným
s řetízkem. Druhý konec řetízku provlékněte úchytem na
dvířkách kotle a volný konec zajistěte volným háčkem na
visící řetízek. Zkontrolujte, zda řetízek volně visí a páka
se volně pohybuje ( při otáčení knoflíkem).
Při instalaci regulátoru v poloze (a) platí pro nastavení
bílá stupnice. Při instalaci v polohách (b) a (c) platí
červená stupnice.
Kalibrace regulátoru:
Zatopte v kotli při ručně otevřených dvířkách. Knoflíkem
na regulátoru nastavte 60. Když teplota vody dosáhne
60 °C, po několika minutách stabilizace upravte
uchycení řetízku tak, aby dvířka zůstala otevřená asi 1-2
mm. Nyní můžete zvolit požadovanou teplotu. Pokud by
při provozu za ustáleného stavu teplota kotle byla nižší
než nastavená, zkraťte řetízek, pokud by teplota kotle
byla vyšší než nastavená, řetízek prodlužte. Berte však
v úvahu i další vlivy, které mohou teplotu kotle ovlivnit
bez ohledu na regulátor – zejména množství paliva a
popele v kotli, polohu klapky sekundárního vzduchu,
setrvačnost kotle a celé otopné soustavy.
ZÁRUČNÍ PODMÍNKY
pro regulátor tahu
1. Záruční doba je 24 měsíců od data prodeje regulátoru nebo kotle, pokud byl výrobek dodán
s kotlem.
2. Podmínkou pro uznání záruky je dodržení technických údajů výrobce.
3. Záruka se nevztahuje na mechanické poškození regulátoru.

Regulus RT4 Draft Regulator
is a chain-operated regulator of combustion air for operation with solid-fuel-fired heat sources
Technical Data:
Regulation range: 30-90 °C
Max. water temperature: 120 °C

Max. load on the chain: 100-1000 g
Working position: horizontal, vertical
Regulator installation:
Screw the regulator with its 3/4" outer thread into the boiler socket with
3/4" inner thread. Seal the thread (e.g. with Siseal sealant, Teflon tape…).
Turn the regulator so that for horizontal installation (a) the protrusion for
bar placing pinpoints downwards, for vertical installation (b) it pinpoints to
the front and for horizontal side installation (c) it pinpoints upwards.
Remove the plastic transport tube and insert the hole-free end of the
hexagonal lever in its place. Tighten the screw in order to fix the lever in
such a position that its free end is above the fixture on the boiler door and
the lever is as close to the
horizontal position as
possible (as much the
hexagon allows).
Attach the chain to the
lever opening by means of
the bigger hook fixed to the chain. Pass the other chain
end through the fixture on the boiler door and fix this
free end on the hanging chain. Check if the chain is
hanging freely and the lever moves freely (when turning
the knob).
If the regulator is installed in the (a) position, the white
scale applies. For installations in the (b) and (c)
positions, the red scale applies.
Regulator calibration:
Fire the boiler with door manually open. Set the
regulator knob to 60. When the water temperature
reaches 60 °C, let it stabilize for a couple minutes and
then adjust the chain fixture so that the door gap is
about 1-2 mm. Now you can select the desired
temperature. If the real boiler temperature was lower
during stable operation than set, shorten the chain, if the
real temperature was higher than set, extend the chain.
Please take into account also other factors that could
influence the temperature inside the boiler disregarded
of the regulator - esp. the quantity of fuel and ashes
inside the boiler, position of the secondary-air damper,
thermal lag of the boiler and of the whole heating plant.
WARRANTY TERMS
1. Warranty period is 24 months from the date of sale of either the regulator or a boiler, if the product
was supplied with a boiler.
2. Warranty becomes void in case that technical conditions set by manufacturer were not maintained.
3. Warranty
does not cover mechanical damage to the regulator.
