2 • Garantie
2.1 Garantietermin
Alle von RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens eingesetzten Materialien sind von hoher Qualität und auf den
Verwendungszweck abgestimmt.
Als Hersteller gewährt RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens eine Garantie von 5 Jahren auf alle strukturellen
Mängel, die bei normaler Verwendung in Privathaushalten sowie bei regelmäßiger Wartung und Pflege
auftreten können.
Für die elektrischen Steuerungen und Linear-Motor eine Garantie von 2 Jahren.
Es gibt eine Garantie von 10 Jahren auf die Farbbeständigkeit der Aluminiumkomponenten des Produkts.
Eine Garantie van 5 Jahren wird auf den Glanz der pulverlackierten Profile gewährt.
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Herstellungsdatum und bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das eigentliche
Produkt, nicht auf dessen Anbringung.
Bitte teilen Sie Ihrem Installateur bei der Meldung von Problemen stets die Seriennummer des Produkts mit.
2.2 Ausschlüsse
Die folgenden Schäden und/oder Mängel fallen nicht unter die Garantie:
• Schäden, die als Folge von normalem Verschleiß oder Alterung oder durch vom Kunden und/oder Dritten
vorgenommene Handlungen auftreten;
• Kleinere ästhetische (durch den Produktionsprozess bedingte) Abweichungen an oder Verfärbungen oder
Verformungen von Teilen, soweit diese die normale Funktion des Produkts nicht beeinträchtigen;
• Schäden oder Mängel in Folge von unsachgemäßer Verwendung und mangelnder Wartung. Mit "un-
sachgemäßer Verwendung" ist jede missbräuchliche Verwendung, unvorsichtiges Verhalten, falsche oder
gewaltsame Verwendung sowie jede nicht vorschriftsmäßige Anpassung oder Änderung am Produkt
und/oder an Produktbestandteilen gemeint;
• Schäden/Mängel, die während des Transports oder bei der Lagerung entstehen, Mängel in Folge von
unsachgemäßer Aufstellung oder Wiederherstellung oder in Folge von Eingriffen durch den Kunden oder
Dritten, Verwendung von Teilen, die nicht von der technischen Abteilung von RENSON®gebilligt oder
anerkannt sind;
• Schäden und/oder Mängel in Folge von intensiver Exposition gegenüber atmosphärischen Bedingungen
oder abnormalen Witterungsbedingungen (Sturm-, Hagel-, Wasser-, Blitz- und Brandschaden), Montage
mit zu schwachem oder nicht geeignetem Befestigungsmaterial;
• Schäden, die in Folge von Exposition gegenüber einer aggressiven industriellen Umgebung oder durch
einen hohen Salzgehalt auftreten;
• Schäden oder Mängel durch die Montage des Produkts ohne Einhaltung der mitgeteilten Montagevor-
schriften;
• Schäden oder Mängel in Folge der Verwendung des Produkts ohne Einhaltung der mitgeteilten Ge-
brauchs-, Sicherheits- und Wartungsvorschriften und/oder ohne Berücksichtigung der technischen Nut-
zungsbeschränkungen;
• Die Montage mit zu schwachem Befestigungsmaterial erfolgt ist;
• Schäden durch Schwankungen im Stromnetz, die 5% über oder unter dem Standardwert liegen;
• Entfernung oder Unkenntlichmachung der CE-Kennzeichnung mit der Garantienummer.
2 • Warranty
2.1 Warranty Period
All materials used by RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens are top quality and suitable for their purpose.
As a manufacturer, RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens guarantees its products for five years against any
structural defects occurring during normal domestic use and regular maintenance.
There is a 2-year guarantee on the motor and electronic controls.
Concerning the coating of aluminium elements, a 10-year guarantee applies for the colour stability.
A 5-years guarantee applies on the gloss of the coated profiles.
The guarantee period starts on the date of manufacture and refers only to the product itself, not to its instal-
lation.
Please always quote the serial number to your installer when reporting problems.
2.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following types of damage and/or defects:
• Damage due to normal wear and tear or age or caused by the customer's or a third party's actions;
• Minor aesthetic defects (inherent in the production process), discoloration or deformation of components,
provided they do not impede the normal functioning of the product;
• Damage or defects caused by abnormal use and/or lack of maintenance. The term "abnormal use" is
understood to mean any misuse, unsafe behaviour, wrong or forced use and unprescribed adjustments
or modifications to the product and/or parts thereof;
• Damage or defects caused during transport or storage and defects caused by inexpert installation, repair
or intervention by the customer or a third party, or use of parts that are not in conformity or not recog-
nized by the technical department at RENSON®;
• Damage and/or defects caused by intense exposure to harmful atmospheric conditions or abnormal
weather conditions (storm, hail, lightning and water and fire damage) or mounting with weak or unsuit-
able materials;
• Damage caused by exposure to a harsh environment resulting from industrial or manufacturing activities
or from high salinity;
• Damage or defects resulting from installation of the product without complying with the installation instruc-
tions provided;
• Damage or defects caused by use of the product without complying with the operating, safety and main-
tenance instructions provided and/or without respecting the technical limits of use;
• Damage caused by assembly taken place with too weak fixing material;
• Damage caused by fluctuations in the power supply that exceed the default by 5% or more;
• Removal of the CE sticker with the warranty number, or damage that makes the sticker illegible.
